Great Mover!
My husband and I were so impressed. Mike, the crew leader, was a pleasure to work with. We had never seen three guys work so energetically, professionally, and efficiently as our crew did, and they were very respectful, polite, and thoughtful on top of an excellent job done. We were more than happy to tip the movers beyond the recommended amount-- they definitely earned it.
Amazing Mover!
They showed up a few mins before the scheduled time and got right to work. These guys don't mess around - we had everything moved to the new house in 2 hours, and that included the 25 min drive time! We always have everything packed, wrapped with furniture pads and disassembled. Still, they even added extra protection by the plastic covering the furniture. I'll never call anyone else!

The guys were professional, fast, organized, and very accommodating. These guys are great, and they provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend Safe Bound.
Trusty Mover!
Great company. Their crew went way above and beyond to get the move completed. I had reserved a U-Haul, and U-Haul committed a truck more minor than the one requested, and this caused Safe Bound Moving to have to make multiple trips to complete the job. They were first class and highly recommended.
Predatory business model - DO NOT HIRE
Jacked up the price after the fact then threatened to destroy personal belongings if new fee was not paid. Absolutely unethical business practice and horrendous customer service. Ripped off some friends by demanding FOUR TIMES the quoted price and essentially holding their belongings until they were able to pay. Sincerely hope this place gets shut down. This is NOT an exaggeration.
Scam - be careful
I wish I could put 0 star. This moving company scammed my friends. It is a long story; basically, after picking up their stuff, they demanded 4x more than the estimate, and they threatened, ned their if they didn't pay, they would destroy their belongins.

The Safe Bound Moving were very professional throughout the moving day. The customer representative I talked was very responsive. The movers that helped me move were very kind and responded quickly to my request. I would recommend them if you are worried about moving from one state to another.

Super easy and very quick!!!! Got a whole bedroom, living room, and kitchen done in about 5 hours which is incredible. Very professional. Highly recommend!!

If i could give 0 stars i would! I never ever write reviews but i had to share so no one else experiences what we did. We had a table, 2 leaves, 7 chairs and a dresser moved from ON to NB. When i called Maya the sales agent told me it didnt even sound like we had 500lbs so it would be around $500 plus tax and i was like that sounds great, expecting to pay max $700 with the extra fees and tax that are usually there. So we send the $200 deposit. the movers came and picked up our items had us sign the contract WITHOUT LETTING US LOOK AT IT!! this was a huge red flag to me but everything was on the truck and i had already spent $200 that i didnt want to lose out on, they gave us our copy of the invoice and i couldnt read a single thing on it. We asked how much would it be and mover said not my job, youll get an email. so we waited DAYS and i eventually emailed and called inquiring about the due amount they finally got back and told me over 1200$ was due! and I was shocked i inquired why it was so high and waited another week to get a response they said that the quote isnt final and gave some other excuses and i was livid but remained polite and asked if there was anyway to get a discount because this is double my quote and i was not expecting this. another week goes by and i still havent had a response and then i get a phone call being told that now theres over $1300 due before they can deliver our stuff! Again i was livid questioning why this continued to increase! they told me that there was a premium price of .45c per lbs instead of the .40c per lbs THAT WAS ON THE CONTRACT WE SIGNED because the items were picked up within the last 5 days of the month and they also tacked on a $200 fee that wasnt on the previous invoice for itemization. Again i talked with the accounting agent and said this doesnt make any sense, they werent sending me updated invovices just telling me over the phone or through text how much was due. I questioned why i was being charged a move similar to a 1bedroom apartment for 10 items and she told me she would speak with the manager. another week passed and she finally gets back to me and says 1125$ is due as they gave a $200 discount and if it was sent by 8pm that night it could be delivered the following week. So we sent it. The movers called me the day of delivery and tell me they will be there by 4pm. At 6pm we called them inquiring where they were, they said they would be there in 20min, they finally arrived at 7pm and unload the truck with broken items! we inquired what happened?? The mover said he had no idea he just picks up the loaded items and unloads but he has a contract to sign. Once everything was unloaded he brings the contract over and says he needs a signature i told him i wasnt signing it until i read it in full, and he walked away and was like okay thats fine and was extremely hostile! I said excuse me thats my information you need to give this to me, he seemed extremely guilty and it took 10 minutes of discussing with him and he finally threw our copies of the contract and inventory list at us and said fine here take this and left before i could even look at the paper. Ive been trying to get in contact with the company to make a claim before the 10 days are up and have had no luck. So i truly recommend not to risk using this company even if youve sent the deposit just say screw it and use a more reliable company because this one will scam you!

They were on time, worked well, wrapped all my items in plastic, and were very diligent and helpful. I couldn't ask for more! The prices were reasonable. Thank you! I would be thrilled to use them again.

The Safe Bound Moving do not mind whenever I ask them to do some extra work or set up our furniture or different items. Other companies are charging for extra work, but they didn’t charge me a single penny. I highly recommend their service.
