Damaged furniture
Been trying to contact a representative regarding damaged furniture for over a week, no contact, no returned calls, no follow up...NOTHING. ....the driver and myself had to unload boxes and some furniture to my apt.....DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!! ...will be filing a complaint with BBB.
Move from North Carolina to Ohio
I hired Sirius Van Lines for my move from NC to OH. I was misled from the very beginning! The estimated quote after having gone through every item to be moved and having supplied pictures to them as well, tripled in price upon their arrival to load the items. I was assured my items could be delivered on or near my requested date. It has now been nearly two weeks past that date and I am unable to get ahold of a single person!! I have called every number I can find as well as the numbers provided to me by the company! No answers and voicemail boxes always full. I’m filing a stolen report with my local authorities at this time. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!
