  1. Great!!!

Es la mejor compañia de mudanza en lps estados unidos, cuidan y protegen tus muebles y ademas sus precios son los mejores?

  2. Terrible Moving Company

My husband and I found this moving company online. When speaking with their “sales rep”, Justin he made it sound like they were the best company in the world. He said that they were a veteran employed company, temp controlled storage units, and he gave us a great rate.We soon discovered that this is by far the worst moving company out there.

First - The movers showed up late looking like they just rolled out of bed. We were quoted for three movers and only two showed up. We tried calling Justin multiple times but did not receive answer. The movers knew nothing of the third guy. They seemed like nice guys but they were not into moving with a sense of urgency. My husband actually helped load and stage the stuff as well to help them speed up the move. They were unable to fit all of our stuff in the truck so it took them two trips. They claimed that their storage unit was close by but they were gone for an extended period of time. When they finally arrived back they look like they had just taken a nap. My husband and I were pretty irritated being that this is all on paid time. After they were all done they gave me the price to which had us being charged for 3 guys. We asked why and they said we had to talk to Justin to make any adjustments, yet he wasn’t answering his phone, conveniently. They also told me that we could only pay with cash, Venmo, or Zelle. Super shady especially since our deposit was taken with a debit card and charged by Thoughtful Moving. We finally spoke to Justin so we could ask how to could get our money back for being charge for a third guy. He told us that they would set us up with a credit so when we moved our stuff out of storage we could apply the money to that. We told him that we did not want that being that we would not be using their movers next time and he told us that that was all he could do.

Second - When it came time to move our stuff out we did not want to use their movers because we did not like their quality of work and we were overcharged the previous time. Justin told us that there would be a charge of $125 to get their guys there, then on top of that it would be a $500 to get stuff out even though we were using our own movers. We asked why it would be $500 and he said that it would take two people five hours to stage the items for us to take. We were super confused by how he came up with this extremely high estimate. He said that it could always be lower if it took them less time. We also inquired about the credit to which said oh yeah I already applied that for you guys. Bogus. At this point we just wanted our stuff so we asked him the address to which he did not know. He had to text us the location a few minutes later.

Third - We arrived early at their “storage facility” to see one guy with a forklift putting our crates in the parking lot while his kids were running all over the place. It may be took him 30 minutes to do so. We then received a call from the same guy in the parking lot asking if we were the ones waiting. We told him yes. Once my husband got up there he asked how much it would be and he told my husband that Justin told him to make sure he got $500 from us before we got our stuff. My husband questioned the price being that he was the only person there and that it did not take him anywhere near five hours. He said he didn’t know anything about that and that we had to talk to Justin before getting our stuff. Surprise surprise Justin did not answer the phone. We ended up calling a different number to speak to Miguel “the owner”. We asked him the same questions as to why we were being charge so much. He tried making a bunch of excuses but overall he didn’t know what to say being that they did not expect us to show up to witness what we did. He then was irritated and said “OK it’s a minimum two hours $200.” At that point we just wanted out of this scam so we accepted the offer and had our movers load our stuff and leave. And once again they only took cash, venmo, or Zelle even though they accepted card card payment for the $125 and the monthly storage rate. Pretty sure they’re doing some type of tax evasion or they just don’t want the customer to do a chargeback after being scammed. And before they try to come up with some lame excuse both the $125 and the storage charges were to Thoughtful Moving on our bank account. Also, I was able to glance into their “temp controlled warehouse”. Literally looked like a garage with pallets made of plywood stacked randomly all over the place. Hmm.

I will be including two images exposing Justin for his lies. The first image is his response to the $500 charge. The second image is our invoice showing what the $500 “estimate” is for making his response invalid and a LIE.

Hopefully karma comes for these guys soon because they are HUGE scammers and liars.

    Avoid avoid avoid.

  3. Stay FAR AWAY!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Not only are they scammers but it looks like they’re avoiding paying taxes. You can only pay in “cash and Venmo”. No card. Lucky my for them I reported them to the IRS.

Justin and Miguel are running a giant ass scam. They told me it would take “2 people 5 hours to stage my items” I pull up to see one guy unloading the crates from the warehouse all within 10 min. The guy tells me Justin said it’s $500 to get your stuff. WTF. I call Miguel who tries to argue like a hillbilly. He says minimum 2 hours $200. I paid it because I had no choice. F&!$ this moving company. And f$&@ Justin

Oh and invoices disappear after you pay them. So sceenshot them like I did.

  4. Moving from St. Petersburg FL to Gainesville FL

Outstanding service and price compared to the competition! The company owner and other corporate employees are easy to contact. Their communication via phone calls and text is commendable; they were polite, professional, and customer-oriented. Most highly recommend to people moving!

  5. Service

I had them move my furniture into their storage for a few weeks. Affordable, polite, and overall very helpful from start to finish!

  6. Terrible Service Stay Away at all Cost

STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY !!!!!!

I need a moving company and decided to use a small business instead of a main chain ( first mistake)

I was given an prices and agreed to the final figure. The movers literally took 3 hours to move 2 long dressers , a Chester , two twins side beds and a king size bed. I have never seen people deliberately take hours to move items. When hour 4 arrived and I realized they hadn’t moved anything down stairs of my home I knew they were moving at a slow pace on purpose. I end up paying double my original price and when I called to speak to the manager he hung up in my face. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. They trick you by saying they are a veteran based company to get you to show sympathy for them but they are really crooks. I have never experienced such bad work in my life. If you are reading this please i repeat please do not use this company or you will regret it. They have paid all of these people to give them good rating but the truth is finally coming out in the last few reviews. It’s the same issue every time SMH

  7. Do NOT do it!

When I scheduled the move, I gave a detailed list of everything that had to be moved (actually more) and was given a price. Movers showed up. Did NOT move everything because the truck wasn't big enough and my price was doubled! Oh, and I had damage to almost all my furniture.

Attempted to contact the company, got ignored. Left a google review, owner responds. Very rude and unprofessional. I call and finally get someone who kept cutting me off and not listening. After 20ish minutes of back and forth, he informed me I could claim the damage at $0.65/lb or settle. Damage is over $500 so I offered to settle at $500 and was told I'd be updated. Attempted to make contact multiple times (I have the messages) and have, once again, been ignored. I have everything ready to start the claim can't even do that now since nobody will answer the phone or texts emails).

Funny how the movers who introduced themselves from "thoughtless moving"; now I understand why they said that.

  8. Price increases at drop off.

Be wary! We did not have a good experience with this company! When we went online to get quotes from moving companies, Ryan McEwan of Thoughtful Moving of FL. LLC was the first one to contact us. He was extremely nice and sent us a quote of $3820 to move us from Tampa Fl. to Chattanooga Tn. The only items they were moving were the large items and furniture, no boxes. On the quote was a list of all the items to move. When we discussed with Ryan that we may actually take some of the items listed ourselves, he assured us that those would be deducted from the final bill. We agreed to hire them, and gave them $950 up front with the balance to be paid 1/2 at pickup and the other 1/2 at delivery. When we moved our boxes we ended up taking off of their list 4 kitchen chairs, 6 night stands, 1 stairmaster, and 1 cedar chest. On the day of the move 3 men showed up to load their truck. We left and assumed that Ryan would be calling us to get our credit card for the 1st half. Instead the movers called us and told us an hour later that they need $1425 in cash to drive to Chattanooga. Nothing was ever mentioned about cash and nothing was said to us when we said goodbye and left. We then tried to call Ryan and what a surprise, he was on vacation! After talking to someone else at the company’s they told the movers to just get the full remaining payment when they got to their destination. At 8:30pm we got a phone call from the movers telling us they would be arriving at 4am to deliver our furniture. We told them absolutely not and they needed to come after 8am. When they showed up, the price had increased from owing $2850 to $3400. Their excuse was that we took up more space than they quoted for (even though they didn’t take 12 of the items listed on their quote) and that they needed to use more packing supplies. After arguing back and forth on the phone with the company they finally knocked the remaining balance down to $3000, $150 more than the original quote. Once we paid them by Venmo they unloaded our items. Immediately we noticed that one of our antique dining room chairs had a broken leg. When we called they refused to help us and told us if we put in a claim, we would only collect .60 cents per pound of damage. So a broken 5 pound chair would give us a whopping $3!

  9. Moving

Mike Ced and Chino were great! They were fast and made the move very easy. I would recommend using this company.

  10. Terrible customer service, unprofessional, untrained

Untrained, unprofessional, uncaring. So much damage, worst move we have ever had and we have moved all over the World. Fla to NC...just when we needed communication we got none. Frank, Justin Brown were horrible to deal with. Do not trust these folks with your move especially out of State. I have an abundance of pictures illustrating the damage. One of the reason we picked this company was because they said that they hired only Vets...as far as we can tell there are none working for them.

  11. We have had a horrible experience

11/2 still no response from Thoughtful Moving on reimbursement. Time since move = 3 months.

The moving crew was great. During the move our child's crib matress was damaged in the truck and torn. My wife and I were told a new matress was coming out that day and that Frank would deliver it. That didnt happen. We were told he would deliver it the next day and nothing. We have been on the phone with both Mike (area code631) and Frank (area code 954) and both "dropped connection" after realizing we were calling about this issue still. We did receive a notice from Frank that he just needed the info to get it replaced on 8/11 but all other attempts past that have not been responded to since then. We are at a loss on how a company can just ghost a customer who paid for service.

As of 9/7 I still have not received any response.

As of 9/9 still no response.

As of 9/19 still no response.

As of 9/24 still no response. Will keep updating as time goes by.

9/28 I reached out to the number given on feedback of 8139405900 and left a message for the operations manager Francois to resolve the issue. Will update once I hear back.

10/1 I called back to the number because I had not received a call back. Called 3 times. Each time Frank was not available with the last call leaving a message for him for a return call. Will update as it goes on.

10/2 Spoke with Frank and was asked to send the receipt to their info email address so it can be reimbursed to us. The receipt has been sent and I am awaiting the reimbursement. Will update when its received.

10/6 left message for Frank to find out reimbursement ETA since sending the receipt for us purchasing the matress. No call back but will update once I hear from him.

10/25 still no refund and I have not received a call back. I will try again on Monday to get the reimbursement we were told they would complete

10/27 I called the office again and let Michael know I have never heard back from Frank on the issue. He stated he would personally check in it and call me to.orrpw with an update. At this point I am unsure if I will ever get a call back from this company regarding my issue.

11/2 still no response from Thoughtful Moving on reimbursement.

  12. Amazing moving experience.

They were so kind and courteous, T, Chris, and Cedric were an amazing team and efficient. They worked well together, they broke down my bed, threw my old mattresses away and they made all stuff for into my tiny storage! I highly recommend them!

  13. They Have Kept my Property Hostage For 52 Days!! Read More At: Http.

    They don't call/email me back.

I scheduled a move/paid deposit on 7/3 between 8-9 am to relocate from Miami to Tampa. Movers showed 5 hours late. Never called me to let me know they were going to be 5 hours late. They kept my stuff overnight in an unknown location because they got to Tampa so late they couldn't deliver my belongings to the storage and they didn't even called me to let me know they were going to do that. The next day they were supposed to put all my stuff in my storage unit, at the time they did that they broke one of my shelves and they didn't even tell me they just left it there. I was quoted for $1300 for the move. I ended up paying them $2114.30 in total. I receive a call from Mike telling me they had delivered my stuff to another customer and had left some of the others customer stuff in my storage unit. He never called me to arrange delivery, I had to reach out to him. He finally said tomorrow 4 days later and dropped off my lamp to me. All my things were beat up and scratched. He went on vacation and never texted me back when I asked for my missing things. I wonder why no one else could help me while the employees go on vacation and leave their paying customers missing their personal property. Do you not have a boss or a manager or anyone that can hold your employee's actions accountable?. Frank "The boss" It took me a month to speak with him and he has yet to answer any of my emails. When I spoke to him on August 28th he stated that I will get my property back by the end of the week if not I will be compensated well, guess what? that was 25 DAYS AGO!! .

I placed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau which by the way they have multiple complaints against them about their unethical business practices my Case# 67463740. They answered to my complaint on 09/07 wrote they had located my property and were going to arrange the delivery that week, well guess what? it's been 15 days and they didn't arrange a damn thing. No call back, no email or text back. I scheduled my move to be as early as possible so I would have a chance to paint and clean my apartment before I had to turned in my keys at 5:00pm. I was not given my security deposit because the movers showed up so late that I didn't have a chance to clean or paint, that right there puts me out of $550 dollars on top of the $2114.30 I paid them for them to scratch, mishandle, break, and hold my property hostage for no reason.

You have put me through a great deal of stress and have cause me a huge inconvenience. I paid for insurance for this move and you haven't even had the decency to offer any kind of help. Frank you told me I was on the top of the TO DO list at your office 28 DAYS AGO!. Way to go champ!

  14. Bunch of Crooks.

PEOPLE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! In their contract it states that deposits will not be refunded omg cancelled within 7 days prior to move. Well, I gave them 15 days and they are refusing to refund my deposit.

  15. Painless and affordable.

These guys were great they turned this stressful move into a stress free move they were gentle and careful with everything and took inventory of everything and unloaded it in the house where we needed it. I would recommend them to anyone. I will use them again!!
