I had an excellent experience with them.
I bought a car for my father but couldn't make to deliver it myself because of some urgent errands. I searched about mover's company and read some great reviews about them. I booked them and once the internet advice was great. Would recommend and surely be using again if needed.

Moving always seems difficult to me. Gathering all my stuff and shifting it to a new place with new environment give me Goosebumps. I am really terrified with the thought of doing it but then my friend told me about them and literally they saved my day. Best one in town.

After looking up some moving companies on line We ended up with United States Moving Services because of all the great reviews. I'm very happy I did. Guys showed up, very professional and listened to what I wanted done. Got things done in a timely manner. I hate moving but they made this move much easier.

Crew were awesome very professional, careful with the furniture and pleasant to work with. They got us moved out of the old place and moved into the new place in under 2 hours. They took great care with my furniture and there was no damage. The entire experience was quick and easy. I would hire them again for the next move.

I wasn’t too sure what to expect for doing a long-distance move. This is the first time I move away with just about everything I own and it’s was too overwhelming to do it alone. I was a little apprehensive of movers until I found United States Moving Services. I was extremely satisfied by the quality and care of this company in my move. They took care of all my items and charged me fairly for the whole process.
Save your time and money and stay away from this company!
This was one of my worst experiences ever! Do NOT book with them!! During my initial phone call, the representative, Julian, was very kind and reassuring, but he made FALSE promises of a guaranteed delivery date. When the pick-up date came closer there was no communication from them, and my pick-up date was rescheduled twice. Finally, when a date and specific time were set, I waited for the drivers to show up but they never did, and they never gave me a phone call. I live half an hour from the pick-up location, so I had to drive a total of an hour and wait an additional hour, before someone gave me a call back after I repeatedly called their office. Then, I received a call hours later notifying me that they won't be able to get my things to final location until 20 days or so after my set delivery date time frame. I then called United States Moving Services only to be berated by a representative saying that no one told me a guaranteed date and that the times written on the binding contract are just estimates. I then asked to get a refund, as I no longer wanted to work with such an untruthful company. I wrote an e-mail requesting a refund only to get a call saying that they already used most of my deposit money for booking movers? I'm appalled at how unprofessional and uncommunicative this firm is.

The move with United States Moving Services was such a stress free move the team informed me before arriving and was on time. The guys were strong and fast! The got the job done within the quoted time and neatly packed all my stuff into a storage unit. Very impressed. Also, they were polite and friendly. I'll need to have my stuff moved out of my storage in a few weeks and would definitely hire them again to do so.

We got Ryan and Melvin for moving 2 days ago. Those guy were great! They knew what they were doing. They got our belongings from one place to another very fast! Not a scratch to anything of ours! I would def use those two guys and United States Moving Services if I need help again!

In addition to 25-30 boxes of varying width, I had to transfer multiple rooms ' worth of furniture. Compared with the competition, United States Moving Services offered an unbeatable price. They arrived on time and worked fast and efficiently. They made sure all my furniture and electronics/breakables are covered to protect them from destruction and anything else that might occur to them or crawl on them. We have noted that after each transfer, their trucks were completely cleaned and warmed, and they have never had a bedbug record. I'd certainly do it again in the future.
The crew was great!
I booked them for an early morning slot and they were on time getting to the apartment, having called in advance to let me know approximately when they would be arriving. The moved everything out within the hour and we were on our way to the new apartment. I had quite a number of furniture and small furniture items and was amazed at how quickly they got the move done.
Better than the other companies.
These guys packed everything completely from both the places. No complaints, no breaks, no sweat. I was shocked at how they worked 6 hours straight today without having to sit down for a second. They were personable, helpful, and at fees, they didn't try to upscale you. To anyone looking for professional, affordable, friendly movers, I recommend them!
