AAA Moving and Storage handled everything professionally and effectively. The relocation manager, Jason, is fantastic to work with. He is thorough and genuine in all communication. The moving crew worked efficiently, carefully, and got the job done!
The best movers I have ever had.
My husband and I moved on Sunday and AAA movers were amazing. We had three men and I can't even describe how great they were. They got off the truck ready to work. I shopped around before and they had the best price, and send three men, that saved tons of time. They wrapped all the furniture and I didn't even have to ask, they cared for my stuff like it was theirs, they were extremely nice and helpful the entire time. I am in a two story home, and they had all my stuff out in 3 hours exactly. We had a great time with this move, never thought I would say that about a move. I have moved a lot, and this was BY FAR the best experience we have had EVER!!

Thank you for the relocation services provided 10/21/2016 for my belongings from Dallas TX to Charlotte NC. Everything went well at the time of pickup, and the delivery arrived before we knew it. Everything arrived just fine and the padding was just enough to get everything here in one piece. Special thanks to Jason for the estimate, and Danny and his crew for the actual move. My budget was tight for this move, but these boys made sure not to exceed what was agreed upon. The guys had a great flow on both days, and the delivery was quick. No complaint here.
Outstanding Service!
AAA Moving did such a great job on our move that I wanted to take time to write a review. The price was very much a savings compared to the other quotes I had obtained. I liked that everything needed was in an all inclusive package (we choose to have packing services performed also). The team packed us up within a few hours, and before I knew it, the house was empty and we were ready to head over to our new house. There was no extra charge for a stop along the way to our storage, so that a big plus with us (other movers were saying like $100 extra for the stop). The delivery and set up in the new place was a breeze. They assembled all the furniture back together, and placed the boxes in the rooms marked. They just did an all around outstanding job. I would use this company again. .
Very satisfied Overall with AAA.
I had a great moving experience with AAA, the price was great, the movers worked efficiently and did a great job wrapping all my things. My house closings were 2 weeks apart, and they even let me use their premises for temp storage for free.. that was awesome! The delivery went very smooth as expected. The movers brough all my things to the new house, put all the beds together, placed everything whrre we asked, and I really couldn't have asked for a better moving experience. I was a little hesitent because of some of the bad reviews, but as I look into the reviews a little further, I saw where the miscommunication came about, not from the company's part, so I made sure I was very thorough on all I needed and what I was expecting. Worked exactly as it should have, perfect.
Moving insurance is a joke.
Got the to move from storage in Ft Worth Texas to Charlottle, NC. This moving charge you less they can pay you less. I had to wait 120 days plus additional 45 days for 126.00". For over $3100 worth items containers they lost. Now I am out of my item for $126.00 settlement. I stress don't use this company they are a Ripoff cheap service with cheap labor. What sound good isn't always good help. AGAIN I STRESS DONT USE THEM. READ THE REVIEWS BREAKING STUFF, LEAVING STUFF BEHIND, LOSING STUFF. DONT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL COST YOU MORE IN THE END..
Poor Customer Service and Deceptive Business Practices.
One star is way too many for this company. Don't waste your time or money. Find a reputable moving company to handle your valuables. These people just give you the run around after they have taken your money.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, Overall horrible experience!!
I was told by the company they " do a full background check on all employees and they are also Certified movers. and No we do not hire temp help, everyone is employed by the company. " Unfortunately the people that showed up to pick up my stuff were concerning. They said they just put the sign on the side as it was required but it was not an issue it was paper taped to the side of the truck DOT # 2552196 MC# 889337. They did not have the correct tools and due to this broke a table leg that is not repairable and told the people that picked it up from storage I knew about this. They lost boxes. But the best when I called they laughed about me being annoyed and 1 month later I am still waiting for the insurance papers to place a complaint. Also I was told on the phone I could pay by credit card all of it. Movers get there and say not, but they took a personal check and informed me it was ok to do this at the end too, but it was a different company bringing my things and they did not accept personal checks.
After I payed the booking if I called or emailed it was like I was bothering them and then after all the issues they do not care, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Worst Moving Company Ever.
Movers failed to hook my washer and dryer back up. The truck did not accommodate my furniture which I told the sales rep it is a test bedroom house. Several items were left including my refrigerator. I had to call another moving company to move rest of furniture. Before calling another company I called aaa movers manager to rectify the situation but only got hung up on.
Easy Move.
Sold our home very quickly. Jason came out and took an inventory of everything moving. Gave us a few options, and we booked the move. Pickup was done very well. Clean looking young men, smiling and taking care of our things. We bought the guys lunch, they did a really good job. Delivery was just as good as the pickup (no lunch for the guys this time, they were in and out very fast with delivery). I had a friend recommend me to them, and I'm glad I used them as my movers.
Dont recommend.
They delivered the stuffs broken and they broken my stuffs on assembly. The guy was rude and he used so much bad words on delivery. Sofa was broken and they didn't even tell me about. I realized after a day.
Great Move and Great Price.
I didn't have much to move, a bedroom and a living rooms worth, with a bunch of boxes. I saw a coupon they had for $999 1BR to AZ and I was all over it. These guys had a good review here and on the BBB so I hired them. My place needed like 2 weeks before it was ready for delivery. They delivered a day after I moved in and everything looks good. Price was as quoted and delivery was fast!
AAA incompetent movers.
This so called moving company is fraudulent . They are liars and very deceptive. They are very incompetent and cover up by lying and being rude to their clients. The employees hang up on you once they collect your money. They never deliver on time, more so, they destroy your things. It took them almost 2 months to deliver my property after they picked up. Most of the items were broken and destroyed. Their drivers are rude and unprofessional. I was charged extra $400 just because their drivers claimed that they could not navigate into the apartment complex. They parked the moving truck on the street and charged me extra $1 per square foot to bring my things to the apartment. They did not re-assemble the furniture they dismantled as per the prior agreement. Please don't waste your time and money on these incompetent liars.

To many bad events happened to list, I would not recommend using this company. They were very late in picking up and I had a lot of problems getting my things . They sub all their jobs out and it was very difficult getting my things to my new place. The drivers were very late and then did not want to delivery ( they showed up ta 10 pm . I could go on and on about the mistakes that were done but I will stop here.
