1. Overall satisfied.

   I just moved from Ohio to Florida, I'm a senior so I needed help I had never used a moving company since I've heard a lot of things that made me skeptical. but I'm glad I ran into this company. I was a little skeptical the whole time but I'm satisfied with my move. They were not the cheapest but not the most expensive either but I definitely got the service I wanted.

2. Very good experience.

   With several bad moving experiences in the past with different moving companies, I can't express what a relief it was to be sane at the end of a move. The Agility Van Lines staff were great, especially Danny and Ally throughout the whole process. Hopefully I won't have to move again for awhile but if I do, I'll definitely make sure Agility is the first place I call.

3. Beyond my expectations.

   I never ever rite these things, but I found it absoluteley necessary to share with the people on the line about the way Alex and the helpful, considerate, and reliable employees at agility van lines handled my cross country move. Alex took the time to give my wife and I all the information, actually he gave us the truth, which we were able to verify on numerous websites. On the day of the move the driver and his 2 crew members were able to save us money by loading the truck from wall to wall. (it did actually look like tetris the way they loaded the truck). The whole move went smooth and I am so impressed with the professionalism. When all was said and done I spoke with Tinka about the final bill and she was so pleasant and so patient with my wife and I. Thank you times a million to Alex, Austin, the crew, and of course Tinka. I highly recommend Agility Van Lines to everyone.

4. Quality service.

   I'm not one to usually post reviews but I feel the need to do so here. I hired Agility to move my son and I from New jersey to Florida and they exceeded my expectations. Being a single mom I was very nervous about the whole process. The movers showed up on time and were very polite in my house. A few boxes were crushed when they delivered but I think that was my fault because I packed too light. Overall I'm very satisfied with the price and service.

5. Great move.

   I was a bit nervous about the "professional movers" to begin with, however through more searching and looking around in stumbled upon agility vanlines. Still hesitant I called to get an estimate, of which was actually taken care of quickly. I spoke with a representative "danny" who helped me to jot down a list of my items that I needed to move, then we worked out a plan for my budget that I was comfortable with. And booked my pick,-as far as that experience, I can say the guys came out ,"John and kenny " and started going through the house and organizing my small items and the box's I had already packed and by lunch time they had the majority of the truck loaded. I was really surprised that it went so easily, I know they are professionals for a reason. They left with my shipment, and I wasn't stressed anymore, actually relieved. They guys showed up and literally moved everything in with ease and care. Before I knew it my new home was filled, truck emptied and delivery inventory done to where I felt like I got a steal. So I can say in my experience. I will definitely refer them to my friends and family,as well anyone reading.

6. Very happy.

   Overall I was happy with this companies service. I've moved a few time with professional movers and this was the best experience I've had. The most important thing to me was communication and the that's where they excelled. Danny was great on the front end and the rest of the staff, Allie in customer service, Antwan and David on the job and the dispatcher(can't remember his name) were all equally as professional. I would use this company again if needed.

7. Terrible moving co.

   Please do not be fooled by the "good" reviews. Just as "Alex", scam artist of the year will tell you - all bad reviews are by an irate employee - All good reviews are written by Agility people. Just buyer beware. Do your due diligence - it is the only way. They will double your quote, count on it! I am in touch with some others that have experienced the same issues and we are considering moving forward with a group complaint.

8. Much Appreciated.

   My experience with agility van lines was above par. Alex was very polite and understanding of my situation of my company shipping my family and I to another state with very little time to get ready. I was rushed and stressed but the employees that I dealt with at agility were amazing. Thank you to anyone who helped get my family moved. I definitely recommend Alex and agility to anyone who is moving. They are very reliable.

9. Would Use Again!

   I am so satisfied with how my move went. I moved from south carolina to florida last week, any I didn't have any problems. I could not believe the other reviews I read from people who said they had a bad experience, because mine was great! Hiring a company to move all of your belongings is a big decision, so I really did my research. I read reviews before going with agility, and of course there were a few negative ones, but for this company, the good outweighed the bad, and I know people rarely write anything if they had a good experience. When I hired them, I called them almost everyday with questions, and someone was always there to help me. I'm sure they probably got tired of me calling. :) I worked with Alex the most. He called me several times just to update me on how everything was going! Two days before my move, he told me the movers would be there between 2-5pm. They got there around 3, which almost never happens. Any the cable company comes to fix my cable they are ALWAYS late! And they delivered all of my stuff (in perfect condition) a few days later around the same time, which is when Alex told me they would be there. Initially, I was going to just rent a u-hual because all the moving companies' prices were too much for me. But I'm so glad I kept looking and found these guys, because I could actually afford their price, and they included everything! A+ guys! Thank you all so much!

10. Thank you Agilty life savers.

    From the very first email I received I felt like this company was going to be different than the rest. Then there was the first phone call I had with the most helpful and honest person I've ever dealt with in the moving industry. I have moved 12 times in 8 years and Alex gave me time and truth, something that I'm not used to getting from a moving company. I was stressed out as usual but the entire team made me feel like family and seemed to make the pain disappear. On move day the movers were so so so friendly, helpful, and HARDWORKING. These guys busted their humps to get me moved in a short amount of time due to the demands of a new job. I ended up having more stuff than I planned on (thanks to my wife not willing to consolidate). When it came time to go over the final bill the dispatch manager Tinka was so polite, caring, helpful and went above and beyond to assist me to get the move discounted. Thank you to the entire team, you all were great and I highly recommend Agility Van Lines to everyone!!

11. Amazing amazing.

    I must say that I am completely thrilled with the service that Agility Van Lines provided. From the very first call Alex made me feel like I was in good hands. The entire process was smooth and stress free. The movers were prompt and treated my things like their own. Hopefully I won't be moving anytime soon, but if so I know exactly who to call. Thanks again Alex and Austin! Anyone looking to move please call Agility Van Lines.

12. Great moving experience.

    These guys are great! Let me start first by telling you my move story. We sold our home and needed to be moved out no latter than 1/26/2016. I'm a firefighter and quite able to move furniture. So before I called these guys I thought I would just rent a truck and get a few guys to help me get it done. My thought was, how hard can it be. Then the shenanigans began.
    So I went to Publix several times over the 2 weeks ahead of the move to pick up banana boxes for the packing. Not a great experience. Apparently they like to use their empty boxes to send food back to venders. So that was a bust. Then I scheduled the truck rental for a week early just in case I ran into issues. Issues is an understatement. I had to call out sick from work to get this done on the day the truck was "supposed" to be available. I went and picked up 3 workers at $100 for the day for each. Then when I got to the truck rental place (budget truck rental on West Boynton Beach Blvd) they tell me they don't have the truck that I reserved and there isn't one with a ramp with 25 miles. So that was that. I lost a day of pay and I had to pay the workers either way!! Ohhh and by the way, BUDGET CHARGED ME $50 for NOT renting the truck that THEY didn't have for me!!
    
    Now I'm in a scramble to get moved out on time to close on the sell of our home. I saw these guys online and bought a coupon on Yelp and am so glad I did. From the first point of contact I knew these guys were going to take good care of me. Michael was my sales rep and assured me that it not only could be done but would be done and on time. The NEXT morning they delivered boxes, tape and packing paper. When they came to do the move these guys were awesome! They showed up on time. Tommy, Ken and David came in and they were professional but right to business with no time waisted. They took such good care of our things you would of thought they were moving their own stuff. I'm so glad that I found and used these guys. My only regret is I wish I would have found them before I lost over grand trying to do it myself. I have to say they were the best part of our move.

13. Awesome!

    Let me first say, everything anyone has ever told me about movers has been negative so naturally I was very skeptical. I was on the verge of renting a U-Haul and doing this move myself. I certainly was dreading doing this but I just didn't want to be in a situation that I regretted by choosing the wrong mover. The day before I was going to make my U-Haul reservation I submitted my information on a website. The first call I got was from Michael with Agility. I was very impressed from his approach and he explained the industry to me in a way that made complete sense. After hearing his rate that was reasonable but didn't seem to low I decided to give him my trust. I AM SO HAPPY I DID!! My items arrived in FL in the same condition they left NY and the price was within just a couple of dollars of my quote. I can't say enough how appreciative I am for Agility. I highly recommend these guys!!

14. FL to KY.

    I had never used movers before, and now I'm so happy that I did. I moved from South Florida to Kentucky. Shane, the owner, was very helpful, and honestly explained my estimate. It ended up being exactly what I paid at the end, so that was a pleasant surprise. I moved out of a condo that had a very inconvenient path to the moving truck (tight elevator, long ramp), but the guys from Agility just rolled with the punches. Everything arrived intact, including a bunch of large fragile decorative pieces. Movers on both ends were nice guys, very efficient and happy to pack/unpack things the way I wanted. They needed some time to get my stuff from Florida to Kentucky, but they came right when they said they would. Overall I'd highly recommend. Definitely giving them a call next time around.

15. They are scam brokers.

    So, we get a contract from an ever pleasant and ALWAYS available Alex quoting $1,500. We signed the contract and then the runaround began. The moving truck was impossible to pin down, never returned calls and FINALLY when they got to my house, they couldn't speak English EXCEPT to tell us that "eyeballing" the items, they jacked the price up to $5,200.
    We called their dispatch and told them we didn't have that kind of money and he asked us what we COULD afford. Oh heck no. And for 60% down right now he would bring the price down to $4,000.
    
    They are cheats, scammers, liars, and thieves. And that wonderful Alex? Won't answer his phone or return calls.
    
    They are brokers. Agility sets up the move, takes their cut and then washes their hands of us. The third party (the truck and movers) are a separate company all together. Don't waste your money. The movers are, right now, sitting in my driveway waiting for us to either cancel or cough up an additional $2500. Not going to happen.
    
    Guess I'm stuck in Oklahoma a few more days.
