Long distance move
I used Agility Van Lines for my long distance move from Georgia to NJ...very courteous, prompt, and professional service from the moment I called to actual delivery...was pleased to see that the same crew which picked up my furniture and belongings was the same crew that delivered them to its destination (on time and no damages)...John was my representative who quoted me a more than reasonable price...also, very knowledgeable and courteous...would also like to add that Denise in the office was a great help in keeping us updated during the whole process...moving is a pretty stressful experience but her reassurance made it that much easier (thank you)...would definitely recommend Agility Van Lines to anyone needing a move.

Excellent communication and up front pricing
Worked with John from the very beginning from going over my inventory list, to my dates I needed to have moved to the final pricing. He was very professional and returned phone calls in a timely manner. From everything I experienced I would recommend them.
Moving Experts
John, moving consultant, was helpful and knowledgeable. The moving crew, lead by Paul, were professional, courteous and helpful. While the moving crew showed up later at night (6:00pm), they jumped right on the job and were done by 7:30pm. Likewise, on the delivery end. Crew leadership was noticeable and the three man crew worked in unison. We were very pleased with the experience and do not hesitate in recommending Agility Van Lines for those smaller moves that the "big guys" just don't want to mess with. Agility showed that they can handle the job.
Great Company did Great JOb!
This was the first time I’ve ever used a moving company so I was really concerned about how this would turn out. We needed to move my mom from Phila. To Georgia in the summer of 2019, and then a year later, move her back to Philly. I needed this move to go smoothly because I’m in Texas and unable to be there to help my mom.
Everyone I worked with at Agility Van Lines was great. Angelo and Denise were friendly, helpful and professional. They walked me thru the process, answered my questions, (and I had a lot of them!), and addressed all my concerns. I had a clear picture of what to expect before I signed the contract.
During the move from Phila. To Georgia, Agility patiently worked with my mom when her move schedule slipped, when she wasn’t ready when they showed up, and came back when she was ready. Given her late circumstances, she needed to put her stuff in storage for 2 months until her new home was ready. Agility did that without hiccup at a reasonable price until it was time for delivery. And delivery was done right on time.
I had no doubt who to call when mom needed to move back to Phila. During that move, the experience was the same. John and Denise were again friendly, helpful and professional. Agility’s workers showed up right at the time they said they would, packed up her stuff professionally, including her prized 55” TV, and had her stuff on the truck ready to go within hours.
I’m very happy with the service Agility provided my mom and highly recommend them to anyone.
Professional & Top Quality
John is the absolute best!! He actually care about the people he is providing service to. John gave me some sound & beneficial advise even AFTER I regretfully went with another company. After my know it all butt went to the broker John tried to warn me about; I went back to John at Agility Van Lines. My moving dates were not available but John was professional and helpful. Don't be a knuckle head like me GO WITH AGILITY VAN LINES FIRST.. People like John are a rare breed..Agility put people first!!!

This review is for an interstate move, Sept-Oct 2020. I contacted Agility Van Lines based on favorable online reviews. I contacted other movers as well. Agility responded with genuine interest, personable professionalism, and very reasonable rates. They took time to explain the process to me and insure I understood what would happen. They were so supportive, and always reliable throughout the entire process. I recommend them to you MOST highly. Excellent company, great people, way-above-average service.

Awful service!
This company was terrible! $1000 worth of belongings lost, furniture broken, floors scratched, final cost 3x original estimate, quality of packing was very poor and resulted in many broken and damaged items.

Nijah, Harry, and Paul were amazing and treated my belongings like they were their own. Very friendly and very speedy service not just moving but arriving to destination. Also showed up on time when they stated.
Move from Cincinnati to NJ.
Excellent customer service, communication, professionalism and respect. I was happy using a family owned business and my crew was the same to pack/load and unload as promised. John was excellent in providing the quote and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable compared to others. The crew led by Alfred was careful and attentive and very polite. They worked hard. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is because the packing and loading the truck took twice as long as anticipated - 16 hours for a 2 bedroom condo. This added stress as the day turned to night since they have to be supervised as your items are staged in the street.

I I use agility Van Lines for my long-distance move from Florida to South Carolina I was very pleased with John who worked with me through this stressful time everyone in agility is extremely nice the communication was excellent and I was amazedhow my furniture was wrapped and packed highly recommend this company.
Move for School.
Moved with Agility Van Lines recently for school and everything went perfect. I spoke over the phone with John regarding my estimate and spoke to Denise regarding dispatch, both of them were extremely professional. When the truck arrived for the move, Alfred and his crew were there to pick up the furniture and load the truck. The move was a success and everything went well. Would recommend!
Do Not Use.
It has been a year and I am still upset with this company. Lies, Lies is all I ever got from them. A nightmare of a move. Every time I see my broken and ruined antique furniture, I cry. I am surprised that they are still in business.
