Great Company.
I recently used Agility for my move from Boston, MA to Vero Beach FL. Alex, Damion and John were absolute professionals. I can say enough about the quality of work. Angelo was also very pleasant to deal with from the office. I’m happy I have this family owned business a shot.

MA to FL.
The team at Agility Van Lines was extremely helpful for my family's move from MA to FL. I spoke with John in terms of my estimate. The crew that assisted with me with my move was also great and efficient. Teddy, Manny and Tyrone took excellent care of my furniture. I would highly recommend Agility for all moving necessities.

Using Agility Van lines was a great choice and the best move possible. John helped set up the move perfect for us and made the process as smooth as could be. I am very happy with the service provided by Agility Van Lines. They moved me at the beginning of July. They were very efficient. Alfred, Karl and atrayvion were excellent to work with! I would recommend them to anyone in need of a mover.
Don't Do It.
This is probably the least professional company I have ever used. I was originally quoted what I thought was a price that was encompassing everything I spoke to John about, full pack and disassembling my bed. According to the movers, this quote did not include any of that. So why John gave me a quote that was inaccurate, I will never understand. My movers arrived a whole day later than originally agreed. Then the day of their arrival, they showed up 4 hours after their "4 hour window" of arrival. The day of drop off, they also arrived 5 hours later than agreed. Movers were impossible to get in contact with, the company was less than helpful as a liaison between driver and client. All in all, my quote was $1000 off of what was demanded by the movers. I would have gladly paid that extra money if the movers were professional, communicative, and genuine. But everyone was conniving and did not care at all about what they were doing to the consumer. Would never refer this company to anyone. If you're looking for a mover, look elsewhere.

CONSUMER BEWARE!! WARNING! WARNING! STAY AWAY!
Using Agility Van Lines was a horrible mess. Shane Young is a bully and a liar; he's demeaning and rude to his own employees and customers.
LIE #1 - John incorrectly assessed our items
RESULT - Truck was too small.
I was on my own to have storage unit shipped to new location. Not an easy task when we're moving 700 miles away. This cost me an additional $2000.
LIE #2 - Items will arrive over a 5 day delivery spread
RESULT - We waited over THIRTY days to receive our belongings
"It will be there next week."
"Driver is in NC, but on his way."
"Your belongings are in transit."
"I promise it will be there Friday."
"Your items are in storage in CT."
"It will arrive early next week."
LIE #3 - We will professionally pack your items
RESULT - Many items were not even packed, just thrown into the truck.
RESULT - Many items arrived broken; some went into the trash and will be completely replaced; others will need repairs.
LIE #4 - We are professionals.
RESULT - Office staff gave me the run around. I was the one initiating most of the calls.
"Uh..I don't have the paperwork in front of me."
"We'll call you by 5:00 to give you an update."
"Still no word, I don't have the paperwork."
LIE #5 - Packing materials charges
RESULT - I was charged $215.00 for boxes: wardrobe box, picture box, mirror box, small crate, medium crate, large crate, dish box, commercial bin box, TV box, mattress covers, etc.
The items requiring boxes never made it to boxes! Many items were thrown in the truck at the end. No boxes. Not wrapped, hence the broken items upon arrival. Not one box was provided.
This has been a NIGHTMARE!

Long Distance Move.
Recently worked with John at Agility for a move to Florida. John was always available to answer any questions I had. John worked with the Driver and kept me informed along the way. Pickup was on time and delivery was in a couple of days. All in all everything was great. I would definitely recommended John to my family and friends.

Want to give a shout out to Agility Van lines for making our move from Tampa to Enola PA seamless! The whole process was detailed from beginning to end. I was able to contact them via text and phone, and they kept me in the loop during the 30 days before the move. The crew, led by Alex, were professional and very polite. They treated our things as if they were their own. Agility Van lines follows through with what they say, I highly recommend them.

Recently moved to Florida and used the services of Agility Van Lines. John was my point of contact and Artovio and his guys did a great job. Pickup and delivery were on time. No issues, great job by all. I will recommend to anyone looking for a good company.

CONSUMER BEWARE - Do Not Use this company
Shane Young is the owner.
I agreed to move during the 2nd and 3rd weeks of June. They didn't deliver my boxes until the 2nd week of July, 2 weeks later than what was agreed upon.
I am only going to echo the exact same issues that others have with Shane Y. and therefore won't recount the entire event. The aspects of the move that I agreed to have done did not happen.
a) Pick up my good during the pre-determined 4 day window
b) Receive a phone call when the driver was enroute
c) Immediately take my boxes/items to the new location --- Not store them in a warehouse
d) Drop off the boxes/items during the agreed upon 4 day move-in period
e) Receive a phone call from the office or driver when they were one day away
Everytime I received a call from Cindy with a set day and time, it was a lie.
They picked up my goods a week late. Instead of driving them up to my new home, they put everything in storage for 2 weeks (2 weeks later than the agreed upon delivery period).
The delays have cost me more than $600 in flights and additional home items due to their lies.
Move.
Recently move to Florida from Conneticut and work with John. John took my inventory and kept me updated and was always able to help me. Alex and his guys also did a great job and was very personable and friendly. The whole move took 4 days from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.
Relocate.
They came and finished the task in a good amount of time. The guys called prior to arriving. Quick, polite, excellent service. The absolute best moving company I have ever used.
