Do Not Use for interstate moving!
As far as my experience with Agility, stay clear and far away from this moving company, ESPECIALLY if you are moving across state lines. I utilized them in Dec 2018 from CT to Miami. Understand, I know they cannot be exact in terms of deliverable date due to the distance and working with other customer loads, but at the same time, they lied and said my belongings were in route when in actuality they sat in NJ for a week! They unloaded my belongings in a storage unit and picked up another load for the money! How do I know this? Because at least their delivery drivers were up front and honest with me. To add to the disaster, they damaged my mattress as a result of the offload; saturated with dirty water! And, upon dropping off another customers furniture, my daughters expensive mountain bike was given to the wrong household, who in turn decided to keep it! I got practically nothing for my major delay (2 weeks from what they stated), lies and deceit and damage. All of this I have documented. Do yourself a favor, stay clear away from Shane Young and company,.
Long distances move.
Agility Van lines moved me from Florida to Ohio it was the best experience ever with the moving company. The staff were very professional and the crew was very professional. I highly recommend this company for any of your moving needs.

If your moving long distance Agility van lines is your go to moving company. The movers had moved my household goods from Petersburg VA to Kennesaw GA.
Everything went as planned and was done on time. Teddy and his crew were very respectful and professional; therefore, I totally recommend to use Agility Van Lines to move you!

Nightmare Long Distance Moce.

Agility Van Lines is your worst nightmare mover. My contract promised I’d be packed and moved out of my Maryland home on June 28-29. Their truck didn’t arrive until 4:15 pm on the 29th. They didn’t finish until 5:15 pm on June 30, delaying, and almost derailing the sale of my home. My contract said they’d deliver my belongings to a new home in North Carolina between July 8-13. They arrived at 4:30 pm on the afternoon of July 15. For all this abominable service, Agility demanded $3,000 more than their original moving estimate -- a 38 percent cost increase! This company runs a classic bait and switch operation! Run, don’t walk, away from Agility Van Lines, unless you’re looking for a long distance move from hell.

Our moving experience with Agility proved to be an outstanding event. From start to finish, John, Denice, and the moving men proved to be efficient, polite, and very helpful in all ways. Their service was terrific. I highly recommend this company. We are 110% pleased with all they did to accommodate our needs and make our move incredibly smooth. Overall .. Great job!

After receiving multiple quotes I ended up choosing Agility because I felt confident with the way John explained their service. Everything was as sold. Teddy , Marc and Wilson were courteous and professional. All of my items arrived without issue and the timing from pickup to delivery was very quick. Thanks Agility.

I totally recommend Agility van lines to be your go to moving company. Everything went as planned and was done professionally. Alex and his crew were very respectful and had worked hard and effienctly and made sure that my furniture would be safely wrapped and padded and that it will be in safe hands. Overall I had no compliants the company made me a satisfied customer and will definitely use them again in the future.

I recently used Agility to move my mother from New Jersey to Florida. We had a great experience from start to finish. No major damage to any furniture and great communication throughout.
Shady business - stay away!
Embarrassingly bad service. The salesperson outright lied to us about what was included in the service. "Full pack and unpack" does not mean unpack at all, just unload the van. "Professional packers" managed to destroy paintings, lamps, dishes, artwork, clothes. Mostly because they literally just dumped our belongings into the largest boxes they were able to buy at Home Depot the night before. We were told the movers were coming on Wednesday, then they didn't show up until Thursday. Then when we called the office to ask about the discrepancy, we were told it was our fault. It was our fault for not estimating how big of a truck they should send. It was our fault for not understanding that "full pack and unpack" meant unload, but not unpack. It was our fault for assuming that "professionals" meant "stoned the entire time they worked." Our quote jumped from $7,000 to $9,400. I'm embarrassed to have given them my money. Stay away from this company! They are shady, and unprofessional. Shame on them.
The Importance of Cubic Feet During a Move.
It has taken me 6 weeks to finally recover from the traumatic and distressing move that I did with Agility from MA to Florida. I am writing this because as a single woman I want to ensure no one, especially another woman, is taken advantage of by the conniving and quite frankly illegal business practices of Agility.
My deception began when I found Agility off the very reputable Angie's Listings. Unfortunately my initial local moving company contracted COVID-19 2 weeks prior to my move so I was in need of a replacement. I spoke with John countless times, sent him the MLS listing of my house, including the square footage ( 2219 sq ft 4 bedrooms 3.5 baths) as well as over 26 photos showing all contents of every room in my home. After multiple exchanges on 4/17 John quoted my move at $5,313.13 based off of the1052 Cubic Feet I would need in the truck.
The move was promised giving a two day arrival window. With only 24 hours notice I received confirmation the truck would arrive the second day but it didn't! I called repeatedly to confirm my moving date as I was on a tight schedule. I finally heard back at 9PM the night before my scheduled moving date - in which I was informed they would be arriving a day later than scheduled.
Upon arrival on 4/23 my movers said there was absolutely no way that the contents of my home would fit in the cubic footage I had reserved. They told me I would need over 1,768 cubic footage of the truck which would increase the price of my move by $3,500 making the total $8,341.57. Additionally the owner of the company Shane insisted that the new total needed to be paid in full upon delivery.
These were absolutely not the terms and conditions I had contractually agreed upon. It was the height of the pandemic, not to mention I am a single woman and was packing and moving my entire life completely alone due to required isolation.
The law states that the most a moving company can charge is 110% of the increased total at delivery, they did not abide by that. I will be filing a deceptive business practice complaint with the Department of Transportation, Better Business Bureau, and the Attorney General as this company is extremely corrupt and I do not want this to happen to anyone else.
I will mention that the three movers were very friendly, professional, and transparent. Clearly this is a top down issue in which management forces poor and immoral business practices on their employees.

Teddy, Jose and Dominique were awesome on my recent move to Georgia. All my items arrived safely and on time as promised. Angelo was great to work with from the office and big thanks to Denise for helping coordinate as well. I would definitely recommend them.
MA to NC move.
The move went as planned from John the planner and all his help to Jude the leader of the move and his helpers Will and Ray. The pick up was on time and the drop off was accomadating and on time. Jude was very professional and explained the move as well as keeping to the schedule. The price was reasonable and affordable.
