Wonderful experience.
Excellent! The movers ran late for pick up, but called me early in the morning to let me know. They were hard workers & very efficient. The same men who picked up our items, deleivered them days later. We we're able to get delivery on the same day we closed on our new house. I have two children 6 & 1, and two 10 year old dogs. They worked around everyone with no issue. The whole experience was wonderful!
Very Prompt.
The gentlemen handling my FL-GA move were prompt with communication and with arriving on time at the pick up location and had my possessions in GA 2 days later which was well within the 2 to 10 day window I was given. None of my items was damaged and the men were very professional in all of our interactions.
Cancellation.
Vince at Agility Van Lines was very helpful throughout the process. Unfortunately, unforeseen circumstances changed my plans and I had to cancel the services.

Refund with no hassle.
I had to cancel this move to Florida. My discussion with Steven were Spot on and I received no hassle from him or anyone else I spoke this. If I move to Florida in the future I will contact them and I do wish that all refunds went this smoothly.
Extremely helpful and easy to contact.
We needed movers for out of state and Steve was quick, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. The price was HALF the cost of the other companies we were getting estimates from. It was an easy and user friendly experience!
Relocation.
My Daughter &her family moved from IL. to Ga. I was there to see that all of their belongings were moved. My Husband & I were Extremely impressed with the movers Ontario, Brandon, & Carlos. They were professional & made sure everything was wrapped & boxed so nothing would get damaged. We will definitely use this company for our out of state move & request these 3 hard working men. Thank you for making it so smooth. My daughter was very happy when she received her things.

Vince at Agility saved me from a MASSIVE headache! I would recommend anyone making a long distance move to contact Agility and VINCE in particular. This man is patient and very thorough when explaining the process. Extremely knowledgeable! Plus.. he's a fellow Italian! Grazie mille mio amico!
Relocation.
Worked with John at Agility. and, I must say, it was a pleasure working with him. He made it all so easy and uncomplicated. Originally, I was moving to Florida and subsequently I bought a condo in Ohio instead. When I informed them of this, they immediately refunded my deposit. Agility is a company on the up and up.
These guys were awesome.

Moving down to Florida was made easy with the help of John at Agility Van Lines. John worked with me from beginning to end and was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout. John's price was fair and his service was quick, Ontario and his crew picked up and delivered in three days. Those guys were efficient and fast. They helped to set everything up in Florida. 5 star service. Thanks.
A very capable company to use for moving.
Although we did not use this company for our moving needs as the truck size did not meet our buildings limited access dimensions, they were friendly to deal with and seemed very capable. I would recommend them.

I was pleasantly suprised by agility van lines. Ive moved many times througout my career and this was by far the best experience ive had. The crew alex and Jose were awesome from start to finish. The took great care with my furniture. Thank you Agility.
Amended review.
This posting is a an update to my review posted 5/14/18.
After delivery we received an apology from Agility. This was appreciated and we were also surprised and relieved when they located most of our missing items that were not delivered and shipped them to us. Those were received 5/18/18. In addition, Agility's President contacted us to offer compensation for the remaining lost items. We estimated that value at $83.00. Agility responded by refunding us the $83.00 plus an additional $200.00 compensation as an acknowledgment of the poor service we received.
While all of these efforts to make amends were welcome it does not negate the other facts regarding our experience with Agility.
It is still a fact that they picked up our belongings on 4/10/18 and, instead of delivering them in a timely manner, placed them in storage without our consent and did not deliver until 05/05/18. We had no idea where our property was during those 25 days.
It is also still a fact that Agility changed the delivery terms of the agreement after we paid the two required deposits.
And it is still a fact that communication with Agility during the 25 days that our belongings were in their possession was almost entirely one sided. We had to continually contact them with requests for information. Those requests were often ignored.
We consider our case with Agility Van Lines closed. However, it is our hope that our story may be a help to others.
Terrible service.
Our move was from Winston Salem, NC to Leesburg, FL. A 600 mile move. They picked up on 04/23/18 to be delivered to our new address on 04/27/18. Here it is 05/22/18 and only some of our belongings are here. When they pulled up in front of our home in FL, the driver would not take the lock off the truck until he was given a bank check. After he was given that, then he told us he did not have all our belongings (not even half). They unloaded what they had and there was more furniture on the front of the truck. Why was someone else's stuff on the truck when all of our stuff was not. We were told by Alex (no longer with the company) that our belongings would not be off loaded. That was a lie. When they were still loading our belongings, the driver got a phone call to go to Richmond, VA to pick up some other stuff. We realized right then that we had been lied to. Now when they call they keep moving the delivery date out further. It was susposed to be 05/24 and than it went to 05/25. We told them we were leaving for vacation on 05/26 and needed our stuff before we left. My husband has been living out of a suitcase for a month. We had to go buy him some underwear to tie him over. I am a business woman and have not had my computer to do work on. We have had to eat out since we got to FL because our pots and pans are somewhere with our belongings. We are down to 2 meals a day because we cannot afford more than that. This company is a complete disaster and should not be in the moving business. All employees lie to you on a daily basis. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU.
