Any time that you're looking to move you need to contact them. Everything that they tell you is very true. Same truck same crew they were amazing. They did not overcharge they kept it right at the estimate and I was very happy. My wife was thrilled as well and we're not having to come out a cochut for money likely have in the past. Thank you very much for everything that you guys did press during this movie and I will most certainly recommend you to anyone and everyone.
Flexible.
We loved how flexible this company was. We didn’t have time to sit on the phone with moving companies and walk our home over and over. Always Moving had alternative solutions. Almost all of our communication was done via email. They sent us a form which we were able to fill out on our own time. We sent them pictures and even dimensions. They always responded the same day and made our move very affordable. Contracts were clear and straight forward. Friendly sales people and professional movers. Thank you all.
Poor communication poor service.
Horrible the worst mistake I have ever made.moved from texas to ohio. Never got the courtesy of communication or timeliness of where and when our furniture would arrive. After several calls finally got a date for delivery. Lots of damaged boxes and furniture. They took $8000. And said our claim was only worth $407.00. But they would only pay out $231.00 Unbelievable. Run run run from these master con artist. Never again will I trust them. Made God repay you for your dirty deed.

We were referred to Alliance Moving after a close friend of ours hired them a while back. She had nothing but the highest praise for them and now we know why. They don’t give you any run around and they tell you how to save the most money possible and have your furniture exactly when you need it. They were all very nice on the phone and nicer in person. They have a great system and left our house in the same condition it was. No garbage left behind no scratches. Everything wrapped right and packed right. This is a top tier mover. Thank you.

Wonderful! We chose Alliance Movers because of what we heard on the phone and saw online. We wanted to use a moving company that wasn’t going to sell our move off because they were so busy in the summer months. Over time we built a great relationship with our sales person and customer service department. They never left us to worry and got us any and all the information we needed. We couldn’t do this move ourself and we only had so much money to work with. They came on the date we needed them to and I watched them carefully load each piece. They are experienced and down to earth. They are the reason we can breath easy and we would be happy to use them again.

We hired Alliance Movers after speaking with various other moving companies across the states. We felt comfort explaining our situation with them and listing off all the items we planned on bringing. We found that they were willing to work with us on price and make sure we had the dates we needed by all means. We found everyone within the company to be helpful and very clear going through the contract. The movers showed up early and began working and had the entire household on the truck on just a few hours. We got called as the truck moved through it’s route and it arrived right in the window planned. It was easy on all of us involved and budget friendly. We would use them again if we decided to relocate.

I can’t tell you how happy we are with this moving company. In our past experiences we have had some interesting people help in our numerous moves. Hopefully this is our last move. If every other move we had, had been this easy it would’ve saved us a lot of headaches and stress on top of broken things and scuffed furniture. We made sure to tell them that we just purchased all new furniture for our new home and let me tell you they were extra careful. Of course out of curiosity we called just to see how long it was going to be until we received our furniture. We got it the exact date they told us And there was nothing wrong with anything. Definite Five star rating in my book.

Alliance moving was the highest rated company on the Internet. We researched well over 30 companies and nobody had their credentials that alliance has. They have been doing quality work for many many years. Every company that we spoke to outside of them rushed us through the process and just asked for a deposit. The word deposit wasn’t even mentioned until maybe the third or fourth call between us which says a lot because they’re more concerned with quality then rushing into making a sale. They showed up with an Excellent foreman and I highly trained crew that we were able to point to each piece and tell them how we want it handled. They never questioned anything we asked and they got the job done on time safely and time efficiently They never questioned anything we ask and they got the job done on time safely and time efficiently. We met our deadline and stayed within our budget we could not be happier.
Unlike the rest.
This company is unlike any company we spoke to or used in the past. Alliance Moving was the first company to call us after we put our information in online. We spent an hour on the phone going room by room by room and drawer by drawer to get everything that we were moving documented. We needed a few pieces specially packed and even something crated. They were able to accommodate all we asked if them and we are very satisfied with the service provided. We never wanted to deal with anyone that would say one thing and do another. Alliance Moving is an honest do as they say Type company. 5 stars.
Best we ever had.
It’s not an easy process to select a long distance moving company. We went online to find out a few tips on where to start. Once we talked to Alliance Moving we had a little bit of information. Alliance went a step further and gave us a few websites and government sites just so we can verify who was who. We made our deposit with them after a week of back and forth and were able to save money by reserving a move 2 months in advance. This is an incredibly busy time of year and we wanted to make sure we would get our furniture fast and in the same condition it left in. They are the company to keep. Happy we worked with them and even happier to pass the name along. Great work.
Summer move.
I knees that when school ended I was going to have to move this summer and I was stressing it all semester. When I spoke with Alliance they made me feel amazing and they made sure that my nerves were calm for this amazing move. I was relieved when all my stuff was delivered in the same condition that it was picked up in.
Protective.
We found out really fast that summer time is not only the busiest time of the year but the mist expensive time to relocate. I want to thank Alliance Moving for helping us understand ways to protect ourself and save the most money possible getting this move complete. We worked with 3 different departments within the company and each one wAs a safeguard to make sure nothing was missed and see if any changes needed to be made. It made us very comfortable and felt like weren’t be taken advantage of. Very good company trustworthy and works safe and carefully.

Alliance Moving was one of the first companies that returned our request. They were the company we spent the most time on the phone with which in turn made us feel like they really wanted our business and didn’t want a mistake to be made. They asked about things we had completely forgotten about. I’m sure other companies would have charged us for. They gave us complimentary mattress covers and boxes our TVs. I know now why they are rated so high they are all about helping the next person.

Gotta say the work provided by Alliance Moving was professional and on the money. We didn’t want anything but honesty and our things moved safely. They were able to do that and do that much quicker then we thought. Other companies we talked to couldn’t pick us up on our dates or deliver us on time or were flat out too expensive. Alliance Moving was exactly what we wanted when we needed it most. Even took extra time boxing televisions for free. We started our search online looking for a mover that could take us from Arkansas to Texas. We are every day people who are not made of money so we were on a very strict budget. Alliance moving gave us all the tips we needed so we can save a little bit of money here in a little bit of money there whereas most other movers would’ve charged us on the day of the move. We had no idea this was the busiest time of year but we made due. There are many departments within the organization that checks the previous one to prevent mistakes.
