This company is so unprofessional! Once I canceled my move and tried to get my money back the employee, Brian, essentially went incognito and refused to call me back. I am still waiting for my refund it has been well over 30 days since I canceled my move. They are costing me more money than I owe, they will steal from you and try to drain you of as much money as they can.
I have been non stop calling them about my refund for well over 4 weeks and they keep blaming it on Covid. I eventually had to tell my credit card company to dispute the charges since still no refund. The company then told me that they "processed" the refund and that it was in my credit card companies hands, I called my credit card company 7 days after said refund was "processed" and they still don't see anything processing and advised me to dispute the charge so that my credit score won't take a hit.

Let me cut to the chase. I highly recommend American Standard Moving. They are very professional and take all of the stress out of moving day. They make sure that you have nothing to worry about. They showed up on time and took only a couple of hours to wrap up and load everything onto the truck. They made sure that no walls were scratched and everything was handled with care. Not a single thing damaged or broken! Couldn’t be more satisfied with the move. A++ service!

This company is a third party broker and is not the actual moving company. This will ultimately be a mistake should you decide to use them. Their sales department is full of snakes like Jacob who are not trustworthy at all. Final price ended up being $2000 more than expected. Spread the word, this company is awful!

When you move I can't stress enough to you that you must call American Standard Moving. They are a wonderful company and they can easily help you and your family makes it through this stressful process without an issue. I must say that it was worth every single penny that we saved and spent on a perfect move. Thank you American Standard Moving for being on top of this moving thing and making us feel at home in our new home. I highly recommend you guys to all my friends and family in a heart-beat!

The moving team was excellent they wrapped all the furniture nothing got scratched or damaged at all. They helped out with extra boxes free of charge and even mattress covers. The move went a lot faster than I anticipated and a lot of that is due to the preparation your team put in so thank you again and best of luck going forward. I highly recommend this moving company!

Professional Con-Artists or Poor Internal Controls - YOU DECIDE
After days of searching for the right carrier to move our company goods safely from Michigan to California, we came across American Standard Moving & Storage. American Standard Moving & Storage seemed to have decent rates and the best insurance coverage compared to the competition. The Sales rep (Jason) offered me an insurance plan of $10,000 per unit (25x) totaling $250,000 so we decided to award them with the job.
Two days later, a Mexican gang showed up to begin moving our goods while the manager and I were completing paperwork. There was a discrepancy in the insurance coverage amounts from what the sales rep (Jason) had previously stated over the phone. The maximum coverage wasn't even 10% of the agreed-upon amount. After going back and forth, we decided to cancel the job and not risk them moving our goods. A $1,708 non-refundable charge is what I get stuck with all because their sales guy (Jason) is offering services the company does not even offer.
Overall, beware of similar experiences. Things to look out for:
• Verify paperwork and validate details with a second employee.
• Don't let the movers begin working until all paperwork is completed.

PLEASE..... Do not use this company! They are unwilling to help. The quote I was originally given was actually more than double when the movers showed up! I was hung up on 4 times. They said I refused service so I lost my deposit but I was trying to get clarification. Christina in the dispatcher/customer service used a racial slur towards me. I did not refuse service but they are refusing to assist. Do not understand any circumstances use this company!!!

The guys were careful, provided wardrobe boxes for convenience of carrying multiple items, blanketed and wrapped furniture for protection, and removed some items that needed to be discarded. I am super impressed with the whole moving crew. Recommended.

When my husband told me to start looking for a moving company to pack and move our 3 bedroom house, I did my research. American Standard Moving showed up on time to pack all my belongings including my fragile items. I fully recommend anyone who is moving any distance to give these guys a shot. I was not disappointed and I know that you won't be too!

American Standard Moving ability to pay attention to detail and the speed of the move itself were fantastic. They provided honest, fair, and upfront prices. The prices the moving group provided cannot match any of the ones around it. The company was the perfect fit for me and they had everything covered from being able to fit all my furniture and boxes into the truck. They also provided additional support anytime I needed it. I will be sure, and frankly very excited, to share my experience with friends and family when they need assistance.

We had 4 guys help us move out of our 3 bedroom condo . They worked hard and efficiently, took good care of our stuff, handled the heavy furniture professionally, and asked questions when necessary while really listening to any instructions we had.
