  1. Repeat customer.

To be very honest I am using bayflower regularly. I have to relocate very frequently because of the nature of my job. So, often I require the service of professional movers. Though there are many moving companies, but very few can perform consistently and this is one of those very few companies. They have the most decorated movers, who can manage any kind of moves and who are able to deliver under any circumstances. They never charge more than what they should do and they never try to take undue advantage of anything like most of the other movers. I have never actually found a single mistake by them and most importantly I noticed that the movers always give their best to ensure the safety and accuracy of the move. That is why I am recommending them. They were very organized and highly skilled and super-fast too. Movers take no time to complete the move and they were so efficient that I failed to find a single mistake by them. Just call them and have a happy move like me.

  2. Results were good.

Before assigning them for my move, I did my research. After taking a look at the reviews of many moving companies and talking with them, I finally decided to go for this company. They seemed to be the most professional and cheap among all other movers. When I called them, I discussed my move with their sales person. He offered me a great price and I assigned them for the move without wasting a minute. Later their movers proved my decision a great one by providing a very smooth, timely and affordable move. Movers were simply too good for the move. They never looked in trouble or confused. They had the full control over the move and they had the depth knowledge of what they were doing. As a result, I got a fantastic service.

  3. Move went perfect.

Every time I move I normally contact one of the major moving companies and get charged an arm and a leg. But, this time I chose Bay Flower Moving Group and boy am I happy! My quote wasn't as a high as it normally is and their team was so responsive and attentive to my needs I was pleasantly surprised. Bay Flower wasn't like the other moving companies where if I called they got back to me in a couple of days, they got back to me in a couple of hours and that was very important to me. I would just like to personally thank Bay Flower for making my move to California nice and smooth!! Thanks Again.

  4. Perfect moving company.

When you move choosing the right company is extremely important not only because they are handling all of things but because you are giving them your money! These guys helped us out tremendously and we are so grateful! They did an outstanding job making sure our items were not damaged or lost. They had the utmost respect for me and they will be recommended by us any day of the week!!

  5. Movers are great.

I am really very happy with the service that I received from BayFlower Moving Group. I used them for a move. Though I was not a very big move but they have showed me what they were capable of. Movers came on time and began the work straightaway. They had a plan about the move and managed the move in a very professional way. Actually they completed my move before the scheduled time and charged me fewer than the original quote. Nothing was missing or stolen. I loved to see their professionalism and care for my belongings. In my opinion they are the real moving heroes. I must thank the movers for providing me a problem free and smooth move.

  6. Happy with the services!!

Had a really good move here to AZ. Considering how far we came, I was sure of something catastrophic happening. But, not in this case! They took very good care of my family with packing all of our items and making sure that nothing got broken. No complaints about the service here !! Very pleased and satisfied with this company!!If you need a reliable company these guys are a way to go;-).

  7. Thank you.

I highly recommend them for any one working with a tight budget. The service and prices was within my budget .I was a little worried about hiring a moving company after hearing all the horror stories about being overcharged and furniture being broken. After talking with the owner he re insured me that my furniture will be well taken care of and carefully wrapped to avoid any chipping or dings. To my surprise he's movers did exactly what promised they were great they took their time wrapping up all my glass and wooden furniture and carefully loaded and unloaded my things within the given time. They were awesome!!

  8. Great job guys.

I had the very best experience with this moving company. From start to finish eveything went perfect when they picked me up they wrapped up everythibg like pros and when I unpacked out here in santa monica nothibg was broken but a couple of plates! In my book that's pretty good considering how far my move was!! The moving guys that arrived were very courteous and I was pleased with how well they put my furniture back together, thry made my new place look like a home in no time!! All in all I had a pleasant experience and just wanted to share with you guys, thank you!!

  9. Don't use Bay Flower Moving Company.

Terrible experience with Bay Flower Moving Company. Spoke with Dave in the sales department. I shared my experience from my move east with a corporate company that moved my things 5-6 times before I received them. Dave assured me Bay Flower doesn’t do that. My things go right on the truck – that was the first lie. He also told me that Bay Flower was a family run company that had its own trucks. More lies. Then I provided an inventory of my things. Dave provided an estimate. I called Dave back because I forgot a few things and he assured me the estimate would be close and no need to worry. That was the next lie. Then I requested a delivery date 7-8 days after the truck was loaded. Dave emailed me back they would do their best to meet that request. That was a major lie. I signed the contract, disregarding a significantly lower bid from another moving company, since Dave assured me that my things would not be moved around and that Bay Flower was a company that cared about its customers. That was my biggest mistake! Once the contract was signed, all of a sudden Dave’s email didn’t work and he didn’t respond to my questions. At this point I should have realized the mess I was in and went with another mover but I did not. That was my second biggest mistake! They picked up my possessions on March 17th (some pieces were picked up from another location on the 18th). The packers did a good job of wrapping things and I thought all was well (I’ll share the issue found later in this saga). Then the packers tell me my things will be moved to a warehouse and wherever else they choose to move it until delivered. I questioned saying that’s not what Dave told me. But the bigger surprise was the additional cost they were charging me since Dave’s estimate was not even close to their count! Based on this information, I contacted customer service to register my concerns. They admitted Dave told me what I needed to hear to sign the contract and that they always move possessions as suits their needs. Also, they said they would review the bill. By this time I didn’t believe a word they said but I waited. And got a bill for $3000 more than the estimate! The next day I started my drive to California thinking the worst was over. Boy was I wrong!! The day before requested delivery (on March 24th), I called Bay Flower to get an update (they had not contacted me at all). Nina told me that my things were still in Maryland and I might get them in early April. As you can imagine, I went nuts. I had no clue it would take so long and did not have anything I needed to go 3 weeks with nothing. Nina said she would call me back with a delivery date that night or the next day. Of course, I never heard from her. The next day, I called again. I was told Nina was busy and that she would call me back. No call back. The next day Nina answered the phone and said she would call me by 5pm that day with the delivery date. No call back. I called the next day and the person said Nina was busy they’d tell her I called and hung up. The next day I called and they said Nina was on another call would I like to be on hold? I said yes and listened to hold music for about a minute before they disconnected me. There went week 1. Week 2 begins the same way (no customer service on the weekends). I called and no delivery date provided. In fact, if you look at my phone records, you’ll see I called every day that week and do not have a single call from them. Finally on Friday, April 4th, the agent told me they would be delivering my things Monday or Tuesday. I thought the nightmare might finally end. I was wrong again! The agent gave me the driver’s phone number and I called him and left a message. I didn’t hear back so on Sunday I called again and got the driver. Conversations with the driver would have been much easier if he spoke reasonable English. He told me he’d be here Wednesday or Thursday. At this point, I’m confused since I’m hearing two different stories. So I called Bay Flower again. The best example of Bay Flower’s complete disregard for their customers was that I called around 2pm ET and no one in the dispatch group or customer service answered the phone. I then called sales, since I knew they’d be there. The salesman told me they were all at lunch and to call back in 30 minutes. All go to lunch at the same time! OK, so I called back in 30 minutes and spoke to customer service who assured me the delivery would be Thursday at noon. I requested noon as this was now impacting my job. Wednesday afternoon I called the driver again around 3:30pm PT and he told me he was on the way and he would be to my house by 5pm. Glad I called the driver as I had not been contacted by Bay Flower of this change. I was afraid to say no so I said fine and rearranged my work to be able to receive the delivery. The truck shows up and it’s not a Bay Flower truck. It’s from some other company. (Not what I had been told). I had a cashier’s check but they wouldn’t accept that so I ran to the bank to get them a money order. And they started unloading. For the most part it was fine except communication was difficult. As they took things off the truck, I checked them off the list. And of course, there are some items missing. Then they started to put together the things the packers had taken apart (part of the contract agreement). They could not find the screws for my bed and I couldn’t help as I didn’t pack, the Bay Flower packers did. I asked what they would do as this is part of the contracted service I paid way too much for. They couldn’t do anything since they had to leave and go to another delivery. So I’m stuck again! The next day I called Bay Flower and Nina answered the phone. I asked what can be done about my bed. She told me that I had to find the screws or get new ones if I couldn’t find them and hire someone to put the bed together and Bay Flower would reimburse me. Great help! So glad I paid a premium for Bay Flower to do this work. By this time, I had enough and since my possessions were no longer being held hostage, I could finally take action. Interesting that Nina told me if I posted about my experience and left a bad review, they would not consider compensating me for the mess they created. I decided it was more important to warn other users than to fight for money. They are under contract to do this work and it should not fall to me to resolve their issues. Nina sent me a claims form. Big Help! So, I paid significantly more than estimated ($2000) and spent 3 weeks with nothing waiting for a company that would not respond to my queries. I had to adjust my work schedule to suit them at a moment’s notice since they would not keep me informed. I have no bed frame and no help to get it fixed. I work in a service industry. If I treated my customers like this, I would have been fired many, many years ago. A sales department that will say anything to get you to sign the contract and then not care afterwards and a dispatch and customer service department that will not respond to queries and disconnect the call. I take care of my mother who has Alzheimers. She was staying with my aunt in New York until the house was set up. She wound up there 2 weeks longer than planned. So they not only held my possessions and my life hostage but also put my mother’s health at risk. I warn anyone looking to make a move to avoid Bay Flower Moving Company at all costs. And when you select a better firm, make sure all is in writing. Don’t just accept their standard contract. It is written for their interests only. If the salesman tells you something, make sure you see it written in the contract. If they won’t do that, find another company that will.

  10. Colorado is my new home and it's awesome!

Moving from Florida to Colorado have never been simple for me and it’s also true that it would not have been better with the way they moved my stuff. They offered an affordable rate and stuck to it until the move ended. I was feeling excellent when I paid exactly what was initially quoted. I am sure if there is no extra item than those are listed to move then no one needs to pay excess amount. They treated our items with great respect and care. I highly recommend them to all who want a reliable and professional mover. They might be the most suitable for everyone who needs a move within said schedule.

  11. These guys were great.

We couldn't have been more pleased with the job bay flower movers did. they were delightful! From start to finish, this move was the easiest we've had. Seth did an excellent job giving us an estimate, coordinating the move and adjusting it due to scheduling issues on our end. I will defenitely be recommending to friends and would certainly use it's services again ourselves.  Finding good movers is not a very easy task, we knocked this one right out of the woods this time!

  12. They came recommended and now I am recommending them!

Everyone I dealt with from bay flower  is professional and responds to voicemail messages and email in a timely fashion. They gave me an flat rate etimate over the phone, and they kept their word about cost and delivery time frames. In addition, they always happily answered any questions and addressed any concerns that we had. All in all, they really helped make me feel at ease about moving. The movers were focused and clearly experienced based on the way that they expedited our move. They came highly recommended to us by a friend, and now I would like to highly recommend them to everyone else.

  13. Quality of service.

Worst experience of my life. Promised load within 1 to 3 days. Took 11 split my load into 3 separate loads. Packers were foreign and could barely speak English. Spoke mostly Russian. Did not listen to instructions. Quoted me 6600. Ended up coating 3 times more. Grossly over estimates the cubic feet and tried to over charge me. Held my furniture hostage until I wires them more money. Packers did not bring adequate material and we had to go to Home Depot to buy more.

  14. Very happy, both of us!

These guys were absolutely fantastic. I asked for three movers for our move. My girlfriend and I were moving from  Bethlehem to Fort Myers, because she got a job there and I was also happy to go and live somewhere else. Head foreman guy and two other helpers came in our apartment on time and packed the things quickly. They wrapped them so well that nothing got damaged nor broken. Both of us were very satisfied with them! They even arranged the furniture at our new place and did not charge us extra for that. They saved us so much time and money. They were very efficient, kind and friendly. For sure, if we need to move again we will call them and she will tell her new colleagues!

  15. On time!

My aunt was looking for a good moving company, so I told her about BAYFLOWER.I used them  for my last move and they did a very good job . They came on time and all necessary tools. They knew what they were assigned to do and they acted according to the situation. It was great to notice their discipline, determination and dedication. I was very happy to have a timely and stress free move. I also think that they charged me a reasonable amount.
