1. Worst company to deal with.

   Avoid this company at all cost. They are a broker not a mover. Once they get your money they don't want to know you except to increase you bill.

2. Incredible experience.

   Describing my experience in one word I can say it was "phenomenal".
   
   I recently moved from Florida to North Carolina and I was lucky to have found this company. I was really stressed because I hate moving things from one place to another but the team made seem the whole process very easy. They arrived on time and understood directions clearly. They were very careful with my things and treated my goods with delicacy. Actually I was surprised because everything arrived in perfect condition. The team was super nice and professional. I highly recommend this company and I will definitely call them in the future.

3. Move to Peoria, AZ.

   Let me start off by saying I really dislike moving. The stress, the cost, the planning, it all drives me crazy. Somehow, Cross Country Moving Group was able to make this move to Arizona as easy and pain-free as I ever could've imagined. They were courteous, professional, and delivered on each and every one of their promises. I hope I don't have to move again anytime soon, but if I do, I'm definitely calling Cross Country!

4. Amazing Overall Service.

   Cross Country Moving Group did an amazing job with the whole process. They were on time and packed everything away very carefully and made sure nothing would be damaged. They were super friendly. They went about every thing in a very professional manner and I cannot recommend them enough if your are planning a big move in the near future. I can see myself working with them again if I ever move cross country again.

5. Services.

   Cross Country Moving Group were on time like they said they would be. They also made sure everything was packaged right so nothing would be damaged. The movers were very nice and professional. Their service prices are over $2,000, but less than $4,000. I would hire them again if needed to.

6. NY/PA to FL move.

   WARNING! Do NOT contract these people to move your things. I give them a negative 10 stars. My parents and I had all of our belongings picked up on August 27, 2020 (from NY & PA to move to FL). As of today (September 21), we are still waiting for delivery - they are currently in breach of contract. We have attempted to contact them numerous times and were repeatedly sent to voice mail. After finally reaching someone (Kelly &/or Annie), I was told they'd call me back - to date, nobody has called to let us know when we can expect our things. Every time they said they would call & didn't, I would call them until I got through to a person. They continue to lie - 1st it was they're backed up, then our job is a big job & they couldn't fit it in the truck, next they'd call on Friday to let us know when they'd be delivering - either Saturday or Sunday, and this last time was on Friday when they were supposed to call & again did NOT, the story was their driver was in the hospital. So now we are still waiting for a call from them to schedule delivery. The salesman, Jay Ross, seriously misled us on the delivery window. He stated 4 to 7 days is the "usual". It is now going on 25 days and we still do not have our belongings or have any idea where they are or when we will get them. Not to mention the price increase when the movers picked up our belongings and expect more than double the original quote to get our things back.

7. Horrible Movers.

   HORRIBLE COMPANY. I contracted the moving at $8000 with the detailed list of my belongings. When they came to my house, I asked if $8000 was accurate estimate. They looked around the house but they didn't want to give me the estimate at all. After loading , they asked me 4000$ more. I denied it and they just drove away with a shouting. They still hold my belongings for 2 weeks as a hostage. It is getting cold and we don't have clothes/ blankets, sleeping on the floor with a sleeping bag. Absolutely horrible!!

8. From California to Georgia.

   Cross Country Moving Group is a god send. As if preparing for a new baby and working from home wasn’t already stressful enough, having to pack up and move 2,000 miles cross country was unfathomable. I could not figure out where to start. They covered all needs to a perfect T. They had quilted blankets to cover my prized and valuable items, specifically my husband’s flat screen tv, paintings, my china cabinet and mirrored dressers. There were no unexpected extra fees added. I paid exactly what was originally quoted. When the big day arrived, the movers came right on time. The delivery went as quickly and smoothly as I could have ever imagined. No scratched up furniture, everything was there and in order. Communication was immaculate, they kept us up to date throughout the entire process. If you have any doubts about moving companies but decide to try one, I highly recommend Cross Country Moving Group.

9. Divine moving and storage did a great job.

   Divine moving and storage did a great job moving my studio apartment to a new location in NYC. Both the movers and the sales team were outstanding from start to finish. I was very pleased with the way they explained the course of the move and how much it would cost me. I got an accurate moving estimate which remained unaltered. No additional charges were made and my belongings were picked up and delivered right on time. I will be more than happy to use their services again. Whether you are moving long distance or just a couple of streets away, they are the right choice.

10. They did great and finished in the 2-day.

    Cross Country Moving Group let us know beforehand that our move would take a total of 2 days to complete. They did great and finished in the 2-day window that they had let me know about.
    
    I wasn't sure about giving 5 stars or not because my entertainment system was slighlty damaged, but they came out and fixed it right away.

11. They are the artist of moving.

    Once you meet them, you will know that I am not lying. Cross Country Moving Group made it an art. I was amazed to see their perfection while I was moving. They were warmly welcoming and very cooperative. After noting my requirement down, they cast their spell. A field survey team did an extremely accurate survey and the customer service kept the continuity by giving me a perfect estimate. The rest was like a scripted film; the team, the execution, the moving, the reassembling and what else. I think I didn’t need anything else to get impressed on them. They are the artist of moving.

12. I’m eternally grateful to these people.

    I hired Cross Country Moving Group because I could afford them- I know how that sounds but moving companies are really too expensive. Luckily, they were very punctual and efficient saving me a lot of money. I just couldn’t find a single bad thing to say about them. I got a perfect and professional service at that price. Everything was smoothly organized. The movers had years of experience and it showed in the way they worked. They packed everything carefully. All my belongings arrived unscathed. I’m eternally grateful to these people.

13. My move went perfect!

    I always dread moving! I have never hired a moving company before, but with a move across the country I figured I would leave it up to the professionals and that's exactly what they are. All of my items were in perfect condition. They were speedy and the price was awesome compared to other companies in my area.

14. Much thanks to team of estimators and its effortless crew.

    I was very pleased with the 3 young men from Cross Country Moving Group who helped us move just a week ago. They worked tirelessly to get us all moved in. The packers did a great job and nothing was broken or damaged. On moving day the guys arrived a little earlier than the given time and efficiently emptied the old house in no time at all. When we arrived at the new house they worked non-stop to ensure that it is all done including struggling with the tree and the trampoline up the stairs. Their efforts were appreciated by me and my family in making what could have been a stressful experience reasonably simple and efficient. Much thanks to team of estimators and its effortless crew.

15. Bait and Switch with Price Gouging.

    Terrible. Cross Country Moving Group took my order, then farmed the move out to a wretched moving company. They showed up two days late, and held my belongings hostage for $800 of "overeage" because Cross Country estimated the volume too low. They make the price sound good, then have predatory price practices. Beware!
