1. The pricing policy of this company is very interesting.

   The movers I had worked with in the past were so lazy and disobedient. I found the movers from Cross Country Moving Group quite different from the lazy ones. The movers were all very immaculately dressed and professional in attitude. They somehow managed to deliver all my valuables unbroken. These pieces are a constant reminder of where I came from. So I was glad they didn’t cause any harm to them. The pricing policy of this company is very interesting- they counter any quote you might have gotten from elsewhere. This ensures the lowest bill possible while getting the royal relocation services.

2. Wouldn't think twice to recommend them.

   For our last move, the group of gentlemen that was sent by Cross Country Moving Group to pack up and move me was simply excellent! They took their time in making sure that everything was properly packed, loaded and unloaded the next day. Even though I moved to a 3rd floor apartment, they were amazing and very diligent to make sure that all was delivered and unharmed. They were very pleasant and professional and I definitely would use them again and wouldn't think twice to recommend them.

3. Long distance move from Norfolk, VA to Eugene, OR.

   I cannot recommend this company to anyone. While they responded to my request for a quote promptly, everything after that was a disaster. My original binding quote increased $3000, there was no delivery window given at time of pick-up, boxes were crushed upon delivery.
   
   During the first sales call we discussed at length the last day I could receive items- at no time was that articulated to be problematic or any reference to the contract that allowed it to take 21 days for delivery. After several missteps, the general manager said he would "personally oversee my move the rest of the way," and then would not take calls as issues arose at pick-up.
   
   Interesting to see quotes of prices others paid, I had 2 bedroom apartment with an original quote of $4470 and ended up paying $8716.
   
   I found them to have lots of excuses, long hold times, lots of diversions from answering questions, or returning phone calls.
   
   If you are moving, carry your items on your back, do it yourself or find another company.

5. My Moving Experience.

   Start, the attentiveness to every one of my requests was stellar. The care these guys used when handling my furniture and treasured heirlooms was second to none. Some of these items and pieces of furniture are priceless to me and my family. The movers with Cross Country understood that and took the time to make sure each piece was safely moved and secured from point A to point B.
   
   These guys offered an almost unbeatable rate for this move. I saved a lot of money, my stuff got where it needed to be, and I was extremely happy. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Professional and courteous from beginning to end. Using these movers was a real treat!

6. Thanks to these guys.

   As we all know relocating is always hard but if you can delegate some of that trauma to a professional moving company, it feels a tiny bit better. For our last move it was Cross Country Moving Group. Their men know exactly how to unload your worries. They are very apt at their job, always showing up on time, packing everything with great precision and loading the valuables securely to their vans. My move was as smooth as it could ever be, thanks to these guys.

7. Do Not hire this company.

   Salesman start out telling you lies. They are a brokerage company not a family-owned and operated moving business. Quoted my brother an out the door price including pickup and delivery. At pick up they added an extra 600 plus dollars to the cost and at delivery they tried to get another 1700. We had to get the cops involved. He has found lots and lots of broken furniture and other items.Their drivers do not show up on timefor pickup or delivery. Some one will call you 2 tell you more BS stories. It took them over a month to deliver.after initally pickingup. Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Please listen to my words and Trust in what I say. If you have ever read somebody's negative review and still went ahead and made the choice to give it a chance. I beg you don't be stupid like I was. Don't trust in the words that are coming out of their salesman's Mouth.Do NOT hire this company for nothing. Their positive reviews are probably phony. Check out their DOT report it's real.

8. Great communication..

   Great communication. Pricing was simple, straightforward and extremely reasonable. The moving crew was punctual, polite, friendly, courteous, hardworking, efficient and respectful of our belongings. They took apart and reassembled desks wrapped our furniture carefully and positioned the furniture where we wanted at our new location and removed all packing materials. I can't say enough good things about them. They far exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend Cross Country Moving Group! HOORAY! High-quality customer service still exists!

9. Stress Free Move!

   Cross Country helped my family of four move from Texas to Arizona with ease. We ended up in a situation where our time frame to move was incredibly short, but Cross Country helped us sift through all the important details. After submitting an initial quote, we had a representative contact us immediately, and they quickly answered all of our questions. They helped take what was originally a stressful situation and put my family at ease. I'd recommend this company to anyone!

10. Saved me during this long haul.

    Definitely came through for me during my long distance move. I have never been a fan of moving, and much less when it involves going over state lines. Cross Country helped me out majorly, taking care of everything from our larger King-sized bed and home entertainment console to our small dressers and boxed dishware. Would definitely look to doing service with them again should the need arise.

11. They relocated me so wonderfully.

    Against all odds, you managed to relocate me without the slightest issues. There was everything to be grateful about in the relocation. The team was perfect, timely, and so much committed. I am so much grateful to them for the job well done. I hired out the best team and it did not take them sweat proving that. They did not to struggle to convince me they were worth my money because it was all evident. Without many efforts, they relocated me so wonderfully.

12. Thankful for the moving help!

    Cross Country Moving Group helped my family during a move with a lot of oversized furniture! With my back issues, it was reassuring to be able to count on a company willing to take that load off of my shoulders. The movers are friendly and I couldn’t have asked for more!

13. Be careful about signing the contract too quickly.

    Cross Country Moving Group is a broker with many movers affiliated. They didn't disclose it over the phone but the contract you may overlook and they rush you to sign based on an estimated quote which may appear to be a very attractive price. Once you sign the contract with your deposit, things start to go wrong. I paid more than double what was initially quoted and signed. The mover will say Cross Country Moving Group is just a broker and their quote is meaningless. On the date of the move, I didn't have any choice but to comply. When I called them on the date of the delivery to get ETA, they said it's not scheduled to deliver on that date and it will take another week or two. I called Cross Country Moving, the mover, and customer service even tried to contact people who picked up my stuff in NYC. Cross Country told me to talk to the mover and the mover asked me to call Cross Country Moving. The mover was saying people who picked up does not deliver. There is another company that will drive down to Florida for the delivery. It was an absolute nightmare. I never had any bad experience with movers except this one and hope this is an isolated instance with a few terrible employees of the company but everyone should do thorough due diligence on each broker/mover while searching. Hope you all have a better experience with your movers as a move itself is quite stressful and you do not want any added stress dealing with a terrible moving company.

    We would like to thank Cross Country Moving Group and its staff for their excellent service in getting our belongings to us so effortlessly. We were very impressed with the efficiency, co-operation and their exceptional good humor from the 4 men that were sent by them. Nothing was too much trouble and before lunch time we felt like the new house was our home. We would be very pleased to recommend you guys in any way we can. I thank them to have made everything so easy that it made what could have been a very stressful day for us into something quite enjoyable!

    All I know is that they are perfect and can be trusted with relocation services. When I sought their services two weeks ago, I was oblivious of their relocation prowess. I took them as an average relocation company, but they proved me otherwise. They performed their services with so much passion. I loved the high sense of coordination evident in that relocation team. They took orders from the coordinator and followed everything without complaints. As a result, it was possible to have a successful relocation. Thank you for ensuring I settled the easier way.
