My moving experience.
Hi there
I used elite to move my things from my apartment in SF valley to there storage
That was about 3 months ago
I came today to pay for my storage and Donna mantion that they will appreciate if I can review my experience with them so im very happy with elite not only for the move also for everything in the last 3 months
Twice I neded to get to my thing to get some tax paper and they ware very helpful

Our move.
Yesterday we used Elite to move from woodland hills to sun Valley 3 bedroom town house
We had 4 guys and they took a part all the beds and put them back at the new home
Theater guys ware efficient and professional
Over all it was great
Western highly recommend Elite.

A Nightmare Moving Experience.
This company gave me a quote of $1770, however, jacked the price up to $3000 once our stuff was on the truck. They charged me $300 because their moving guys had to walk down a "long" hallway.
They failed to communicate ANYTHING to me once they took our stuff. Ours emails and calls were never returned by anyone in that office. When I did get someone on the phone their favorite expression was "I DON'T KNOW." I asked to speak to a manager and was told "he hardly ever comes in." That same manager was suppose to call me and in TWENTY DAYS never did. They told me my stuff was on the way and that they couldn't get a hold of the driver. FINALLY someone gave me the direct number to the driver. I called him and my stuff was in fact NOT ON THE WAY. It was still sitting in their storage facility in California. This company is extremely dishonest. They did nothing but lie to me from the start. It took 21 days for my stuff to get from California to Illinois. The delivery drivers were rude and I was NEVER told that they require a POSTAL money order. Please do your research before hiring this terrible company.
Our move.
Our move was split move from Encino to Toluca/ Westwood. the 2 moves ware 2 weeks apart and just yesterday we completed the 2nd.
I have to say as complicated as our situation was(divorce) this company was so professional and understanding that I cent thank them enough.
They ware referred by good friend that I thank here to.
I will definitely recommend them.

One of The Worst/unprofessional/dishonest Moving Companies…….
I have moved quite a bit across the US in the last decade and never come across a company as bad a Elite.
1. My ordeal started right from the day of the pick-up. The crew did not show up on time and I had to call them several times. Finally they showed up 2.5 hours late
2. I guess Elite specializes in getting business through dishonest practices. They quote you low prices by deliberately estimating low volume and claim it’s the not-to-exceed price but it’s not the case. At the time of pick up, I was given a bill more than 20% what I was quoted originally because of the increase in volume.(even though my inventory increased only by a small box). This is after me giving accurate dimensions for all the items (including all of the non-standard ones).
3. I made it very clear to the sales person and the pick-up guy that I will be available only after noon on the 1st day I’m ready for delivery. In the contract there was no place to mention the time, so I just mentioned the date. The pick-up person assured me that it will not be delivered before noon. I also sent an email to the sales person prior to delivery which she acknowledged. On the prior to the day of delivery, the dispatch guy called and threatened me that if I don't pay $300 extra he will not deliver after noon and he will put it in storage which will cost me $850. It was plain extortion and the dispatch guy spoke to me in the rudest way possible. Again I had no choice other than accepting to pay an extra $300.
4. The delivery was pathetic - two of my boxes were completely broken with all the items hanging out, a book shelf was totally damaged and the delivery guys refused to assemble a study table.
It's been 4 weeks since the delivery - I have been following up with Elite - their response in appalling. Looks like my claim will take more than 90 days (apart from this they are not willing to share any more information).
These guys do not care for the customer. I guess all the positive reviews must be paid ones - a company as bad and dishonest as Elite cannot get even a single positive review.
I recommend NOT to consider Elite for you moving needs !! There are several better companies.
Poor service is pardonable, it happens sometimes. But not dishonesty.
My move.
Elite moving made my move from Dallas TX a stress free process! From the initial consultation with Donna, who walked me through every detail of the move and was always happy to change our estimate if needed, to the arrival of my staff 6 days later and the wonderful help Avi and his crew provided. The items arrive on time everything was perfectly organize on the truck. The Foreman provide me with another copy of inventory list and we check item item on that list to make sure there are no missing item or damages. The delivery guys was amazing. I can't thank you enough.

We used Elite moving & storage over the weekend to move our office.
I found out about Elite from good friend that work for Motion in Burbank. She said that they use Elite for long time and I should call them.
Our move was quite challenging, we had to start on Friday 5.00pm and have it all done and set for Monday 8.00am
We had 12 guys and 4 trucks for every day and I need to say that I do understand why Motion use and recommend this company.
I worked with this guys for 3 days what a great guys, everyone was great.
We had everything done Sunday after noon.
Our size move 12 guys 4 truck not easy task
But thanks for Elite moving we got it done perfect.
We will recommend and will use them again

Funny things happen in lifewe had schedule to move with different company and they called us day before the move to let us know that the truck will be there 2 days later then we had it set.make long story short, I find out that we actually set our move with broker and they sale it to the higher bidder all our information include credit cards. TERRIFYINGso I want on google and find Elite, spoke with Donna and she was just so nice and helpful. we had it set for the next morning, they ware there at 8am sharp and did wonderful job. I could not ask for better.Funny how terrifying situation turn to be successful experience.we are very thankful for Donna and the guys.Thank YouVee.

They got to my place about 9.00 am and we ware load and ready to go by 12.30
Got to the 2nd app and had it all up and set in just 2 hours. Amazing
Last time I move called some of my friends it took us 10 hours
This guys don't fool around they do what they supposed to and get it done.

My brother used Elite for his move from LA to Las Vegas and he recommended them for our move
We recently had to relocate for my husband work from NC to CA, we reserved everything with marry at the office.
The truck arrived with Luis and 3 other gentlemans. They had everything pack and load in 6H great work.
We recently had Elite deliver all our items to our new home in Laguna. We had no issues actually it was great working with them.

We moved last month from LA to Dallas. We found Elite on the web. We called their office and spoke with Marry and schedule the dates. They pack and store all our furniture for 3 weeks and then delivered it all to our new home in Dallas TX. The delivery was on time as we set. They placed everything where we ask for. Good communication. All charges as they original quoted. Nothing is missing. Great choice. Thank you Elite and all the good guys that ware on our move.

I used Elite to move my mother for Sylmar to Florida, she is 82 and last time she moved was about 36 year ago so that was going to be challenged.I need to say it was much better then I expected and that is big thanks for the good people @ Elite.pretty much everything was smooth, my mom got all her items on time no damages.I really appreciate what this people @ Elite done for my mom and maid my life easier.I will definitely recommend this guys and will use them for my moving needs.Thank You Elite.
Great value and quick move.
Elite Moving and Storage did a great job with my local move. On the day of the move we were a little behind getting things ready but they took apart our beds, tables and just worked with speed and grace. The crew was awesome - very professional and cool. We only moved a few miles away but moving is moving and so glad we chose them. Once at our new home, the movers did not damage anything and they way they wrapped our dressers with blankets and how they taped things worked well. I moved our own fragile stuff like T.V. boxes with delicates but that is a common sense thing to do.
