We moved from santa clarita ca to ontario canada about 6 weekes ago.
I found elite moving/storage on line, called the main office and booked for Val to come to the house and give us quote, Val gave us all the info/prices and we booked
the move day.
the guys arrived on time and load everything, they stored it for 10 days for our home to be ready and then shipped it all to us.
everything was great all our things are here, no broken items,price was same as Val's quote.
we definitely recommend elite

Elite was recommended by my broker that used them for some of his clients and they were very happy with them.they moved my condo from LA to the valley. Wonderful service.
I used Elite about year ago local in LA and they ware wonderful.Recently I call them to move my parents from GA to CA, they are at there 80 and not so easy to work with when it comes to there personal space.Elite guys ware there for 2 days and have not heard anything but how they are so wonderful.last Monday we received the shipment to my parents new home set it all up parents all happy no complaints.I am very happy and thankful. Good Attitude.
We just had Elite move us this past weekend and it was pleasant surprise. We used 4 strong gentleman. We moved from 2nd floor and they had to use the balcony for one large sofa. Last time we moved with another moving co. It was OK. It just the guys ware unhappy with what they doing for living. Elite guys were very nice and had great attitude. Our move wasn't that big but the issue with the sofa was bit pain. This guys handle it like pros. If you need good moving co, call Elite. Strong guys and good attitude. Ask for Avi, the foreman. HalloElite was recommended to us by our new neighbor that just moved next door.I call the office and spoke with Donna, I asked for someone to come out to our home to se everything.The office send out Val and he was very professional and patient.Our last move was 16 y ago and we had allot to ask.Val emailed us everything we spoke about and we set it up.The move was very good, the guys were nice and professional very patient with us, I am sure that the guys could get it done faster but we held them longer because we did not pack it all and needed them to help pack.The guys were so patient and helpful, many thanks to all the guys and Donna, ValThank You.
Not Happy.
I recently used this company to move my stuff from California to Texas. The communication was terrible. The movers that they sent did not have papers to be able to get on base, so more people had to be sent the next day. Then they were supposed to be in Texas on a Monday and the finally got their on Wednesday about noon. When it got there, there was only one guy who was in his 60's to unload the truck.. So he picked up some kid off the street to help him move all of my stuff in my apartment. Then they put EVERYTHING in one room and left me to put together 2 beds, one of them is still not together b/c the room it goes in is FULL! OK that part is kinda not too big a deal, but I was missing over $700 worth of stuff. We were quoted one price and then charged double the amount we were quoted. Fine, but at least get ALL of my stuff here. Now I cannot get ahold of anyone to find out where my missing items are. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND this company for any kind of move or storage.
Cancelation.
I had a reservation with Elite Moving on 7/3/2014 and had placed a $50 deposit for the reservation. I received a call from Maria of Elite Moving at 10:00am on 7/2/2014 to confirm the move. At 4 PM on the same day I received another call from Maria cancelling the move. I was scheduled to move in less than 16 hours, where was I going to get another reservation on such a short notice. I was devastated because I had sold my house and had to be out by 7/3/2014 or I would loo..se $1000.00. She gave me the name of a person at another moving company who was more helpful that called several moving companies but they were all reserved. I never knew a moving company could do this without proper notice of at least 24 hours. Maria of Elite moving told me she would review the contract and telephone me back, after 15 minutes I called her and she stated she was still reviewing the contract. I never received a call from her. This was the worse customer service I have ever had with a company providing a service. I will be pursuing my options if any and if there are none I will start a campaign to change the laws.
Smoot move.
Movers actually arrived early. The entire crew was professional,courteous and accomadating. They worked quickly and efficiently. No time wasted. They came prepared with their owm water, important for a move during the summer heat. I don't move often but would definately use this company again without bothering to get other estimates.
The three man crew was patien even though everything was not boxed before their arrival.

Ok so I also used elite last week, my move was 9 hours total for 3 guys. they moved from 3 bedroom 3 story townhouse to a 1 story home Everything was great smooth move no issues wich we were hopping for.what was really amazing to me the move was set from the office all the information and the hourly rate was set prier to our move nothing was changed the day of our move thank you elite.

We moved last Tuesday and Wednesday and we used elite movers, they were at our home for 2 days helping packing and moving. we moved about 12 mi away to our new billed home in los angeles.the guys did very good job and were very careful with the floors and walls.everything was great no issues with broken items payments real pleasure to deal with.we highly recommended this company and the good guys, jose, jesus, nato, & terrythank you.

Used elite moving about 2 months ago and only fair that I write review.Awesome movers-had them come pack me up and they did a great job.Moved and put all things in the rooms they go into..what more could I ask for?Not thing damaged.I did "full move" (they pack my stuff, move it, unloaded) for two bed two bath place.Likely moving soon and will use elite moving & storage again..no questions asked.

Elite moving and storage moved us from 2BD apartment in Santa ana to 2BD condo in costa mesa, Avi and the crew were terrific.This 4-person crew was professional, afficient, hardworking, and safe.They worked extremely well together and completed our move even more quickly then we expected. we had no damage to any of our furniture or boxes. I have used Elite Moving and storage for several moves and its alwayes been great experience.Moving is never fun but Elite Moving makes it bearable. Elite moving and storage did an awesome job helping me pack and move my belongings.Everything was delivered to my new location without damage.The crew was very professional and knowledgeable about packing, dismantling furniture and appliances.I asked for crew of 3 professional movers at $85 per hour and that is what happen.No hidden fees!! I highly recommended this company!!

I own a restaurant and I must be there all day every day.last time we moved it was about 3 years ago my wife had to deal with coordinating.we had horrible experience, I was on the phone all day with my wife and the moversthey were trying to charge extra money for every little thing they can think of.this time around we decided we will go with a company that could provide us with flat rate.family member used Elite and they had wonderful experience. we called Elite and had Val come to our home he provided us with flat price.the day of our move there were no issues with extra charges. the crew did a great job.there was no stress for my wife I did not have to spend all day on the phone we had great experience.Thank you Elite and the crew .
