This company is awesome!! Hands down, some of the best people you would ever want to meet. They were on time, worked tirelessly, were happy and friendly with all they came in contact at the house ( and we had a houseful) and were the most "professional movers" I've ever used! They were so careful and protected everything as if it were their own. I can't say enough good about their professional ethic, their "can do" attitude and the fact that they truly cared about what they were doing.

The best moving company!!! They are very professional. The response via email was very quick. The estimate they quoted me was exactly what I paid for. They don't sit around and/or take their sweet time. I've had several bad experiences with previous moving companies like (two men and a truck) so I was hesitant to hire movers again, but this company was amazing!! They also called me up a couple weeks later to ask how everything was going with the place and how my experience with them was. Wow just wow I've never had a courtesy call from a moving company. If I can give a 10 stars I would. Great job Evergreen Van Lines.
The guys were nice fast and good hard working would hire again!
We had 4 guys move us , they did a great job , we had a XL twin captains bed that was too big to fit in the room and a dryer that was gas not electric, they took our donation to the resale store for us which was a great help! The guys were nice fast and good hard working would hire again!

Just a fantastic experience with the entire crew
Just a fantastic experience with the entire crew from Evergreen Van Lines. The moving team had truck loaded in an hour and a quarter and unloaded in two hours. The whole move was 4 1/4 hours with travel time. It couldn't have gone better. Their prices are some of the most reasonable. All the other quotes I got would've cost me another $150 or so. Can't say enough good things about this outfit, very impressive and they're doing great work to help recovering addicts and former prison inmates rebuild their lives and become good citizens.

I initially contacted Evergreen February 2021 for my upcoming move in June. All was going well up to the actual move. I had set up my move for 26 June. I was told I would be called the day before withe the time the movers would show. Well no one called the day before. I called them and was told they would have to use my backup date the 27th, and again someone would call with the time the movers would show. Again no call. I called and called, I finally got someone on the phone and was told everything was good and someone would be calling in a few hours. Now my move was on the weekend and they are basically closed. Nobody called! I had to scramble and arrange for another mover last minute as I had to be out of the house that I had sold .. Well I got another mover(much more money). Got moved a day later than my schedule.. Bottom line save yourself the headache and find another movers, pay the extra money. Stay away from Evergreen. On a positive note, they did quickly refund my deposits after I emailed them. Oh, and not one call to apologize.
They did all the work and all the moving
They did all the work and all the moving. My lease was up on October 29 and I moved on the 30th so it worked out well. I was very happy with everything and very glad that the move was finally over that I could sit back and relax. I would certainly recommend Evergreen Van Lines to a friend.
The guys who came to pack up were lovely.
The guys who came to pack up were lovely. They were friendly, courteous, respectful and very helpful. They delivered everything when they said they were going to deliver it and unloaded it. I had everything packed up and they only had to pack up my TV. They came in and pick all the things and load it up. They were great. Although there are a few things that I’ve noticed that somehow in transit got a scratch but nothing that was significant or that was bothersome. I would tell a friend that I had a good experience with Evergreen Van Lines and that if they’re looking for someone to move them that that would be a positive choice.

Evergreen Van Lines was recommended by somebody. I was relocating to Florida from Ohio and the moving coordinator who assisted me with the purchase was excellent. The moving consultant was very good and very helpful, and the crew was terrific and very friendly. We were very pleased with them. They were very fast and very efficient. They did an excellent job of packing us and moving an awful lot of things. 1,100 miles and nothing was broken. The entire process was very good from the person who came to our home and estimated the job, all the way through to the coordinator and the movers themselves, who were excellent. I'd definitely recommend them.

They were honest and fair. They kept their word and everything they said. They did everything to the tee. They were perfectly on time. The driver and his two helpers went beyond the call of duty to help me, because I'm older, to get it unpacked and where I wanted it. So I had no complaints at all and I would recommend them to anybody.

They were really good as we only had one broken item. However, Evergreen Van Lines’ communication for the customer service could be a lot better as it was hard for me to pin down things. But overall, it was a very good experience with Evergreen Van Lines.
Scammers
Warning! Veteran-owned Long Distance Moving Company Scammed Veterans. Evergreen Van Lines, LLC doubled the price of contract day of move due to intentional and false information written in contract about cubic feet and is refusing to refund my deposit citing customer forfeiture because I refused to pay the additional amount. The original signed contract was for $2324 to move items from a Storage facility from Boston to Maryland. The price quoted was based on the size of the unit and an estimation of items stored since I had not been to unit in over a year and could not remember exactly everything stored. However, I was able to provide a description of the main items (beds, sofa, tv’s, kitchen table, approx. number of boxes, etc.). Moving day, they showed up and stated that my cubic feet was more than what was written in the contract and as a result, I would be charged an additional $3000 for the move which meant that the adjusted bill would have been $5324. How is that possible? Legal? Ethical? I will not rest until I get my refund! Unethical Business Practices!
