  1. Do Not Use.

Do not use this moving company. Was scheduled to move on Sat between 3-5, got a call at 6:30 saying they could not make it. Re-scheduled for Sunday, took them 8 hrs to move a 2 bedroom apartment which cost ~$ 800. Only got a 5% discount for not showing up on Sat. Talked with Health who is over Chattanooga and no help from him.

  2. Fox Movers.

I had a great time with this company. They called me the week before I moved to confirm and go over details. Then, the day before the move the mover himself called to go over specifics. They were even a few minutes early! That was a definite bonus since moving services are notorious for being late. I thought the guys were super helpful and did a great job! .

  3. Do not use! They lie & damage your stuff.

Do not use this company at all! They dropped my new refrigerator and gashed the inside of it (shelves fell out and lodged into the insulation through the plastic), they damaged over 9 items, scarred my wood floor of the new house, scratched the wooden banister and stairs. I was told by the movers after they made a call to their manager that the refrigerator would be replaced cause it was clearly their fault--to just call Brittany on Monday. Now, they make you sign a contract that has a statement on it for $.60/lb. I specifically asked about this statement prior to anything being moved cause that amount would definitely NOT cover my heavier items like the refrigerator, washer/dryer, etc. I was told by the mover, Randy, that the $.60/lb only applies to the boxes I packed myself, NOT appliances or heavy equipment. When I called Brittany, she said to document it all in a letter, and she would take care of it. Another week later, she had more documentation to fill out--putting the weight of every item damaged. You simply can't know the weight of all of your furniture and the weight of a damaged wood floor cannot be accounted for.  A few weeks later they sent a letter to sign saying you accept the $750. I paid $867 for the move and $3100 for the refrigerator and they think $750 makes the situation of all damages correct? This company is abominable. They are deceptive to say the least. They are the worst company I have dealt with for any product or service in a very long time. They have no problem misrepresenting themselves (lying) to get business. All I can say is, don't use them--even if they do look like the least cost. It isn't worth it to have your belongings damaged and the frustration and energy to try and get it resolved. They will do nothing to help you. As a matter of fact, the only thing they do is cause more frustration after the damage is done. For sanity's sake, spend the money and hire another mover--NOT FOX MOVING!

  4. Excellent movers!!

Had a great move with Fox movers.  They were very professional and fast.  They loaded and unloaded our home in 4 hours each!  It was amazing and I am happy I chose them for my long distance move!  After reading reviews I was truly unsure about what to do but once we met our moving crew we knew we had made the right decision!  Kathi.

  5. Do Not Ever Use - Save Yourself The Frustration!

Fox Moving in Chattanooga was a local company for us in TN so we immediately thought about them. We simply wanted to spend our dollars locally. We were moving to FL and needed to get the quote and the dates firmed up. I would send emails and get no response. Finally, one day I called and Chad answered the phone. He apologized and promised to get me the quote on Sunday, which was two days later than originally promised. Finally, Monday night, I get a call from Austin Manley in Nashville asking how my move was progressing. IT IS NOT because I can't get the quote. Finally, late Monday night after I sent emails to Chad Holmes and the owners I get the quote. But no one other than Austin Manley took the time to even type back "I am sorry let me see what I can do to help". My husband and I chose another mover because if we can't get any help in the beginning what makes you think you will be able to get any help later down the line. To this day, not one of the owners has bothered to respond. I personally hope they go out of business because they treat their customers very poorly. As far as I am concerned I do understand people are busy but that's what they make IPOD's, Iphones, and that's why we have email - USE THEM! THis company is the worse moving company out of all the ones I have dealt with - PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF TIME MONEY AND FRUSTRATION AND JUST STAY AWAY FROM THEM.!
