Furniture move
Brandon and his crew did a great job in rainy weather moving items safely and efficiently to three locations.

Gouffon was excellent for my move to Atlanta
I wanted to thank Gouffon for facilitating my move to Atlanta last month. Their crew was excellent workers, and they were especially to be commended for having had to deal with a sudden service elevator outage that was not repaired until later in that day. I would certainly recommend Gouffon to any potential customers who want reliable, respectful service.

We had used Gouffon years ago to move large items so my husband wanted to use them for our BIG downsize move. Prior to the move they came out twice to make photos and go over our list. They were to move most of the furniture and we were handling the boxes and more fragile items. They arrived on time, ready to get started only to discover that no one had told them about moving our baby grand piano or the large marble urns in the front yard. They had to send for a piano board. It took twice a long as they had estimated and that wasn’t really a problem for us but they were very anxious to get paid and out the door. Some team members were more helpful than others. Our main complaint was regarding the damaged ,deep scratched” items of furniture and especially to our virgin wood floors in the new house. Instead of carrying the new piano, they rolled it across the new dining room and living room floors and made indented tracks all along the way. When we pointed that out, they said someone would be come out and look at it and make it right. HAHAHA! Without seeing it every bit of the damage was assumed to be “cosmetic” in nature and they would give us a whopping $350 to cover everything. That would not even begin to touch cost of the floor repair. My advice is don’t trust them with many items of value. The furniture was not protected enough during the 15-20 minute drive across town. We had Deep scratches on tables and desk, scrapped book case inside due to dismantling it, leather chair corner rubbed off, screw left out of piano,1set of bedroom furniture not put together with slats. They also said two items could not be moved into the desired areas but some men from our church came the next day and put them both where we needed them. I will NOT recommend them or use them again. We got NO satisfaction.

Connor and Jaylon worked very hard all day today and everything got here safely and in the same condition it left as far as I can know now my job is to get rid of all the boxes and I’ve been very pleased with their work thank you

My crew members were David, Cameron, and Deangelo. They arrived on time and were extremely professional, courteous, and polite. They worked very quickly, efficiently, and carefully. Nothing was damaged at all. I would highly recommend Gouffon as the entire process was very smooth with no issues at all. GREAT JOB!!

John and Cody assisted me with moving items to 2 different locations and could not have been better. They were very friendly and had great attitudes despite it raining the entire move. I will use Gouffon again when the time comes.

Gouffon moved us from a house to an apartment on Jan. 29th. Dalton, Jared & Michael were incredible. They were on time. Thorough, polite with great sense of humor. Made the move quick and easy with no stress.
