Stole my items
I used Jackson movers for an interstate move and I when my received my stuff, I noticed some of my items were missing and it looked like they were stolen. I filed a claim and I was offered a ridiculous amount that was not worth closed to my stolen items.
I regret using this business. They are absolutely terrible. Not only do they steal your stuff, they give you a delivery date that they can’t keep to.
Horrible company.
1000$ in damages to items
They damaged items worth around 1000$. offered me 30$ compensation. can you believe it? even if they price lower, they are totally careless about the items, so you better pay more to others, and know your items are going to be cared for. also the moment they came to my house they said - well you need to pay more for us to release the items. and they hinted that if i dont tip them well, they'll say i had more items than what was in the original contract.
not recommended if you care about your items!!!
