Terrible experience.
From start to finish, the quote was off by $1300, it took them over a month to deliver my furniture, never answer their phone, when I got somebody on the phone they lied about delivery, you name it!
Excellent movers.
Me and my family of 4 moved to a new place in San Antonio and we needed extra help. We were fortunate to find reasonable prices in Jackson Movers. Once they arrived they took care of all the packing of all rooms even kitchen. I was really pleased with their service will definatelly use again.

Jackson Movers were the best moving company I have ever worked with. Our driver and the whole moving crew who moved us were great people. They move us efficiently and everything went perfectly. I recommend the movers to all.
Hidden Cost.
We booked our move in February. When I booked it I was very specific I wanted the price for having movers pack up our belongings included. We got a reasonable estimate so I went ahead and booked it. I scheduled a call a couple weeks later to update my estimate that didn’t happen at the time agreed on but two days later at an inconvenient time for me. In that call where our estimate should have gone down, it went up because he had not added in the furniture properly the first time.
The weeks before our move we had to make changes to phone numbers and couldn’t get ahold of anyone at the Jackson movers main line, our sales rep, or email for two weeks until finally a couple days before our move we got a call back. In which I found out our sales rep wasn’t working so we had no point of contact with our information and that it would be, yet again, a higher price to pack our stuff because it wasn’t added in after the two estimates I got where I specifically stated I wanted it packed for us. So days before moving we were left scrambling to finish packing.
When the movers came they were not only late but took hours at our house loading, using our recently professionally cleaned bathroom and left it dirty, and charged us more for things I was told didn’t have to be in a box and a couch which I have measurements for prior.
Now that our moving truck is here we’re being told there are more charges because it’s a storage unit not a house, which I had been more than clear about. Not to mention the driver has been extremely rude to me versus how he talks to my husband. What should be a quick unloading of our belongings is being a dragged out, stressful, more expensive process.
All in all we’ve paid well over $1,500 more than our original quote and at least $1000 more than other moving companies guaranteed pricing because of the up charges after we paid our deposit not to include the extra charges with the drop off. Being as my husband and I are both veterans we’ve had lots of experience with moving companies and this by far has been the most expensive, unhelpful, and stressful.

We used Jackson Movers a couple months back and were so pleased with the job they did. Specifically, I was upbeat, energetic, and very careful with our stuff, and on top of that he found a $100 bill under the bed that he could've easily pocketed since we had no idea it was there, but he handed back it to me. I am not only so impressed with his honesty and integrity, but his work ethic really was above and beyond what I expected.

Kevin and his crew were extremely efficient and quick with the move. Nothing was lost or broken. They were also very courteous, polite, careful, friendly and professional. If those are the qualities you look for in a moving company make sure you book them for your moving services!
Complete professionalism from beginning to end!
I received a quote from Mike after an on-site visit and moved on Monday. Kevin and David came to move my items and they were awesome. They were friendly, packed everything up extremely quickly, delivered everything with no damage of any kind, and were overall very accommodating. I surely recommend them!

They just got done moving us to WI. They arrived on time and worked quickly yet carefully. They wrapped up our furniture very well. Will use them again for our future moves.

Mike and Victor are by far the two strongest guys I have ever seen! They made the move smooth and fast. They made sure everything I needed to take was taken and when we got to my new place made sure everything was in the proper room and place.

Bad Service!!
They gave an estimation of 1-3pm and didn't arrive till 3:40pm which was nerve-wracking and stressful. The telephone service picked up promptly and tried to help locate them. The actual moving staff were very polite, helpful and efficient which made up for the delay.
