Maya van lines was able to wrap my expensive china cabinet, load it on the truck and deliver it without a scratch. We moved quite a distance and these guys made it feel like few miles. Nothing was damaged, delivery was on time, and final cost was within the estimate!! Exceptional service from start to finish! .

This was my second time I used Maya van lines. I moved two years ago and when I wanted to move again, I knew which company to hire. I did not have to search the net or ask people around. I phoned the company, and got all the information I needed as well as the precise quote. On the moving day, Rafael and his two helpers came to my apartment to wrap and pack my things and move them to my new apartment in Memphis, TN. I can just compliment these guys. They arrived on time, were professional and efficient. I was not worried about my things because I knew they would take a great care about my possessions and it was like that. My things were not damaged, nothing got lost and I was happy that they put everything in the place I requested. What else can I say but I am more than satisfied with Maya van lines!

What a pleasant experience I had with Maya Van Lines. From the moment their team arrived, till the end of move, their service was EXCELLENT, energetic and super-efficient. It all started when I booked this move over the phone: Their representative was so courteous, patient and kind. Everything was clear and they explained the whole process and pricing. They showed up on time on the move day and then packed the whole house in lightning speed and moved all my belongings in a timely manner, without damaging anything. This move was so pain free, these movers did exactly what they said when they said they would and took care of my belongings. I really appreciate honest up from approach and the customer service is great! They arrived on time to both locations and were very prompt and professional. Thank You so very much for making this move a very pleasant experience. I was also very happy to find that the amount charged was actually less than the original quote. I have dealt with moving companies before, and these guys were awesome. At every step of the way they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Great Interstate Move.
The process was easy, quick, and without incident. Trusted that this company had some very experienced personnel at all levels. Move took a total of three business days and completely without incident. Would highly recommend this company for any move.
Leo was the sales person who cam out to the apartment to assess the inventory and advised me of the options and quote which was exactely what it cost. The moving team was there on-time and worked quickly to completely wrap and load the furniture and boxes. After they left, I was notified by the dispatcher of the date of arrival which was exactely in line with what Leo and I discussed and on the third day the truck arrived and was unloaded and furniture and boxes were in excellent condition.

We have moved several times across the country and usually have been from unsatisfied to extremely unsatisfied. The tricks that were played on us by dishonest movers and drivers from the most well known companies were almost amusing, from drivers weighing their large wives in with our load, to scale operators adding on 660 pound boxes to the scale, causing our shipment to weigh more after discarding many goods, including a washer, than it weighed before. Sometimes our goods arrived damaged, as when the driver used our matress to buffer the rest of the load, causing a puncture to the mattress.
Thus I dreaded the process of moving again and did a lot of research online to find a company with genuinely satisfied customers. This research led us to Maya. In checking out their reputation, we found it was solid even with their competition.
So we chose them, and their volume based fee schedule, which removed any concern as to weight confusion. Since we had already furnished our new house, we did not have to move that much of our big furniture, but did want to take a few nice antique items with us, and many personal effects. We packed most items, but left the delicate job of packing the fragile dishes and antique dresser to Maya, for a fee. We also helped out by bringing a few items downstairs before the movers came, to avoid stair charges.
We were very happy with every step of the process, initial phone contact, site visit and estimate, up through and including delivery and unloading. This was the first time we have ever had essentially a trouble free move, we felt well treated and respected, and our goods arrived unscathed. I enjoyed meeting everyone associated with the company.
We were informed of the progress of our goods and even the name of our driver. He even made a late evening delivery, with our approval, to make sure we did not wait too long for our goods, even though he had unloaded several other loads that same day. He took great care not to scratch our walls in our new house and did an all around excellent job with everything.
There were no financial surprizes and our charges were exactly as expected, including an extra $300 shuttle fee, since our private road was too small to accept a large van. Altough I had hoped this might not be needed, I knew realistically it was likely and it was clearly stated as a possibility in advance.
After this good experience, we recommended this company also to our son.

I was so impressed with Maya Van Line Moving Company and its employees. I was so stressed about moving but I was put at ease the very first time I spoke with the salesperson. The movers was on time and very professional when they arrived. They worked very fast and secured all my belongings carefully. When arrived at the new location they unload quickly and also hooked up all appliances, beds etc. in a timely manner, they also went beyond the call of duty and help me secure my front door. Couldn't say more good things about our experience moving with Maya!We were moving from Atlanta to Dallas, from a 2 bed condo to a townhouse. Heard back from the estimator, Leo, incredibly quickly, and he came out to give me a bid the next day. The bid was based on an inventory list (rather than weight), and was fairly reasonable for full packing, delivery, and reassembly. The estimate actually stayed true to the final cost, which I have never had happen before.Leo was always incredibly prompt to respond to any questions I had (within a matter of hours), and was incredibly flexible all around. For example, we were supposed to move on a Sunday, but due to last minute issues with my condo association, had to change the date to Saturday (just two days beforehand). They were incredibly accommodating and were able to change their schedule around to meet mine.The packers were very professional and speedy (had about 5 people working), and per our request, started before we were able to arrive. Everything was incredibly well packed and had no issues with damaged furniture at all. Even with a move halfway across the country, my things arrived in 3 days. The driver kept in contact regularly, gave me a four hour window to deliver, and even accommodated my request to come at the end of that window. Since they are still a relatively small company, they used another moving company to unpack the items, with the driver leading the effort. The other company was equally as great though - they had to carry my stuff up an incredibly steep driveway and then up three flights of stairs and put everything together perfectly. They even rearranged my storage room to fit all of the extra stuff, which I expected would have taken up two rooms (but they managed to get it all into one). All in all - everyone was incredibly friendly, flexible, speedy, and careful with my stuff through and through. Could not have asked for a better moving experience!!

I was initially overwhelmed with the amount of responses I received from the inquiry I placed online. After reviewing information with a few representatives, I needed to do research on the companies. The conclusion I came to from that process was that Maya Van Lines was the company that seemed to provide customers with the most positive moving experience even though their price was higher compared to the estimates I was getting from others, but I felt more comfortable with the business model they use. In the end the move went smoothly. They did a fantastic job handling our belongings and we even saved money in the end. All our belongings arrived on time and with no hint of damages. We are now settled in our new home and want to thank everyone at Maya Van Lines.

What a great move! I've lived in Georgia for most of my life and was very nervous to begin with about moving my family so far away. When I started looking for movers we couldn't believe the amount of moving companies that there actually is. After doing weeks of research we finally decided that we would go with Maya Van Lines. On the day of pick up they arived on time and prepared for a full service move. The pick up was completed in no time, and I have to say the professionalism in which they handled and packed our belongings realy provided me peace of mind. The men on the truck again were very kind and professional . I received my ites unflawed. After so many weeks of receiving estimates I wasn't sure if we made the right decision, how ever they proved us to be right! I would refer them to anyone of my family or friends! Additionally, Iris and everyone else that we worked with at Maya Van Lines was absolutely fantastic. Incredible customer service!!
They Use 3rd Party Movers!
The main reason we went with Maya was we were assured they didn't use third party contractors. The used them to deliver our stuff! We would have never agreed to this if given the choice even if it meant our shipment would be delayed. They managed to ruin every nice piece of furniture we had including irreplaceable antiques. They didn't put the boxes in the specific rooms even though that was a "service" they sold. The dumped another persons shipment in our yard while getting our stuff out of the truck. We are still missing boxes and finding broken furniture. So upsetting.
