I was very pleased with Maya van Lines moving services. The moving crew was very efficient, proffessional in every aspect of the moving experience and corteous. They went above and beyond what would normally be expected, for instance carefully putting back together all the furniture that had to be taken apart for the moving process. Job well done!!
Dependable and Quick.
I had a great experience with the movers. They came to my 2 bedroom top floor apt and moved me in out in about 45min (Total moving time just short of 2hrs and 35 min. I don’t have a lot of things, full living room and Master bed room set ,25 boxes and a book shelf. The second bedroom was an office. All of my furniture is very heavy and they didn’t have a problem. They wrapped up my living room couch and love seat and they broke down and assembled my solid wood sleigh bed all included in the price. They reassembled and placed all of my furniture and boxes in the location. This made my move a breeze I would recommend these movers to anybody. .
Quality Time & Service.
I liked the fact that the sales rep, Benjamin, came out to our house to look at the rooms and give us an estimate. Since we were moving out of state, he even took the time to discuss the size of the storage unit we would need after seeing what needed to be moved.
Steven and his crew were wonderful. They took time to wrap our most precious belongings including our piano. They disassembled all bedframes and kept the screws together. Steven would close a door when they had completed moving all furniture out of a room and then had me go back through the house one more time before they departed for the arrival location. I loved their attention to detail. With my husband already out of state, it was nice not to have to worry about the moving part. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for movers that are interested in customer service, not just the bottom line. Thanks, guys! Job well done.
Exceeded Expectations.
Maya Van Lines did an exceptional job with our local move. The team worked well together and finished under the estimate. Even working as fast as they did, everything was still disassembled, wrapped and loaded with care. Having a lot of antique furniture, I was thrilled that everything arrived in perfect condition. A very professional organization. Will recommend to everyone!
