  1. Scam!!

They supposedly get by legal recourse by telling you it's a "bid" then write it as an "estimate". This then allows these thieves to jerk your price around. Usually doubling it just days before your scheduled move day, so you are in a bind … lose your deposit or pay them more. I'd already cancelled my U-Haul and my help. They know this. Then they move to phase 2 of the scam which is to only load part of what they promised through a secondary hauler. Yes they say they are moving you but broker it to someone else who shows up with a small trailer saying i get half!! Then if you want your stuff on the other end you must have cashiers check or they will hold it hostage. They are very experienced thieves who know exactly how to screw you. If you can get them on the phone... do me a favor. Find a way to catch them in the act. Hire an under cover and nail these F*%$^%$!. I lost around $7,000!! after all was done. That was the cost of hiring a top tier moving company! So, by the end, total cost was $14,000 to move a 2 bedroom / garage from CA-NV!!

  2. Dishonest Thieves

I was set to move on 04/10/21 and I paid them $831 for my deposit. I was told to buy 2 postal money orders to pay the movers,1 when they arrived and 1 when they delivered. Movers left a mess in my apartment to clean up! The guy in charge took both money orders and then told me that I would need to pay another $1500 upon delivery of my items. He asked when is the soonest I could accept delivery of my items so I told him, not before 5/2/21. My items were stuck in storage and not delivered until I called 3 weeks later asking when they would be arriving. At that time, Moses got in touch with me from a company called Oasis Moving and Storage, he was rude, yelled at me, called me names and argued with me about my items. Needless to say, when they did show up at the end of May, items were smashed, cracked, missing, damaged, leather couch is ripped in the back and as of today, I still am missing an antique tenor saxophone, my pillow top mattress, support boards for my bed and miscellaneous kitchen boxes. Moses will no longer get in touch with me and his driver is giving me the run around! I was told my items would be here June 23rd and they still haven't arrived. On top of all that, the driver expected me to give him payment in cash and when I handed him a money order, he called Moses and started a huge argument in my driveway with him! Completely unprofessional and Salah (the driver) is still not delivering my mattress!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I'm still trying to reach out and get my items here, but they are refusing! Today, I'm reaching out to a lawyer if I can't get part of my money back. Also, I can no longer access my laptop to retrieve the rest of my files for proof of contract. I've tried my best to contact this company to resolve this, but they don't make any effort. I had to call and ask if Oasis Moving and Storage was the company they were using to move my belongings.

  3. Do not use this company!!

I shipped my household things from seattle to georgia. not only did it take 4 months for my furniture to actually leave seattle, but they only showed up with a few boxes and a dresser, this was not even 1/8 of my stuff, its still lost almost a year later!!! terrible, unprofessional, wont return calls, contracts to low budget moving companys, DO NOT USE!!!

  4. Who wants to sue this company with me for fraud?

Crooks, liars and thieves. Contact me to file a joint lawsuit. This company is disgusting!!! Anyone have a phone number for them? I cannot get ahold of them and they are not returning my emails. They dont even deserve a 1 star. FRAUD

  5. SCAM!! Buyer Beware!!

They say "should you elect to cancel within 5 days, you will receive a Full Refund MINUS 10 % of your Deposit!! I had signed 4 hours ago and they still want a 10% Administration fee! They are brokers using other movers.

  6. Would give minus 200 stars

Theft. Burglary. Contracts written on their behalf to get by with theft. Do not use. You will be so very sorry. Should be arrested and convicted. I will be talking to the judge in town about that. They take your money and dont bring your stuff and make it like its "your problem". You will hear 7 to 10 days to string you along. Make sure you get your check reversed in 90days. And make sure you take them to claims court. No legitimate business runs this way. 7 to 10 days turns into 26 and longer. No company would take the time or money to store your stuff. You will be lucky if you see bits and pieces. I feel for the people who trusted them and now are doing without the kids toys and beds and work related items. Dont let it happen to you. They "grab"ya offering a good deal. And then charge ya more for taking half as much. Oh and they will TAKE. Dont fall for this place use a reputable company through the better business bureau.

  7. 0 Stars!! Scam Alert.

After pretending to be a different company with high reviews, I received my statement and it’s this joke of a company.. They took my deposit never showed up and cannot get ahold of anyone to get my refund of course! Shady disgusting company- RUN. Clearly the high rated reviews are fake.

  8. Don't Use Them!!

Took our deposit of $1296 for a move from California to Maine. Never showed up or returned calls or emails. Refuses to refund the deposit. Customer service blocked my number because I called them out on their lies. Bunch of scammers!! Give -100 stars if I could.

  9. Horrible Company - Operation is a scam.

We originally used this company for a long-distance move from New York to South Carolina. In short, we hired them, they never showed up on the agreed-upon date and did not call us once to ever set up a new date. We did not get services for our down payment or a refund. I had to give at least one star, but I would give negative 100 if able. Full details: We were given a short turn-around time to move for my new job and we needed a quick response. Thomas answered our call and said they could get us on the schedule after getting all of our specific info. We weren't ready on that day to pay a down-payment so we stalled for a couple days. He said us paying the down payment would get us a reservation on the calendar. I asked about a full service move - packing and loading. He said packing would be an extra charge, but if we bought the materials ourselves (boxes, tape, blankets, paper, etc), that would save a lot of money and we could have the movers pack our entire home for a couple hundred extra. On the contract, it stated "partial pack." When I asked Thomas about this, he said that just means they are packing and we are providing the materials. We paid the down payment and Thomas stated going forward, we would be dealing with the general customer service line. After a few days I called the customer service line to firm up details and she told me the "partial pack" meant the movers would only pack one or two boxes, not the entire house. I tried to explain that the discussion with Thomas was for a "full pack" excluding materials, and she said we would have had to provide materials anyways; a partial pack was only for a few boxes. After arguing and figuring out we were getting nowhere, we figured out we would have to pack ourselves. I asked to confirm we were on the schedule for a specific date, and she confirmed we were going to be picked up on that day or the day after (back up date). Two days before the move, I tried calling customer service since we had not been contacted about a pickup time yet. I was never able to get through, just able to leave messages on the machine with no call back. On the day prior to the scheduled pick up, I tried contacting customer service again, and was eventually able to make contact after many unanswered calls and messages. We were assured once again that the moving company would contact us that day to set up a pickup time. I asked the customer service rep for the moving company's name and contact info and she couldn't give it. She told me that the moving company had not given her a call back yet. After many times back and forth, she said she would leave another message with the moving agent and that she could do nothing more for me. I asked her since she couldn't get in contact with the moving agent, just give us a refund and we would make different arrangements since we had to be at my new location in a few days. She told us we couldn't have a refund, but we could get a credit on our account to be used in the next 12 months. I told her that was pointless, we needed to move now, not "sometime in the next 12 months." Once again, she said, no refund, and wait for the moving agent to contact us. We tried calling customer service (and Thomas, but he never answered his personal line either after we signed the contract) again on the day of the move, and finally got through towards the end of the day. We were told she would leave another message with the moving agent and we should wait for them to contact us. I stated they were in breach of contract since they had not provided any services and she said that they were not in breach because they would still set up an alternate pickup date after missing the original. She also rudely declared we would never get a refund. After that call, we were never contacted to set up an alternate pickup date. This company exists to give empty promises at the beginning, pressure people into signing a heavy handed lopsided contract, receiving a down payment, and ignoring the customer and leaving them high-and-dry. We eventually had to rent a couple of "move yourself" vans and make multiple trips from NY to SC over 4 days since we lost part of our savings on the down payment they stole.

  10. Horrible Experience - Company is a FRAUD and SCAM.

I used this company for a long-distance move. When I originally contracted with the company (Mike), I was given a price based on the inventory to be moved. I paid the initial deposit. Two days later, another person(Kevin) from the company called to go over everything and he said that the inventory I gave him was different - mind you, I gave the exact same list to this 2nd guy. He then tells me that the move will now cost over $2000 more. He was the rudest person I've encountered. He was belittling, abrasive, condescending and arrogant. By this time, I was a week away from the move, so I felt stuck. I agreed to the additional money. The day the movers were to arrive, they had not arrived by late morning so I was continually calling the company every 5 - 10 minutes. Left numerous voicemails, sent emails, to no avail. When I finally got a live person on the phone, they told me that the movers were not coming that day. I was very upset as I had already arranged to have people over to help with the moving process. I began contacting them to let them know the move wouldn't be until the next day. About an hour later, I received a call from a guy that identified himself as the mover and said that the company told him not to come that day. I said that was not my desire and that I wanted to move that day as it was scheduled. He said he would be there in about an hour and a half. About 3 hours later he finally showed up. I took him through the house so he could see all of my items. He said that there was no way all of my items would fit on the truck they instructed him to get AND he told me it was going to cost more. Not only that, he said I wasn't able to use the entire truck (26') but only a portion of it, even though I was the only customer having items on the truck. As you can imagine, I was livid.

Several items were damaged in the move, and even though the contract stated they would disassemble and reassemble items, they did not. This is completely unacceptable. I have tried to reach the company on numerous occasions regarding the damaged items, and to this day have not received a response.

I ended up spending over $7000 for the move that resulted in 1/2 of my items NOT being moved. I am now faced with having to arrange for the remainder of my items to be loaded and driven to my new location. This results in additional financial obligation that I should not have to be paying at this point. The amount of stress that this whole situation has caused is beyond imaginable.

I have reported this situation to the Better Business Bureau, and as of their last update, they have not had a response from the company either.

Moving Pro Logistics should be put out of business. They are a brokerage company that doesn't stand behind their service and they are just trying to price gouge their customers. They sub-contract their services to sub-par moving companies(Bull Moving in my case) that do not stand behind their obligations. Moving Pro

Logistics and their partners are a SCAM company and you should definitely NOT use them.

I wanted to give zero stars, but that was not an option. They actually deserve a NEGATIVE 10 stars.

  11. They make their money off your deposit, and then never showed up!

This company is dreadful! I spoke with a rep who pushed for a deposit. I need to have a kitchen moved from one state to the nest and it had to be picked up by a set date. They guaranteed me they would show up on that date. The movers never showed up and no one would respond to my calls or emails. After three days passed they finally called and said the truck broke down and they would reschedule for more money because now it would be a rush job! Funny I read three reviews from the same weekend and it seems like their trucks were breaking down all over the state.

They will LIE to you and take your money! (Read the fine print).

  12. Push hard to get a deposit , forget you after you pay.

Spoke with Keith, pushed hard for a deposit, even waited until almost 10pm WOW.

Once I paid and I was third partied out I attempted to reach moving pro logistics many ways: phone call, email, I guess that's it. But no answer not even from an email. POS.

  13. Beware Good Reviews.

Any good review of this company is totally false. This company is currently unable to to move anything or take any money legally. They have no DOT license. Simply look them up and you will see that they are scammers. They are usually in cahoots with another sham company called MD moving company or some other cliche name. DO NOT USE THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT. I was unable to leave zero stars.

  14. 0 Stars. Must be Shut Down!!

-It started off what I thought was great when contacted by DAN DOBECK after filling out an inquiry online. I told him my budget was $2500 and he assured me my 1 bedroom apartment should cost $2200..

-DAN DOBECK also promised me that his crew would absolutely be wearing masks/gloves due to the pandemic. I saw FOUR different guys between pickup/delivery and only ONE PERSON wore a mask.

-With my previous moving experience and hesitance about the rate increasing, DAN assured me I would be receiving a phone call prior to pickup to run through the inventory so there were "no surprises." I NEVER got that call.

-When the pickup crew arrived he immediately told me my move would now cost $5600.. WHAT THE F*CK.

-While the 2nd guy had already started taking boxes, not to mention he fell and DROPPED at least 1-2 boxes down the stairs, I felt pressure to just accept it and immediately I thought; "I was not prepared for this. I don't have this kind of money on hand and I'm out of work due to covid-19. How could they do this to someone?"

-I wanted to avoid confrontation so I planned to contact DAN/the movers to address why I never received an inventory phone call and how the hell was his estimate SO FAR OFF. I expected they would make it up to me.. boy, was I wrong.

-As soon as they packed everything up the mover now tells me it's going to be 3 to 10 business days. I said "wait, DAN told me it should be 3 days, no problem" and he responded "well it is 3 to 10 business days." Great.

-Fast forward to my phone call with CHLOE. Wow..such a South Florida scheming business with well-rehearsed answers. She claimed that I didn't "qualify" for an inventory phone call? And that I could no longer contact DAN because that part of the deal is closed and it's moved on to her. I questioned about the lack of masks and she had no good answer. I told her how my quote basically TRIPED and I had already lost my job/income - she threatened that they would just "auction my items off. WTF??

-My husband ended up talking to her manager whom HUNG UP THE PHONE on him. So unprofessional. They don't even deserve to work for a better company than this lying, scamming LLC. CHLOE then came back when her boss ditched the phone and mentioned that we would have to discuss our questions with the shipper. The shipper? There's another company involved?!?!?

-So, Moving Pro Logistics contracted out to this ONE TRUCK COMPANY called "Insta Move Inc" based out of Bethlehem, PA. It's basically a cell phone when you call them and you will get to speak with NATALIE.

-Well, after DAYS AND WEEKS of living in an empty house ON AN AIR MATTRESS - NATALIE was dodging my phone calls (yet picking up for other friends/family of mine who contacted her), not responding to my messages, and gave minimal information - I wanted answers and I was scared I would never see my belongings again..

-I had begged this company to use a credit card since the total was so much more than expected. I was given the run around and told that "it shouldn't be a problem as long as we have 2 days to run it" (this was said by "NANCY") on the day that the truck was scheduled to leave of course I didn't get the phone call she said I would get to take payment. I had to CALL HER again and she now tells me I have to pay cash and wasn't "approved" to charge it. My credit score is over 700 so this is BS.

    - I panicked. I could not believe they wait until the last minute to tell me I basically need $2200 cash (the 3rd installment). The hoops I had to jump through..

-Let's also talk about NATALIE telling me it's UP TO 14 BUSINESS DAYS. WAIT - where did she get this from? My contract said 3-10 business days but she is QUITE CONFIDENT it's 14. HELLLLL NO.

-I had to fight with multiple emails not responded to and showed her a picture of my contract stating 3-10. She finally gave me their CRAPPY $25 per business day discount which sadly didn't count the weekends I was living unfurnished and was a measly $200 off.

-When they arrived I refused to give them 100% until I inspected my items!! At the end of the day he wanted me to take pictures and file claims for any damaged items - HELL NO. I was DONE with this company after the day of delivery and never wanted to deal with them again. I'll also keep my $40, thank you very much.

Timeline: My items were picked up in PA on 7/14 and I did not receive delivery until 8/9. ALMOST A MONTH!!

Liars, schemers, just total crap. Karma will come to this company (AND INSTA MOVE LLC) and the awful people that work for it.

  15. Reviews are on point- Scammers.

After reading the reviews I should have listened and NOT hired this company. I addressed the negative reviews and they said it's just some angry people.. well the angry people were right. This company tells you what you want to hear, gets your money and doesn't deliver as promised. They promised my move (house hold items and some kayaks and canoes), when they called to confirmed they said no we don't do that. Don't hire them!! Bunch of scammers, and after they scam they give you a run around and don't call you back.
