They accommodated my last minute request to have a storage container unloaded into a new apartment. The crew was very enjoyable to work with. The price was incredibly affordable as well. I was dreading moving day, but with Jack & his team it was much less painful!
Haven't delivered my items and have no eta as to when they will
For those that know me know that I do not post on fb often but today I have an excellent reason to. For those ever looking to move long distance do not use national express or any of the companies associated with them. At this point they have had my furniture for 4 business days and have told me there still is no eta as to when it will be delivered as they have to move it from the truck they loaded it to to a different truck which has yet to be done. At no point was any of this mentioned to me. So because abuse of there incompetence I have a choice get a hotel each night or sleep on my floor. They are causing unnecessary mental anguish which you have enough moving across the country.. Not only did they do that they found ways to charge extra on top of extra on top of extra money. They are con artist at best and need to be avoided at all cost. IF ANYONE KNOWS A GOOD LAWYER THAT SPECIALIZES IN THIS STUFF PLEASE REACH OUT TO ME.

I'm really happy with the service they provided and how mindful were they of my time, So that I don't get charged for an extra hour. They had these large boxes that you can put your clothes in (if they're hanged). I would gladly have them back the next time I have to move!
Top notch in terms of professionalism
My belongings were picked up on time and delivered all in one piece. Their service was first class and I appreciate everything they did for my moving experience. I am satisfy with everything.
They did an awesome job
They handled all of our items with GREAT CARE, and were fast and efficient! They made sure that everything was put where it was supposed to be and took the time to assemble the items that had to be disassemble to move. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone.
Moving from MD to FL
Don't EVER use this company. It's difficult to find words for how bad they are. Did not show up on the agreed day. Tried all the time to charge more money. Rude and completely useless customer service. When furniture finally showed up after 5 weeks, a lot was broken and ruined. Filing claims is almost hopeless and you a lucky if you get a fraction of the damaged value. TERRIBLE !!! TERRIBLE!!!
They shifted it properly without harming any of the stuff
One of the most effortless moves we have had. The moving group called when they were en route to our home. At the point when they showed up they didn't rushed or hurry to packed stuff. They were calm and composed. First they disassembled the furniture and then packed them very carefully.
The company is recommended
The staff was extremely professional. They make sure they support you with all your shift after you have booked them. They allow you not only to uninstall your things and stuff but also ensure the floor doesn't damage any furniture.
Terrible communication, rude customer service
Susan Kay (Customer Service Manager) has been rude to me every time I have contacted the company for an update regarding the location and timing of my delivery. Surprisingly, those who work under her have been very professional, patient and helpful.
In addition, the explanation of when to expect my things has been repeatedly incorrect (or confusing, ultimately with the same result). I would not recommend this company to anyone, ever, and frankly, if I could get my things back and have them shipped by another company, I would. Unfortunately, I seem trapped in this horrible, overpriced limbo of when to expect my belongings. The price is now over $1000 over what I was quoted, and (as of now) my belongs are expected to arrive 6 weeks after the initial date I was given. Every time I call, I am on hold for at least 30 minutes, and Susan speaks over me, in a rude tone, and does not answer my questions. The last time we spoke, she hung up on me.
I would recommend them and will work them again
They were very professional and courteous. Mark was very easy to work with on the phone and they were extremely quick, but also safe movers. All of my items were moved without issue. Also, they were very straight forward and fair in the time charges.

Everyone who showed up for our move worked very efficiently, diligently, and ever so mindful of fragile items. They treated all our belongings with genuine care. How often does one say those things about movers! I will suggest everyone to work with these guys once!
The crew were excellent!
On time, prompt and very nice! They were very quick with the move. Nothing was damaged. They helped tear down and put together all furniture and even help me decide where it went in the new place. I will absolutely recommend these amazing guys to everyone.

We contacted National Express Moving, who provided us with the most horrible and stealing carrier in the world “Integrated Moving Solutions Inc.” This company damages, breaks and steals your items and provides you with the worst compensation rate. National Express Moving is very unprofessional, liars and thieves. They attract you with a price and you end up paying much more. We were promised to have our items delivered in about 7 days, and they were delivered in about one month. On top of all of these bad services their carrier delivered our items mostly damaged, broken and missing (stolen), and when we requested their assistance in resolving this issue, their Customer Service Manager stated that she cannot assist us in this matter.
DO NOT EVER EVER USE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY AS THEY PROVIDE YOU WITH THE WORST STEALING CARRIER “INTEGRATED MOVING SOLUTIONS, INC.
They wrapped everything well and moved it with care
These guys work as a team and it shows in their efficiency. They are very creative in getting huge pieces of furniture through tight spots. They also power through multiple stair cases and steep driveways. No "can't do", complaining or hidden charges from these guys. If you want it done quickly and with care - call these folks.
