Excellent Move!
They did a fantastic job and they made a very stressful day far less stressful for us. I was more than happy to give a generous tip, especially since the cost was so reasonable to begin with. These movers came highly recommended by two of my coworkers, and I wasn't disappointed by them. I would love to use them again and would like to recommend them to all.

No accountability on dates or refunds
I'm writing this as a warning to you to not use this broker. Probably don't use any moving broker.
Their sales team is polite and persistent which stands in stark contrast with how you will be treated after they collect your deposit.
They will contract out a bottom of the barrel local mover (https://www.yelp.com/biz/brooklyn-moving-fairfield) who never arrived, never followed up, and never responded. I had to rent out a uhaul and move myself as I was losing the lease before the next rescheduled time.
I no longer needed their services so I asked for a refund of deposit which they did not agree to. They are completely unsympathetic and unapologetic to your situation and will not hold themselves accountable to missed dates. The deposit had cost me ~$1800 for no services rendered.
National Express Moving will hide behind their ridiculously anti-consumer terms and conditions to take your deposit without being held accountable to render or honor any services in any reasonable time frame.
Some gems of their terms and conditions include
8. No refund is honored due to a no show or no moving services rendered
14. All pickup dates set are estimates and have no guarantee allowing them full reign to string you along indefinitely.
18. You will not be able to litigate against the company
19. You will not be able to request a credit chargeback unless National Express broke their terms (they didn't since they don't have to honor the move)
21. You cannot write a bad review of National Express or else you will not see your deposit.
They're able to do this because the service they're providing is scheduling your move with the lowest rate mover who will most likely destroy your goods or never show up. They do not hold themselves accountable to contracting out moves to reputable movers.
Do not use National Express Moving. Do not use any moving broker.
Excellent Work!
The mover's company has professional staff who knows how exactly to wrap and pack every material and furniture in separate carton with proper plastic packing. The furniture was properly dismantled and was loaded on truck with great care. I and my family are thankful for the great service.
I totally recommend their service!
They did a perfect job for helping me to move my one bedroom apartment. They were really nice and even asked me to get into their car when I don't have a car to go to my new apartment. Will be hiring them again soon for my next move in October!
I had a great moving experience with these movers
They were the guys gracious and careful with everything. They took the floors like a champ. If they weren't sure about something, they constantly checked in. They carefully wrapped everything and completely reassembled everything they had to take apart. Highly recommended.

They made the process easy for me
Before, National movers. I booked another moving company but on the day of the move, when they didn’t appear on time, I call them but unfortunately, there was no record of my reservation. At first, I was so mad but then I decided to not waste time and book another mover. The movers were there for the rescue. Recommended.
Professional Movers
From the beginning when crew showed up they had a great attitude and made me feel at ease. I had asked for packing services also and they efficiently and carefully packed my things, loaded them onto the truck and moved them into a storage unit I had rented. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is seeking a professional, friendly team of movers.
Nothing was damaged
On time, good prices, courteous and fast! They had a huge job! Lots of boxes and lots of stairs. They packed things very efficiently and carefully - nothing was damaged and they inspected anything that needed to be wrapped. So happy we found them and would gladly book them again for another move.
Wow!
Moving is never easy but having a great experience with a moving company makes all the difference in the world! The crew were determined to make the move smooth and efficient. I should emphasize their efficiency, because at an hourly rate I was worried about the potential for a bad deal; however, they worked effortlessly to give my money's worth.
Appreciate the team so much today
It was a pleasure for us to work with them. They were so careful and expertly moved our belongings to get them upstairs without damaging the walls and banisters. They were also polite and accommodating.
Never showed up
Do not use this company! They were supposed to move us on either June 13 or 14 because we had to be out of our house on the 15th. They were supposed to call the day before to let us know what time they would come to move our things and transport our car. They never called. My husband called them and was told the truck broke down and they were looking for another. Never called us though we called them several times being told they are still looking. Found out they are a broker and could not find anyone to take our move or our car. We had to line up a moving truck and people to help load us and someone to transport our car at the last minute. They only want to refund us half of our deposits because "they put in work". Businesses get paid for providing a service, not a quote! Do not use this company!!! We were scammed!
Excellent Job
The owner was super friendly and efficient and so were the movers. Mark was in charge of the whole moving process, and he handled everything as I instructed him. They represented company in an exceptional manner and I will not hesitate to recommend you to everyone!
They were great guys
They showed up like 30 minutes early. We laughed a lot and had a great time! They were more than efficient and professional. They unloaded the truck, got everything (including my piano!) up the flight of stairs and into my new apartment without a hitch. No scratches, no glitches.
