Top notch service.
Pretty smooth sailing with peapack. I had a lot of big items to move and I wanted someone trustworthy and hands on so I could focus on all the other things associated with relocating. Mark and Tom were my movers and they were extremely nice and went the extra mile to make sure my stuff was safely getting in and out of the truck. It was really nice to know that my personals were safely packed. Customer service was on point, they were very clear and helpful with any questions I had. My stuff even got there a day early before I arrived in LA. I’m not planning on moving again any time soon, but I’ll definitely be coming back when that time comes. 5 stars.

I couldn't be more happy. It all started with Crystal, she was sweet, thorough, and didn't rush me into making a decision like all the other companies. She helped me go through all of my options before I decided to go with PeaPack. Then, when I called in a panic as I had realized that I forgot everything in my attic, they were able to add the extra items at a discounted rate. When the movers showed up, they moved my entire 2 bedroom home into the truck and were off before 3 pm. What I really liked is how the remained in contact with me every step of the way. While I was flying to go on a 7 day cruise they were able to accommodate me and had it delivered the day after I returned. they set up the whole house! This is the first time moving with an actual moving company and I had a great experience. I don't ever want to leave Florida, but if I do I will call Crystal back and use this company! I have her number saved in my phone because you never know!

I have OCD, and got 10 quotes. No one spent as much time with me as PeaPack in explaining EVERYTHING. It was a night and day difference from my other quotes. I had a storage unit that I had not been to in over a year. I gave everyone a list I had written down from memory and was pretty confident, but still feared I may have been missing maybe some small loose ends. John, the first person I talked to started asking questions no one else asked me. He was extremely focused on the size of the actual unit rather than having a list of items. He asked me how full the 10x10 unit was. When I told him it was stacked to the ceiling completely full, he showed me that every other quote I was getting was dramatically underbidding me. I was getting quotes all based on my list which was only 350cf and my unit can hold 800cf. So, although PeaPack was the most expensive, he showed me how he would be cheaper in the end by their price per cubic feet being less, but their cubic feet being more accurate. I could tell I was talking to real experts so I chose them. Customer service was amazing. I had a million questions throughout the process. I was so nervous as I have had only one experience moving with a company and it was a horrible one. On the day of the move, they did nothing but relieve my stress. The crew was so nice! Anthony, I guess the foreman was a war veteran as am I and we immediately hit it off. I was very impressed with how they packed the truck. I could tell they had strict procedures in how they loaded everything. They color coordinated each box. On drop off they set my entire house up, and put each box in a neat stack in each room it belonged. I am extremely happy with the service. This is the type of service that I could recommend to anyone! Thank you PeaPack, and a special thanks to John and Anthony. You guys made this move extremely easy and smooth and me and my family thanks you.
