Trophy and his colleague made a stressful situation way more positive. Very helpful, friendly - nothing was a drag and most significantly took care of my belongings. Very happy with the service. Will use them again.
All did Well!
They showed up on exact 9:30, had me sign a few papers, and immediately started. They moved so quickly and so efficiently I was blown away. The movers were funny and friendly but didn't chit-chat too much and focused on their job. Their manager, who helped me arrange the time, was also accessible and prompt. I've been telling everyone about them, and I recommend using this company.

Pinnacle Van Lines were incredible!! I was impressed with everyone! I couldn't believe how hard, quick and careful they worked. They moved all of our things in less than 4 hours, put together beds and end tables. They were all accommodating. They worked their butts off and were smiling through the very laborious work. I will use them again. Thanks again, guys. It was an absolute pleasure today.
Great Care Was Them!
They finished everything faster than I could have imagined and provided one of the easiest moves I've ever had. They were awesome - professional, friendly, caring, and worked extremely hard. They disassembled and reassembled things as needed and also stayed late on a Friday to finish the job. I will definitely be using these amazing guys again.

The whole procedure was so painless, from the scheduling to the move. The men arrived shiny and early, geared up to work. They have been enthusiastic and fantastic to deal with. They got my two-bedroom apartment move completed in hours and took exceptional care of my belongings. Will be recommending them to those who are looking for stress-free movers!

Awesome Mover!
I was so happy I decided to use this company. We moved our mom out of a retirement community when she fell ill. When I called, the people were friendly and so helpful. They could come to pack everything in her apartment up, move it and unpack it when at the final place. They packed everything just the way I would have done and were mindful of delicate things when they came up. I would tell anyone who needed to use them that you would be in great hands.

Having made these round trip moves a year ago with another firm, I expected the drive to take much longer, but the Pinnacle Van Lines was so fast. All three movers were efficient, considerate and pleasant. I recommend this company highly.
Great Mover!
The move was pretty smooth. They arrived on time and pretty much took care of everything, including furniture dismantling and reassembly. Overall we're pretty happy with the move and decided to tip them well.

I was a stress-ball by the time Buffam and his team arrived - on time - the morning of March 17th. They came as a team, and Buffam introduced me to each of his 5 movers. All of them seemed respectable, polite, and hardworking. The move went without any struggle, and I will recommend using them!
Appalling customer service
I'm really baffled by this company's current rating. I'm 35 years old and I've spoken to millions of people throughout my lifetime and many customer service agents and James at Pinnacle Van Lines was 100% without question the most rude, unprofessional jerk I've ever spoken to. I was promised call backs twice from this company regarding a move from Washington State to California and didn't get call backs either time. I had to follow up both times. This isn't a big issue. This happens with companies and customer service reps all the time. The issue was the attitude and tone that James used when speaking with me. He literally started to scream at me for about 8 and a half minutes without letting me get a word in. He used profanity, belittled me and made me feel like an idiot for asking about our delivery. I was promised and update and when I didn't get one and called back to follow up, I was treated so terribly that I am literally shaking as I write this. I really hope this isn't the way James treats his customers regularly. I feel very sorry for him and he must be going through something very troubling to treat others this way. I'm very shocked.

The crew showed up on time on the day of the move. I had packed most of my stuff to decrease time/money spent. There is a 3-hour minimum. The movers worked very quickly to move one two-story townhouse to two different locations. Nothing was broken, and we barely went over 3 hours.
Awesome Mover!
These guys were great. We made an in-home move, and they were very kind and respectful of our home. When they initially arrived, I thought it would have been better to have 2 than the 3 movers. Still, ultimately they worked together well as a team, and it was helpful to have all three. While they were there, we also used this as an opportunity to re-arrange some furniture. They were very kind and calm as we tried out a few variations.
