Do not hesitate to book this team for your move!!! They were on time, friendly, kind, and VERY efficient. Thomas and his team gave us a great deal and safely moved our heavy items up 3 flights of stairs. They also had a wrap, electrical tape, things I wasn't expecting that were constructive. Quick and professional. I had an emergency the day before my scheduled move, so I didn't have as much packing done as I had planned. They were very accommodating and made a stressful situation much more pleasant. All of my items arrived in good condition, and I'd definitely use them again if needed.

The three guys showed up a few minutes late but were quick, efficient and professional. They moved all of our stuff with care and reassembled everything perfectly. They have a flat rate with no other fees, which is excellent.

Just hired Pinnacle Van Lines again - what better review than to say I am a happy repeat customer? Jacinto was the job foreman and did an excellent job of directing the work of his partner while doing a lot of great work himself. He asked careful questions to ensure which items should be wrapped in furniture blankets and/or plastic wrap. I will absolutely hire them again.
