Items Ruined
Would not recommend using this company. Had to pay for extra space on truck, then mattress loaded on the outside of the truck and arrived totally soaked/ruined. Would not reimburse for mattress nor extra space paid for. What a sham!
Will steal your stuff
As most of the reviews have already stated, this company is trash. They don't pick up or deliver on time. They won't protect yourself and even the stuff they don't break, magically goes missing. It's weird the missing boxes had some of the more expensive items, like speakers and cameras. I followed the claims process they sent me and after coming to a settlement, they won't pay. Just a no character company.
Moved my 80 yesr old mother
Used this company they are a farce and incredibly unprofessional. Received my mom's bed soaked with water from the rain..dining table cherry wood gouged out and damaged kitchen table gouged out with a huge hole..after 5 months of waiting they only approved her claim for less than 300 dollars..this place is a scam and needs to be reported and shut down immediately. My 80 year old mother was scammed royally..disgusting
Terrible moving company, do not use
Premier Chicago Movers arrived at our destination with no personnel other than the driver to offload the entire delivery truck, and the expectation that the client would assist with unloading. When we informed them that this would not be the case, as we had paid for a “full professional service move,” they proceeded to locate and provide an individual hired from Craigslist to complete the unloading process. The driver of the truck additionally demanded that we pay the hired Craigslist worker with cash, which we refused to do as we had already paid for moving services. During the unloading process, the movers damaged multiple household goods, and we further observed them trying to inconspicuously “hide” the items they had broken from us. This process took an exorbitant amount of time, due to only having two individuals to move an entire household, and we eventually dismissed them prior to them finishing the job, as the situation became increasingly tense with their lack of professionalism and overall questionable conduct. Not only did we spend a significant amount of time completing services that we had paid for, but the entire experience was unpleasant and unprofessional and in no way represents acceptable business practices or an acceptable level of customer care. We are still in the process of negotiating with the company’s claims department regarding our damaged items; for reference, our move was completed in July 2020.
I have sent numerous emails and left many voicemails, all for not, shai has ghosted me for 6 months now.

The pick-up and delivery went very smoothly. The delivery guys were very helpful and polite. I’m very happy with how the whole procedure went. I would definitely be recommending this awesome moving company to everyone!
Use Them Again!!
I was looking for a moving company and Premier Chicago Movers had a pretty good review and so I went with them. Their moving coordinator was very professional, thorough and efficient. I had good instructions for their guys to come in and pick up my things and head on out. I let the crew know that time was an issue so they worked as hard as they could especially. Highly recommended.

Movers were great, very considerate & careful, fantastic service! Moving is always very stressful, particularly with all co-vid regulations, but they made it really easy, safe and stress-free. Totally recommend it.
Do not use this company
This company is a scam they don’t take care of your furniture at all. They give you a quote of $1300 and then when they pick your stuff up and put it on truck they change the price after you sign contract. And you end up spend over $3000 and they requested cash when they drop your stuff off. And won’t take your stuff off truck without it and the are so rude. My tv was broke and a $250Vase I had in a box that said fragile.

Absolutely excellent service. Great communication. Ability to work in a small time frame with willingness to adapt to changes. One named person to talk to, who was exceptionally helpful and understanding about the vagaries of my aging father-in-law's mind. I have no hesitation in recommending this service to my family and friends.

Excellent service from start to finish. Easy to book. The two men were friendly and did an excellent job. I would definitely use this service again if all drivers/movers are like Jones and Miller. I will be recommending it to my friends.

Every time I had a question, my salesperson, from Premier Chicago Movers was willing to explain things in detail and I appreciated that a lot. When the movers showed up I had all the boxes ready for pick up and they began loading the truck.
