On time. Super careful. From the first conversation they were very simple to deal with. We got all our prices in writing up front - so there were no surprises or hidden costs. They wrapped everything and moved it carefully. Recommended.

Super easy to schedule pick-up and delivery times and received text updates on the days of pick up/delivery which was great. Everything gets labeled and scanned into the app, and they even helped me pack a few items that I’d run out of boxes for. James and John were both super-efficient and helpful, and made the moving process run much more smoothly. Premier Chicago Movers is a great company, I have used them before and will use them again! They are the best.

My movers were Charles and James. They arrived on the early end of the time window, handled my belongings as if it were theirs, and me moved out of my old place in under an hour. I really appreciate their professionalism and courtesy. They worked hard were very polite throughout our move from FL to TX . Can't think of one critique I could make. They did a terrific job.

September 2020 we used Premier Chicago Movers to move a family member cross country from Minnesota to Florida.
The three men (local I believe) who came to pickup the items were very nice and seemed to take good care packing the moving truck. (Sadly, the positivity ends there.)
Once the truck left our driveway, there were no updates for a week.
The day the family member was flying out, we called Premier Chicago Movers because we had not heard any updates. That afternoon, received a note stating the truck had left the warehouse, but no idea of when it left, or when we should expect the delivery at the new location. Movers were supposed to call 24 hours before delivery, which never happened either.
Movers called Saturday afternoon and said they could be there between 7:00 and 8:00 that night or possibly Sunday sometime.
We opted for Saturday night since we had already been waiting a few days with no furniture.
Movers showed up, and brought everything in, including three boxes that did not belong to us. We pointed out to the drivers that there was three boxes that were not ours and that we were missing our TV and two patio chairs. After movers were gone, once we started unpacking realized missing one other box with miscellaneous items such as a TV remote and a CD player also was not delivered. Some minor damage to some items in the move, but that can be expected.
(Not asking to be reimbursed for those minor items.) Called and emailed the moving company tried to give them a few days to see if they could locate the Lost items. Have now left numerous telephone messages and emails for which the company has not responded. At this point, almost a month later, we would like to be reimbursed for the lost items, if it includes an apology even better.

The Premier Chicago Movers done move in neatly, safely to the very very top. For some items they wrapped the blanket all around and taped it secure without us needing to request it. Really appreciate that attention to detail and care. They treated everything with care.

I was never more impressed with movers in my life. Dennis, Mathew and Robert were on time, worked at a very fast pace; they were polite, professional, courteous and funny. I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.

I hired 3 movers from Premier Chicago Movers to move my gorgeous. The movers were respectful of my concerns with moving the grill into my backyard. I highly recommend using Premier Chicago Movers Moving. I will ONLY use them in the future. Really nice guys who care about their customers.

The movers from Premier Chicago Movers have changed my perspective about movers and moving in general. I give them my vote and raise two thumbs up for them. I was expecting ruins and damages as usual when I moved with Premier Chicago Movers but it was different this time. I am extremely happy with my move and I will definitely hire them again in the future.
