Both teams were very professional and courteous. They did an amazing job at wrapping my furniture so it was stored securely. The office staff responded to my initial quote and emails within a few hours. I would highly recommend.

The movers were 30 minutes early and super-efficient! Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and they even packed some of our remaining things. We had never hired movers before, but these guys did a great job and I would definitely hire them again. They were not cheap, but they did a wonderful job so if you can fit them into your budget, go for it!!

They did a spectacular job with both moves. I have moved several times, including multiple cross-country moves, and we have never had movers who were this skilled, even using some of the best-known national companies. Quality Moving Experts is really great!!

Having gone through 13 moves in my life, I've had my fair share of mover experiences. This was hands down the best moving experience I have ever had! From responsiveness to customer service to efficiency, they were stellar in every area. Would recommend to everyone and anyone!

Highly recommend Quality Moving Experts. First moving company I’ve ever used that we’re on time, got stuck in and didn’t waste any time. They were careful with our furniture, made sure they didn’t ding the walls and didn’t complain about moving our stuff into a 3 level home. Great price too with no surprise add ones at the end. These guys were very professional from start to finish. They followed covid protocols which was very reassuring. Moving isn't very fun but these guys made the experience much more enjoyable. I don't want to move again but if I did I will be using this mob.

Kept us informed of where the booking was at all along with phone contact 1 hour prior and then when on the way. Workers on the day were pretty fast, efficient and professional. The truckers that worked on my job were amazing. Worked effectively as a team. They followed all protocols in regards to covid safety. All my furniture from storage to home was as if it hadn't been touched, all in perfect condition. I would highly recommend Quality Moving Experts and will defiantly use them in future if needed.
Worst experience ever
We had a bid in for another company and got a call from this company which bid low. We knew it would cost more because we hadn’t finished packing and our timeline was changed due to the contract on our house we were selling fell through twice. When we actually had a date, the movers charged us 200 more but I understood because we had changed it. What they don’t tell you is that the actual cost is double. They refused to take my husband’s commercial toolbox so we had to rent a UHaul which added another 1,000.00 to the cost. What they don’t warn you is that you need to pack enough items to get you through until they decide to deliver. This is a broker and you have no choice of actual movers. The customer service is horrible- they don’t return calls or emails- I have to constantly call them. We moved into our home on August 27th and it is now 2 months later. The moving company has been to Florida several times in that time period but our move has not been delivered nor do we have an estimate of when it will be. I cannot order my items to be picked up and shipped from another mover because we have no idea where our stuff is. We have been told to contact the mover directly but they don’t answer my calls either and I feel if I have given (QME) them money as a broker, this should be their job. You don’t get the actual contract to review until your items are loaded and when we complained, we were told that we would still have to pay the moving company to load and unload our items along with trying to find a moving company the same day. Quality Moving Experts does not allow for us to speak with the owner (he is a silent owner) and Spartan Moving does not return my calls. I have been told 3 times that my items should be delivered within a week and 3 times they have apologized and said my items were not picked up. They are not forthcoming and do not communicate. We are now well over the 30 business days, and I have no idea the condition of my items. I have complained to BBB, Dept of Transportation and have placed a complaint with the Attorney General and have been told that there are multiple complaints with both Quality Moving Experts and with Spartan Moving. They should not be able to continue poor business practices until they resolve the issues at hand.
Nice, professional, and efficient move.
Nice, professional, and efficient move. Quality Moving Experts team worked well, took care of our stuff, and completed their work right at the 3 hr mark. Definitely a little expensive, but I called them on a Thursday, they had a team for me on Friday, and they got the job done well. Worth every penny and they saved me a lot of stress. Nice work!

They very good at communicating what time they would be arriving. I was not totally packed & had 1 foot on the grave on moving day. Quality Moving Experts team took over the packing & took care of everything. They wrapped delicate items very well and were very tentative to what went where. They were polite and friendly but got down to business immediately. I would recommend & use them again!
