A great moving experience.
I used Quality Moving Experts crew of two other movers over the course of two days, they were top notch. They arrived on time, prepared and immediately got to work. They handled the big and small items that required more care. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. A great moving experience.
Scam!!!
Beware of this company they are a total scam! They settle on a price with you and they hire the moving company for the job once the moving company arrived to my house they tried charge an extra $1,100… I refused to pay so they left me high and dry… this company stole my $1,275 deposit and refuses to refund. Stay as far away from these crooks as you can!!
If I’d have to move again, I’ll call them
Everybody from Quality Moving experts had the information I needed, and the people who assisted me were sensitive and thorough. Everything went smooth and easy. And if I had to make changes, they accommodated them. I needed a smaller truck to load it into a bigger truck because of where I lived, and where I was moving. The crew was on time, polite, and professional. Everything was good. And if I’d have to move again, I’ll call them.

We were moving back to Philadelphia since selling our home in Florida. Most of our stuff was sold but we brought some personal stuff back and a lot of my own paintings, which they packed for me. The Quality Moving experts coordinator was very honest because when they picked up our stuff, they gave me credit since it didn’t weigh enough and I would have never known they over quoted it. The people who came were very nice and delivered when they can. They were also there the whole process. The crew delivered it very quickly and everything arrived in good condition. We had a great experience with Quality Moving experts.

I got Quality Moving experts when I had to move two miles because I sold my house. The process was done over the phone and the coordinator did a great job. It took about six hours to get the truck loaded and unloaded and there was great teamwork with the crew who helped me during the move. Quality Moving experts is expensive but I’d recommend them to a friend.

Quality Moving experts coordinator was very helpful. She was friendly and seemed to be pretty upbeat about the crew that was coming out to help with me. What I paid have been a little bit less than what she quoted me and that was nice. The movers were also very professional. They had a lead guy and he seemed to be on top of the other ones. They were all nice and asked questions, "Should we do this? Should we not do that?" When we got to our new house, he made sure that everybody paid attention to where we wanted things to go. It was an overall a good experience and I've recommended them to a few of our friends.
Took Good Care for Us.
Unfortunately, they had a delay and so they weren't able to meet the time when my loading dock was available for them to do the move. So we had to reschedule to another day but they were able to work it out. The movers came two days later and it didn't cause any issues for me. I saw them when they were unloading and it was done very timely. Everything was packed very well and secure, and they assembled all the furniture that they had taken apart for the move.
I would definitely recommend.
They said they would arrive between 8-9am and they were there at 8am on the dot. They were very quick and super friendly! I would definitely recommend.

GREAT customer service both from owner and crew chief! Team was on time, efficient and very attentive to ensure everything went smoothly during my condo move even with all rules and regs.
SCAM, INCOMPETENT Never delivered items, won’t return deposit
This company is a SCAM. In January Quality Moving Experts sent a moving company (Evergreen) that tried to upsell me and when I refused they left and did not come back - literally left me at my storage facility with fifty boxes. The second company (MissionTransportation) they sent the following week did not have any intention of delivering my items (though QME repeatedly told me my items had been packed on a truck awaiting delivery). For months I kept on Quality Moving Scammers and they kept assuring me my items were on the way.
After FOUR months and no delivery I located my goods in a warehouse in San Diego and hired another company to get them to Wisconsin. When my shipment arrived I found out someone had stolen my golf clubs (not fancy but they’re important to me). I have the photos and inventory with the clubs on them. They’ve not yet replaced my clubs.
Thankfully the subcontractor gave me a refund of my deposit and an apology for not delivering my belongings.
Unfortunately: After all the headaches and delays QME won’t do the same. QME is refusing to give me my deposit of $1034 back unless I sign a settlement agreement holding them harmless.
I’m not sure they’re even a moving company. THEY ARE A SCAM. Avoid this company at all costs.

Special attention was taken on every piece of furniture that was moved. Pleasant experience from the first inquiry with him all the way through to the completed job. My movers was very informative and helpful with booking Quality moving experts team went above and beyond for us as our actual movers. They dismantled things properly and rebuilt them at our new home. Very efficient and kind mannered in all ways. Will def recommend and use this company again!
I would use them again
Used Quality moving experts when moving over the winter, everything went smoothly with the move. The crew worked fast but took care of our belongings, they fit all of our stuff in the truck without an issue. The unload was just as smooth, they went a half hour past the estimated time which I did not have an issue with. I would use them again and would recommend (have already) them to others!
