1. Excellent moving service!

   Excellent moving service! I used this service for moving some furniture into our garage, and then for our complete move to another home. They are on time, call ahead, and they worked hard to make sure there was no damage done to our things or either home. They actually cared about where things went and they walked through at the end in case we wanted to make changes. The moving team is incredibly efficient, and they made moving far less stressful than it could have been. DEFINITELY recommend.

   This was the 2nd time we have used Quality moving experts for our long-distance move. As with the first time, back in July, they came to give a quote and we agreed on the date. The team arrived on time (actually a little early) and got straight to work. Everything fragile was blanketed and within 3 hours they were on the road. We were delayed leaving Toronto and therefore we were late arriving but the guys waited patiently and when we arrived they quickly got everything in place and even took the time to set up our beds! Then they were off back to. This has to be the BEST company I've ever had the pleasure to deal with! Thank you so much for a wonderful day!

   We chose Quality moving experts to help us with our move recently and they were fantastic. Very professional start to finish. The team was efficient and took care with all of our belongings, including disassembling and reassembling our bedroom furniture so we were all set up and ready to go in our new place. On top of the great service the moving cost that they charged was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

6. They don't know where our household goods are

   This is a horrible company. They contracted to deliver our belongings within 30 business days. Today is the 33rd business day and still no delivery. Which means we have been without our belongings for 49 days. They have no idea where our belongings are. Now they want me to sign a settlement and general release document! DON'T use this company unless you enjoy losing all your possessions.

   Quality moving experts put my mind at ease during a very stressful day. I was more than impressed with their wrapping and packing skills. They took such care with my items, which assured me my things were in good hands. I would recommend them 100% to any friend or family member that asks!

   Friends and I have hired Quality moving experts several times. They have been professional, a calm force on moving day. This move, short in distance and a smaller load in general was no different. They have a good sense of humour and the move was much easier than expected. Their rates are excellent and the quote was accurate and the cost more than reasonable. Small or large job, this company is the best. Hire them!

   Very polite, friendly, and courteous. They were on time and kept us informed with the move. They finished early and saved us money. The crew was wonderful. We had a great experience with the company and highly recommend them.

10. I highly recommend this company for fair pricing and quality work.

    The fact that the owner came to our house to see what had to be moved, gave me the confidence to hire him. His price was fair and their seven day week moving services for no extra charges were extremely helpful. The group of four men was extremely polite, professional, and took great care with wrapping furniture, loading and unloading everything. They worked under extreme heat and humidity and did an amazing job. I highly recommend this company for fair pricing and quality work.

    These men are all professional, personable and really listened to what I needed/wanted. They moved my belongings with great care and did so in a prompt and timely manner. After getting estimates from a couple of other companies, I found that Quality Moving Experts offered the best rates and service I was looking for. So impressed gave their cards to my realtor for others to get the best service around.

    Given a reasonable flat rate price to move a 2700Sq ft house to a smaller one. had a crew of 10 guys Started at 915am & done by 330. Quick, efficient, asked questions about what was going as they got to different rooms. All 10 guys were VERY professional. Worked well with each other, and kept moving. Awesome job!

14. Beware of these scammers!!

    Not sure how anyone has rated this company well. They completely took advantage of me every step of the way. The only time I’ve been able to be in contact with them is when they wanted money.
    
    I wanted to make sure that I posted about my terrible experience with Quality Moving Experts so that I can save someone for making the same mistake that I did.
    
    I had signed up on a website for estimates for moving from TN to FL, and they reached out to me to offer their services. The lady I spoke with was extremely pushy, and they acted as if they were doing me a huge favor. I was suckered into their promises, and my initial quote for moving was about $2000.
    
    I went through all of the belongings I would be moving, measured them to get an accurate inventory, and once I submitted that, my quote had jumped to over $4000. This new quote was given to me three days before I was moving, which was l not enough time to find another company, so they knew they had me over a barrel.
    
    When the movers showed up, it was a company called InstaMovers out of Alabama. They told me the brokerage company (Quality Moving Experts) had way under-quoted me for the cost per cubic feet, and by the end of the day when my belongings were loaded, my new total had grown to over $6000. The movers also told me that the brokerage company does this regularly, and they were very used to having to significantly increase charges upon arrival.
    
    I was told when signing up with Quality Moving that I could give them one week notice for when I was ready to have my belongings delivered; I found that this was not the case either. InstaMovers told me they could not give a window of time of when they could deliver my things. They said they would let me know when my stuff could be loaded on the truck from their warehouse. I emailed and called them several times to find out more information, and the best I got was that they would give me a 24-hr deliver window after the undetermined time it took to get my belongings loaded to the truck. I received a call two weeks later on a Sunday night stating that the movers would arrive with my belongings at 7 or 8 AM the following morning. I told the guy I spoke with that I would not have a way to get the remaining amount of money I owed- which they wanted in cash- by that time Monday morning and he said they could not unload the truck it until they had cash in hand. I had just driven from Tennessee to Florida and did not want to carry that amount of cash on me. The moving truck arrived at 8 AM and sat on the street outside of my home until 9 AM without any communication. At 9 AM the driver came to the door and demanded his money so they could begin unloading. I had to leave my home to go get the money after waiting on them an hour to come to my door, so they charge me an extra $200. Then they charged me an $175 because they said they “could not” pull into my driveway with the truck, although there was plenty of room as my driveway makes a U through our front yard. Then they charged me an additional $250 for a “bulk carry fee” for a large buffet table I had. And because I wasn’t able to get cash with the less than 24 hours notice I was provided, they charge me $275 to put my remaining balance on a credit card. At the end of the transaction, the moving ended up costing me over $8000.
    
    The movers did not deliver on there promise to set my furniture back up properly. They left my dining room table in pieces, my couch in pieces thrown on top of one another, my mattress is still wrapped in plastic with the beds disassembled, and too many items to name that were completely broken. They dropped my grill in the backyard and dented it, and my workout bench was missing a foot so it is no longer usable. I was told to contact the moving company and they would replace it, but at this point I have reached out through phone calls, leaving voicemails, and sending multiple emails with no response from Quality Moving Experts or Precise Moving. They have made zero effort to make anything right or replace any of my broken items.
    
    Please take my long story and horrible experience as a warning to avoid Quality Moving Experts and Precise Moving and Storage LLC at all costs! I have never been treated this horribly was customer service in my life, and I’m out $8000.
