  1. Doesnt pay child support state is suspending his license!!

    EVERYONE THIS GUY IS Q DEAD BEAT DAD WHO CANT PAY HIS CHILD SUPPORT HE IS 11 THOUSAND PLUS IN DEBT ON HIS CHILD SUPPORT PAYMENTS AND HIS LICENSE IS SUSPENDED!! AVOID!!

  2. The worst moving company.

    I used this company to move me from Ga to Va, they broke quite a few pieces, like my couch legs, the coffee table, glass tables and dressers. Offered me $160.00 for $3,000 worth of 1 1/12 year old furniture. They took apart everything and didn't put anything back together. I've never experienced such service and being military, moving is something we did often. Never against!

    Horrible dishonest company
    First too small a truck n only 2 movers / promised3-4. Quoted one price then doubled . It took a entire day past midnight to move our belonging to storage n days to move us in. Broke, scratched n destroyed over $2000 in furniture . Totally destroyed my brand new dinning table n guy who did wasn't even sorry just complained he needed help and didn't have any. Their insurance co. was going to give me a check $300 but the company stopped them saying they were going to pay me instead, however never heard from them again. Almost a year ago and still fighting for a measly $300 for $2000 damages. The company preys on their customers at their most vulnerable . Very very dishonest !

  4. Move from FL to NY.

    HORRIBLE - HORRIBLE - HORRIBLE. Assured us they had their own equipment and show up in a Budget rental truck. Showed up 7 hours late and requote the move at twice the original price which we had to accept because we had to be out by the next day due to house closing. They bring our belongings to their facility, transfer it to another Budget rental truck then drive it to NY. Our belongings were crammed and stuffed into the truck and what wasn't "LOST" was scratched, dented, wet, or torn. I complained, but it fell on deaf ears. I would avoid this company !!

  5. Damaged Goods.

    BUYER BEWARE. Great on the front end. Horrible on delivery. Slow to communicate shipment status. Items mishandled during shipment. Crushed boxes and damaged goods. Any claims will go unheard and will fall on deaf ears. No integrity or accountability. You will be pursuaded to not get additional insurance coverage yet even the .60 per pound will not be covered. .

  6. Very Bad Moving Company!!

    I spent months shopping around for a moving company and when I finally decided to go with Sunshine State Moving it was becasue they always followed up with me, their prices were lower and their promises to do an efficient job came up at every conversation we had.  I first spoke to a Rodger who sent me the quote then spoke to Anthony who was handling my account going forward. A day before the move things started to change but it was too late to shop around for another moving company..I left several messages for Anthony to have the details of the move like time, details on when my boxes would be delivered well I just had questions any typical customer would have when doing a long distance move for the first time.  To make a long story short..my things were picked up! I thought the crew was reliable and that they knew what they were doing they told me my goods would be safe. Upon delivery in NY which by the way was with another company..my goods were transferred from one moving company to another I started noticing some of my items were damaged, my dresser was broken, my table had scartches all over my screws were missing for my bed and some other furniture. One of straw chairs was missing, my brand new ironing board was not there. My delivery happpend on July 25th 2014 and I have since been trying to reach the moving company, I have sent several emails and I can't even leave a message. My things also arrived with big BUGS in them! To anyone out there looking to move DO NOT HIRE this company you will REGRET it!! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!and my tips were very generous because I value hard work and professionalism and at first I thought my goods were in good hands and now I am UPSET, FRUSTRATED and I will take legal actions!! I paid double what I was quoted becasue of hidden fees!! BAD EXPERIENCE!! I will add some pictures soon.

  7. Run from this company!

    I had scheduled a move with Sunshine & unfortunately had to cancel due to my little grandaughter, being critically. I havr been calling Sunshine & emailing "Alfonse" asking for my deposit to be returned to me. He once told me, that his manager would send it. Another time, "have you changed banks"? Another phone conversation, I thought "my manager sent it". I called local police for advice. They said "take them to small claims court". I am so glad I found out now, what a dishonest company this is. I will not back down! I want my money!

  8. Stay Away From Them!

    In the beginning, before they picked up my property I paid them, they had called me very often The company promised delivery on 07/19/2015, but failed. They neither have delivered nor even communicated; I was unable to reach anybody within last week. I sent to them 3 messages by email, but did not receive any answer; also left numerous of voicemail messages, they neither pick up phone nor call back. It looks like they disappeared. I desperately looking for my property, and do not know how to recover it. In addition, they under-quoted me and ended up spending $2,000 more.

    I used SUNSHINE STATE MOVING company to complete my out of state move after my initial moving company tried to get over on me. The move was scheduled in less that 24hrs. I met up with the crew at an agreed location to pick up my items from another moving truck (not theirs). Russel and 2 other guys from sunshine state moving comp worked swiftly so that we can get on way. All 3 guys were very professional, treated my items with care and moving was concluded on time.

    I was very skeptical before I called them but I am glad I did. Thanks to Russel and Team :).

    My first time moving and I was getting alot of calls from movers. I was getting ready too book wit another company when sunshine state moving gave me a call. I worked out the details of my move an they ended up being the company with the best price. I kept in contact with them along with some others but in the last few days I chose them. The movers were very nice and professional. packing and storing in the truck was very quick and professional . Delivery were smooth without any damages and delays I appreciate for the work you've done.

  12. Do Not Use This Company!!

    My husband and I recently used your company for a move from Duluth, GA to Baltimore, MD and we had one of the most miserable experiences moving I've ever heard of. I feel like I need to share with you what happened, since I was REASSURED numerious times that we would be taken care of.   Based on the furniture and boxes list given, we were given a quote based on 1300 cubic feet of space. Upon loading the truck, we were told we took up all 2000 cubic feet of the truck and we would be paying an additional $2.65/cubic foot. That's right, an additional $1800 over the initial quote. Fine..I guess we had more stuff than I thought - but almost 1 and 1/2 times? The movers took 8.5 hours to load a 3 bedroom townhouse..5 hours longer than when we did the move from Birmingham to Johns Creek. The truck left Johns Creek and headed towards Baltimore..a 10-12 hour drive. Upon many phone calls to the company trying to track down our stuff, the truck didn't arrive until Tuesday at 10am - the day my husband started work so he wasn't even there when they were unloading - which was a problem since I have a 3 month old baby to tend to. You had assured me that the truck would arrive 1-2 days later.  Upon inspection, this was a different truck than the one our stuff was loaded into!! We were charged to fill that 2000 cubic foot truck, but this one was smaller. The mover that day couldn't explain why. When I called the owner, he told me it was because I wasn't able to receive shipment the following day after loading (even though I was - no one ever asked me if I could receive next day) and they needed that truck for a different move. The movers took 8 hours to unload our stuff. One large bookshelf wouldn't fit trough the door, so they took it apart to get inside and refused to put it back together.  Your company only accepts cash or postal money order upon delivery. I had a cashiers check. Went back to the bank to get money order. Apparently a money order from the bank wasn't good enough for them - it had to be a postal money order. Had to go back to the bank again and get cash..which, to be quite frank, I was not thrilled about giving someone that much cash.  After unpacking my house, I've found 9 things broken, to include the toasting glasses from our wedding, a few porcelain kitchen items, a few beer glasses and the topper to our ceramic grill. They forgot to move my kitchen trashcan, broom, step stool and front door welcome mat. All broken items plus new items I'm going to need to purchase total between $300-$400. So, I've paid an additional $1800 to move plus hundreds more to replace broken or not moved items. This move cost me $5000, which in my opinion is ABSURD fora move of our level. This was seriously the worst experience of my life and I will forever be scarred by the stress that your company had caused. .

    Max and his grew ,who moved me were extremely quick and efficient! I had a certain budget to stay within and they got everything taken care of within the specified amount of time with very little instruction.Not only did they do a great job of caring for my stuff and getting it done they were also extremely personable and made the otherwise stressful moving process a lot more enjoyable! I will recommend your company to anyone ! At the end of the move the plant that they gave me also put a really big smile on my face! Great job, thank you so much.

  14. Outstanding Job Done!!

    Outstanding job! Well done! We have moved residence 8 times in the last 11 years, so needless to say we have some experience in moving. Sunshine State Moving company was by far the best moving company we have ever dealt with. The rep David was very impressive with his expertise, professionalism, and courtesy, and didn´t drown us with pushy calls. He made sure we understood everything up front regarding their policies before we made our booking. The movers were prompt, hard working, and cordial. They were organized and fast. Most importantly, they took great care of our things. We have not found a single thing with the slightest blemish from our move. The move actually unfolded pretty much as we expected, including the initial quoted price. The no-weigh policy was a deal sealer for us as we had most of our unpleasant experiences with moving company´s weight policies. They made sure that we received no surprises the day of the move. We are not inexperienced when it comes to moving. But surprisingly we learned a few extra great tips in this move. I certainly hope we don´t move again any time soon, but if so, there is no doubt for us who we will call first. Thanks guys.   .

    Excellent service…everybody was courteous and whenever I called they answered all of my questions and they were very patient with me.
    This is very rare indeed and goes to the credibility of the movers representing your company during the loading process. I enjoyed working with your company from the time they arrived, to the time they finished unloading the truck. I would indeed call this same crew to move me any place. Your company from the professionalism, caring attitude, and pleasant nature of the individuals, has been a pleasure to do business with.
