I was looking online for a reliable movers and I'm so happy I found Texas Moving Group. Michael at the office was excellent from the start to the end of our move. We had Sean and his helpers and they were great, very careful packing our belongings. All our items arrived as schedule and in great condition. I will definitely recommend Texas Moving Group to all my family and friends!
Pleasant To Be Around!
Overall everything went very well. My move was from a 3 bedroom apartment to a 4 bedroom house near Philadelphia. I had everything packed, labeled, and ready to go. The crew arrived right on time and moved quickly and efficiently to finish as quickly as possible. But even with the quick speed, no quality was lost. They took good care of my items and make sure everything was properly wrapped and protected as it was loaded onto the truck. When they arrived at the final destination they carefully unloaded everything and made sure that it ended up exactly where I wanted it. Very professional service; all of my furniture made it without any hitches. The movers were pleasant to be around and had a "can do" attitude.

I used Texas Moving Group to move from TX to GA in May of this year. They were efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I spoke with May in the sales office and Sean was my foreman for the pickup and delivery. Their price stuck and the service I required was the service I received. They packed everything for me including boxes and did a great job. I received an email from their customer care department BEFORE the moves letting me know all their contact information should something go wrong. I didn't need it. I only needed it to call and thank them and let them know everything went well, so I decided to post this review. We are going to move my mother and father up to NJ next fall and I will be using Texas Moving Group. Thank you again!

These guys are great. Packing service was very professional and they disassembled everything to save me time. I received my delivery today and there is not even a scratch. You got my A rating and I hope not to move again but if I do then I know who to call.

I have to say that I am so happy with my decision with this company, after maybe 30 calls a day I have chosen them. I was very pleased the crew worked very hard and organized, really courteous and careful with our stuff. Their truck and equipment was new and in great shape, they were all uniformed. Would highly recommend to others, and will use Texas Movers Group again for my son's move in August. Can't wait:).

I had Texas Movers Group move me from Arlington TX to Little Rock AR and it went great. I never moved with a moving company before so of course I was skeptical. all the calls you get from all these moving companies doesn't help either. However Michelle was patient and made me feel comfortable with her company before making any decision. The guys were on time, friendly, and extremely professional. What more could you ask for. Great company would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Low Cost Quote, Shows in their Quality of Service.
I have never written a review before, but for the chance that this could help someone I'm taking the time to do it. Texas Movers Group is a very dishonest company. In the beginning communication was great, then when I started to inquiry about my things after 1.5 weeks no calls were answered or returned. While reserving these movers I asked would there be any additional costs upon arriving to my place. I was told NO by the sales rep. The movers showed up 2hrs late on that Sunday (May 26th- in a Penske truck) and before the driver (Sean) could inventory all my things he said immediately that there was going to be extra cost. He tried to charge me for stairs, I told him that was already in the contract. He tried to charge be for boxes, I told him that I had allotted for 20 boxes and I only had 18 to which his response was "Did you count them?" After he ran out of ideas he started saying the cubic feet in the truck on my contract was 100ft less then what I needed. I asked how he could tell since they had not even started loading my items.. He then got frustrated with me telling me he's been moving for a long time and he knows these things. So I went ahead and let him add the extra footage and $200 worth of packing materials which broght my price from $1300 to $1800 before they even touched anything! My move was from Texas to Florida which per their contract should have taken 3-5 business days. My items were not received until 13 days after pick up. I called and emailed several times to inquire about my things, 4 days later I spoke with my contact person (Michelle) who then told me the truck broke down in Louisiana and they had to order a part and fix the truck. The reason she hadn't notified me was because her child was sick. I was then told the truck would take 5 more days to get there. Now I just made this cross country drive myself in 2days in my car, so giving a truck an extra 2 days.. I'm not sure why it took 13days even with a breakdown. Upon receiving my things on Saturday June 8th, the driver brought along his young son to help him move my items. My stuff was crammed into the front storage compartment with other people's items which then made me question why I had to pay extra for cubic feet when I didn't even get the whole compartment for my things! The driver had to unload other people's items to get to mine. He was standing on these people's coffee tables and end tables trying to reach for my stuff deep in the truck (I do have pics of this)! His young son was not strong enough to move some of my items so he struggled bumping into walls and pulling things in a manner that should not have been handled. My bedroom dresser was damaged, boxes marked fragile were broken and concaved from having heavy items placed on them, my desk leg was missing the bottom piece, trash was left all over my place and ONE BOX WAS MISSING!! When I asked the driver about the box he told me it wasn't in the storage when he left.. What storage? My items were supposed to loaded on the truck and come straight to me. After numerous unanswered calls and a claims website that doesn't work, my box was found 1 week ago today (June 27th). The box was delivered to someone in Boyton Beach, FL some 4hrs away from me. When FedEx finally delivered my box yesterday it was busted open and valuable items inside were destroyed. I am still to this day trying to file a claim, their website still has error messages and will not allow me to submit the claim. When I called I was advised to clear my history and cookies on my computer to no avail. I'm still waiting on a call back from them as well. This company quoted a low price and their service was absolutely horrible. I asked why they didn't just ask for the money they needed to benefit from the move instead of putting me through all of this. It is not worth the aggravation.

Do Not Trust!!
This company is a scam. First they gave me a low price promised me the price would not go up, Talked negitave about the other companies and once the movers got to my home jacked the price up several thousand dollars. There were broken items once the stuff got to my new home. I honestly would rather of sold my items and bought new on otherside if I knew this was going to happen.

They made my move very easy. They were on time, took great care of my stuff. They had extra supplies on hand in case I needed it, which I did. Lol. They wrapped everything so it did not get damaged and everything was very organized. They worked around my schedule which was very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again. Even the customer service reps were available anytime and so helpful. I ended up having way more than expected and they worked with me.

The movers were professional, courteous and explained all the details. Michelle was very efficient and solved my problem of moving my two sons from different states. I'll work with them again. Their price beat all the other estimates. Packing by Walter was careful and professional. They packed everything with generous wrapping, tape and protection. Shawn carefully listed the items in the inventory.

I would recommend them to anyone looking to move, locally.. or half way across the country. Excellent service, friendly and fast.

Pick up was quick and on time, delivery on my requested time. I moved from Colorado to Texas Most packing was premade, except for several items that I wanted special crating for (tvs, etc). Everything was delivered fine. No damages I noticed. I would recommend this company.
