Everything about the company and their employees was professional, no hidden charges, and no damages, clean and neat move. They worked non-stop without even a lunch break and ensured they finished it within the timeline provided in their quote.

Trinity Moving and Storage did an exceptional job for us
Trinity Moving and Storage did an exceptional job for us throughout our move. They moved a 5,000 sq ft house temporarily into their storage warehouse then later into our new home. They were respectful of us our personal belongings. The team leaders were very organized thorough in all aspects of the moves, we would highly recommend Trinity Moving and Storage for your moving needs.

Moving is about the most unpleasant thing one can do, but this company does a terrific job of making it bearable. The movers themselves were outstanding and highly efficient. (Make sure to tip them well; they deserve it.) Customer service was also quite efficient and responsive, and I actually paid less than the estimate they gave. It’s not cheap, but the service they provide is good and they’re upfront about it and the cost; both of which are infinitely preferable to the alternative.
Crews were truly phenomenal!
Crews were truly phenomenal! They arrived EARLY and the whole thing took only three hours total to move our one-bedroom apartment from one place to the other (and about 45 minutes of that was traveling between the two places, getting keys, etc.). They also completely disassembled and reassembled our bed frame. Overall, we could not have asked for a better experience.

This is long overdue... Trinity Moving & Storage moved me in August. I intended to write a review then, but just forgot. I hate moving, so having this option was amazing. Great service. On time. Exceeded my expectations. The movers came in and packed up my apartment very efficiently. It save me hours of packing things away! Then moved me a few miles down the road. Highly recommend!
I plan on using them for all of my future moves!

Finished the job in a timely and reputable manner.
I have moved many times over the years, sometimes as frequent as every two years, and it was always a stressful and strenuous process. Out of all the moves this one was the easiest and I would recommend Trinity moving and storage to anyone looking for a fast, affordable, and easy move. When the movers showed up they were clean cut and friendly and handled my things as though they were their own. All of my things were handled with care from my antique bedroom suit to my luggage. Trinity moving and storage was not only affordable and friendly they finished the job in a timely and reputable manner.
Felt like abuse
DO NOT use them! It felt like being manipulated and then abused. Their sales team makes it seem like you’ll get to pick your date of delivery (and that it might be a few days after), but they don’t make it clear that you’re actually agreeing to a 3-4 week window. They also contract it out to another company that has horrible communication. They charged us EXTRA upon picking up and delivering... AFTER waiting 3 more weeks than we were led to believe.
Please do NOT use them. And after reading similar reviews, I wish a Class Action Lawsuit could be formed against them for their blatant manipulation and lack of truth.

Profoundly happy with the quality and demonstrable skill all through the moving procedure. Starting from the management to the group, everybody was an exemplary character. The evaluated time to finish the employment was as close as it could get. The furniture that required disassembled was dismantled and reassembled at the goal in an extraordinary shape. Completely utilize them again and recommend rendering their services.

Trinity moving and storage was fantastic from start to finish. They were very careful with every piece of furniture as well as respectful. It was an exhausting move and day which continued well after midnight. The movers never complained or acted tired even though they must have been exhausted! They always asked before doing anything extra and let us know how much any additional packing or supplies would cost.
I couldn't recommend them more.
After several dicey moves in the past, Trinity moving and storage exceeded my expectations with every aspect of my move. My on-site estimator was on time, informative and professional. Leading up to the move Amos answered all of my questions and adjusted my quote a few times at my request, including the day before the move, to reflect changes in the packing list. And the moving crew was courteous, efficient, and careful with my belongings. I couldn't recommend them more.
Movers
SCAM. Never have I had such a bad experience with a mover or any company for that matter. I was given a quote to include exact items and number of boxes. We had less boxes no more items. On the day of move, they hit us with extra fees. I called customer service. They were so disrespectful...and charged an additional $600.00 at day of move. They get you at most vulnerable (day of move where you have already made a substantial deposit). Quite the operation. I don't mind paying for good service but to be lied to...unacceptable. RUN from this company.
