Wow - so glad I found this company.
Wow - so glad I found this company. Hands down best rates I could find for a one bedroom move. All supplies (like what's used to wrap furniture) were included which is something I always get charged extra for. I paid exactly what I was quoted for. The two movers were very friendly and professional. Everything was wrapped and protected. I'm 100% satisfied.
These guys were terrific!
These guys were terrific! They were helpful when I needed to change my original move date. Then when move date arrived, they showed up on time. Everything was thoughtfully padded, packed, and moved onto the truck. At the delivery location, the guys were careful about protecting the newly finished hardwoods. They carefully set up beds and dressers in bedrooms. They even moved furniture from "here" to "there" when I didn't like the original location.
I definitely recommend Trinty Moving and Storage! I will use them again.

These guys were extremely professional and were quick, but didn't rush through. Communication was great and I had confidence in the team. We have moved twice with other movers in the past few years, and this third time was the best experience. I would definitely recommend.

Wowza! Trinty Moving and Storage Co. was wonderful!! My clients hired them to move their belongings. I packed and unpacked the move. It's so nice to work with a team that takes their work seriously and does so with a positive beat. I've been a professional organizer and operated my own business for nearly 11 years. I've worked with a ton of moving companies and have seen all types of things, good and bad. Trinty Moving and Storage was, without a doubt, the most professional, efficient, and fastest moving team that I've ever seen.

I loved working with the guys from Trinty Moving and Storage! They did a great job moving my stuff. It turns out my profile was messed up, so they had a longer walk out of my apartment than they were expecting, plus it was raining ALL DAY, but they still worked really hard and really fast. They even managed to keep all of my stuff dry! I will absolutely be using these guys again in the future.

My movers were great. They did a fantastic job and could not be happier. One of things I noticed right away is how quick and responsive they are to answer emails and questions. I took notice about that first and could tell I chose the right moving company. The day of the move went perfect. They were quick and handled everything with care (no damage) and professionally. I would definitely recommend this moving company! They did a great job!

I had never used a furniture removals service before and when I needed to remove my old sofas, dining room table and chairs in preparation for the delivery of my new ones, I wasn’t sure how I was going to do it. A friend recommended the team at Trinity Moving and Storage and they moved my furniture to my nephew’s flat in just a couple of hours door to door. I’m so glad I called them!
On time and on budget.
Moving is stressful and when you moving art work / and fine art paintings it is even more stressful. Trinity Moving and Storage done a very professional and caring job moving my artworks and paintings, on time and on budget.

Trinity Moving and Storage and crew were on time, quick and professional. Great hourly rate! He helped me move in under 3 hours, including driving and disassembling and reassembling furniture. Would definitely call him again for my next move.
Terrible communication and transparency, and don't call me Sweetie.
When I was requesting a quote, their rep, Bill Rosen, was calling me every hour and he promised a speedy delivery. After I paid the first half, I never heard back from him again. Even after calling him and leaving a voicemail.
The gentleman who pickup the furniture, had the audacity to ask for tip. I acknowledge the hard work, but there is no need to rudely ask for tip when were are all facing the COVID-19 pandemic. I gave a tip, however, I deeply regret.
My furniture was picked up 10 days ago and it is still in storage in the city where I moved from. The associates/reps are not upfront with the additional costs after quote. Please, make sure you ask what are the potential additional costs in the pickup and delivery.
Lastly, I cannot stand the customer representative (Cobra Vanlines) who keeps calling me "sweetie" over the phone. It is unprofessional and disrespectful. I will not recommend Trinity to my friends and family. It has been a stressful journey.
Move from NYC to Louisville.
I had a long distance move from NYC to Louisville, and the entire process went extraordinarily smooth. The movers were courteous and professional on both ends. They showed up on time, both in NYC and Louisville. Everything arrives intact with no problems which was a concern of mine. All in all, I would use them again.
Moving Broker.
This is NOT a moving company, they are a broker for small moving companies. They pressure you into making a decision by saying they have a partial load near you and can share the truck. Then if you wish to cancel you are already within their 7day window. They smooth over any concerns you may have with the contract, then if you need them they don't return phone calls. You are locked into the contract and they are set up to counter any disputes you may address with your credit card company.
Facilitating.
Talked on the phone with Jacob at Trinity Moving and Storage and they were amazing in facilitating my move. Every time I called totally frantic when some of my details were inaccurate or I was wondering when a truck would arrive, they were there to pick up the phone and let me know that everything will indeed be okay. The 2 movers that came were quick, friendly, and oodles of efficient in moving. This service was well worth the investment. Thanks.
Experience.
Best move experience I’ve had. Put up tons of mats and protective equipment across both the home I was leaving and moving in to. Pack up was fast and very well done. No damage to my items. Strongly recommend moving pros in town.
