  1. Changed delivery date with no prior notice and threw furniture in room.

I was given a written estimate for a move that was to occur on November 30th. At the time the estimate was given, as well as in several telephone conversations with Jason Blaine, the sales representative, I was told that my items would be loaded onto the moving truck(s) on November 30th and the movers would then drive to Tonopah, NV (approximately 4 1/2 hours away from the point of origin), stay overnight (with the cost of the overnigh rooms calculated into the moving cost), and delivered the morning of 12/1. On the morning of 11/30 when I sat down with the supervisor to sign paperwork, I was informed that they would be delivering the items that evening. Of course, that was not my understanding as no one had communicated that to me and I told the gentlemen that and reiterated that the property was to be delivered first thing Saturday morning in Tonopah. It would not have been a problem but the flooring in our building in Tonopah was being laid and the flooring contractor was given a drop dead date of 12/1 at 4:00 a.m. to have the flooring finished.

The supervisor called his boss or whomever he reported to. Jason called me and when I explained to him the problem, he indicated that since speaking with me, he had spoken with his manager and they had determined that the move could be completed on the same day. Unfortunately, which Jason acknowledged, no one had communicated that plan to me. When I told Jason that my floor would not be completed in time for delivery that evening, he became very unprofessional and confrontational, saying "So, you are telling me that the floor will not be ready in 8 hours but will in an additional 16 hours" to which I responded "That is exactly what I am telling you". He then indicated that if I wanted them to deliver it the next day, it would be an additional $300.00, which I was not prepared to do given that I was already paying $4,900.00.

I explained that if I was to be able to accommodate their schedule, it would cost me more money to hire additional help to move the furniture/fixtures into its final placement when the floor was finished and asked for a reduction in price or some accommodation from them. After going back and forth several times, the company refused to allow any accommodation and in fact, threatened to have the movers stop loading my items.

I was forced to accommodate Triple 7's schedule and change of plans because it was imperative that my property arrive this past weekend. Unfortunately, I was not on the other end of the journey (I had a friend because my partner had also planned her travel around the original schedule) and the movers ended up literally throwing furniture into a room and stacking things on top of another item with no care, whatsoever being taken with my property. See pictures attached hereto. I am quite sure that while it should not have happened, the movers were tired in that by the time they were unloading, they had been working almost 12 hours, with another 4 hours to drive back to Las Vegas.

Anyone contemplating using this company, BEWARE!! If you decide to use them, make doubly sure that everything (including every detail) is in writing and signed by them. Make sure that everything is included in their quote because they will nickle and dime you for every penny they can get from you and change the terms of pickup/delivery without any notification to you, then make it your problem instead of theirs.

  2. Worst Unethical Customer Experience EVER.

I recently encountered the absolute most disappointing customer service experience of my life from the sales representative Jason. While I usually write positive reviews to show my appreciation for excellent salesmanship, I find it necessary to provide this feedback so other customers do not have do go through a horrible experience. How Jason conducted himself was outright unethical, unprofessional, inappropriate, and completely shameful.

My uncle recently used this establishment for his relocation across the country. During the moving process, a mover packed my uncle’s overnight bag with his mediations and his clothing with all the boxes and furniture- even though my uncle set it aside. Moving is an incredibly stressful situation as is, and my uncle didn’t realize what happened until he paid, and they left. He was frightened and frustrated by this terrible situation, so I called for help on his behalf.

I explained the situation to Jason and the urgency of my uncle having his overnight bag, for his health. Jason pretended to contact the foreman after I begged him to, and said there was nothing anybody could do, the foreman did not answer, but my uncle could go to the storefront at 7AM sharp the next morning to be helped by the manager, with a 2-hour ($200) minimum fee attached! Even after clarifying the urgency of this, I will quote the shocking response I received from Jason: “Listen… I’ve been on the phone with you for fifteen minutes. In fifteen minutes, I could have made three sales. What do you think now? Go get the f** bag!” Worse than him cursing at me, he was completely unapologetic about it.

Clearly, this company does not care about satisfied paying customers. Jason’s dishonest character and volatile behavior discredits the management of the establishment. My uncle ended up obtaining his overnight bag, which was left open in a box, by contacting the foreman himself.

The movers sat in a truck after being paid for another half hour and didn’t help. He did compliment the foreman as being very nice, aside from this. The price he paid was only for loading boxes in a rented moving truck. Stay away from this moving company!

  3. Bad estimate.. charge me 51% more then thequote.

    Worst company ever!!

They will give you a low estimate and of course on moving day they'll charge you much more and at this point you can't really do anything about it.
I had a complete list of all my goods from my last move.. including the exact number of boxes needed.. gave that to my salesperson a month in advance.
The person doing the quote was off by 51%.. YES that's right.. so at the time of payment I was not ready for a 51% mistake or $750 MORE then the quote.

Any other profession if you were off on a quote by 51%.. you would be out of job.

    Be warned!

They took my dining room table, leather couch, leather chair and my 60" Sony TV.. held hostage till I came up with the additional funds!

Please STAY AWAY for your own good!!

  4. Awful.

Awful..I had an appointment for 11am and they showed up at 9am. they would not take my boxes because in the bedroom with all my boxes were 2 cat boxes. I explained that I was shut out of my apt and did not have time to toss them. they told me to call and reschedule and the problem was I only had one day to move. calling them 6 times or more they never returned my calls.
i was on hold at one time and they disconnected me. I panicked since I only had one day to move boxes to storage but they didn't care. thank god for neighbors they moved me and it cost me half of what I would have paid.
never again will I use them or even recommend them.they did so well the first time they moved me. maybe they should be careful who they hire. I don't speak spanish but my neighbor does and they said some things about me that I would love to sue them over.

  5. Local Las Vegas move.

Awful!! Don't believe anything Jason Blaine tells you, said everything was included in the price and it wasn't. The movers get there and immediately they started to tell me what they couldn't move, like my TV's unless I paid $30 extra per tv because they have to pack it a certain way. Then the said they couldn't move my glass table or marble table again unless I pay extra, and to top it off they were 2hours late because they literally have only one moving crew who does the move for all the houses. It's not 3 men working this house and another 3 working another house, it's the same three men for every house so I suggest if you are crazy enough to choose this company, I suggest you book as early as possible or you will get 3late,tired, doing a half job movers!! I regret not booking all my son's moving they moved my family in the past and they were excellent!!, Someone else suggested triple 7 now I have to decide is this person is a friend or foe?? Triple 7 is awful, run don't Walk away from this company.

  6. Did not get what I asked for.

Spoke with Jason, assured me they could move a 7 1/2 ft tool box no problem. Moving day, movers show up and claim they didn't know about the tool box and they couldn't move it because they didn't have a pallet jack (truck did have the lift gate as promised) but do we want to go ahead with rest of the move. Of course we had no other choice. The next Monday, spoke with Jason he said we could pay for movers again or he would contact a flat bed mover and get back to me on how much that would be. He never called me back. I think its a scam they try to get more money from you by not being able to complete the job and then wanting you to hire them again. No way it won't happen again.

  7. Local move from Spring valley to North Las Vegas.

I got a quote from Triple 7 movers over a month ago for $110 per hour and a three man team, they regularly checked in with me to sure I was still good to go. The Friday before my Monday morning move, they called to verify that they would be there between 0700 - 0800. They arrived around 0730, after signing some paperwork they got to work. Eric was very professional and his two coworkers Javier and Erasino needed no supervision, they just got to work. I’m retired from the U.S. Navy and I have moved many times throughout my career. These guys very fast, efficient and skilled. I would definitely hire Triple 7 movers in the future.

  8. Moving.

This is the worst company ever. They quoted my mother $2,200 on the day of her mover they requested $1,963 more. She had to keep her stuff in storage for 20 days until we could pay them. As her thins arrived over $4000 worth of damage has been done. The company will not return calls or emails. Do not use this company ever. They are the worst.

  9. Move.

I booked with Triple Seven Movers on the recommendation of my realtor who had used them for her local move in Las Vegas. As I look at the reviews on this site, it seems they do better with the local moves but long distance moves like mine seem to be consistently poorly rated. My first sign of trouble was when I was quoted a pick-up time of between 1-3 PM, even though I explained the kitchen would need to be packed. They arrived at 3:30 and after the walk-through, they didn't actually start packing until after 4 PM. The job was understaffed. It was 10 PM before we could get on the road to a hotel that we booked ahead thinking we could get some miles under our belt before retiring for the day. Didn't get to the hotel until after midnight. Worse, I wound up paying about $1,100 more than I was quoted. Several items were damaged or otherwise not as they were when they were packed. Not surprisingly, no one called to inquire about our satisfaction with the move or to seek feedback on how to improve their service. They should either stick to local moves or seek to improve long distance service. PS: the title of this review says "International Move" and I can't seem to change it to "Interstate Move" which is what I intended..

  10. Absolutely Aweful.

Staff failed to abide by moving instructions, lost items, and worst of all failed to properly reassemble furniture. They threw out 1/2 the screws from my children's bunk bed. I asked why the screws were not being used. They pretended NOT to speak English or understand me and proceeded to take the remaining screws and make them disappear. The top bunk fell onto the lower bunk and was very dangerous. DO NOT use 777 Movers. Your children WILL (most likely) be injured. Their packing skills were terrible and they did not abide by the agreed price. I cut the move short and kicked them out of my house due to their ineptitude and damages.

  11. Triple 7 Movers.

This has got to be the worst decision you will ever make in your moving life. They are absolute liars and money-hungry, special mention to Keith who started the nightmare for us by underquoting us to obviously bait us. He told us that it would cost us $1800 for the entire transaction and that we just need to prepare $800 for deposit on moving day. So we did just that. Come moving day, three of their people arrived and one of them started going through our house. At the end of it all, this guy quoted us for $6,000. What a complete scam. We told him our conversation with Keith, and we tried to get a hold of him to no avail. This guy who did the quote at our house went on his obviously scripted line that "we are here to help you .." we can do this and that empty words.

They took 5 hours to load our belongings - king bed, crib, changing table, kids's dresser, rocking chair, 3 pieces of hutch - these are the only big items they had to load. It took them 5 hours and they also charged for the "moving supplies" which meant they went wild in using their cheap packaging tape that was thinner than paper. They actually went around our house three times to make sure they weren't missing any empty rolls of tape. At the end of this day, we paid them almost $1800, and that's just half of the total cost. $1800 and we had to leave and sell for cheap our sectional, recliner, accent chair, barbecue grill, coat shelf and shoe shelf, 3 2x4 shelves, dining set table of 6 . We also had to haul all other items that we fit in our two vehicles. They also told us that they would deliver within 3 days of calling them. Good, some kind of good thing, yea? NO.

We called them on Wednesday, and they delivered Thursday of the following week. 8 days. We had to get new air mattresses, utensils, plates, and other essentials while waiting for them to deliver. The worst of it this specific situation? They said it could take up to 21 days to deliver when we first called them so we purchased items to. get us by for that long. There absolutely no ample amount of notice from them that they will be delivering today. There was absolutely no remorse on their end - not even sympathy. So come today, they called us and said that they will be here later this afternoon. But not without a catch. They said they would need to measure the distance from where they are parked to where the front door of our house is. Anything beyond 100 feet is another $100 for every 50 feet. They bring this up because they brought a 75-foot truck and an't navigate within the roads of the apartment complex. 75-foot truck for only 1200 sq ft of items. When we asked them why they would bring such a massive truck, they said they're thinking about themselves and need to make the trip worth it for them. They even had the audacity to say "Well, do you want your stuff?"

They needed to make the trip worth it for them .. when we're already paying them another $1800. Of course, this Keith guy, who's full of lies, never returned any of our calls or even picked up one of them. He is an absolute scam of a person. Going back, when the delivery got here, the first thing the guy asks for is the check and payment for the extra footage beyond 100 feet. Did I say they were greedy? THEY ARE GREEDY. They had been here an hour now, and there is still no item in our house. They had to have the money first. Before this was all settled, they wanted to charge us an extra $400 for them driving a massive truck. Does that even make sense? No. No, it doesn't. But they believe it is their right to charge more because of something that they decide on, without any form of notice to us.

They are unloading all our boxes right now .. on the sidewalk .. without regard that these could be stolen.

Spare yourself from this nightmare and don't ever let KEITH do this to anybody else. He is the epitome of deception of manipulation.

  12. 5 Plus Stars - Best Move Ever!

Greg and the team were on time, fast and thorough. Spot on with the quoted price, too.

I moved from Summerlin to Anthem this past Saturday, and have to say that is was the best move I have ever had! I have moved a lot, to that is saying a lot!

  13. Do Not do it to Yourself.

I moved to NJ in 2013. Half of my kids clothes were stolen, furniture was damaged and wet. Called amd spoke to a manager several times for compensation and never received anything until this day. I totally regret dealing with these con artists. They are very courteous and professional on the pick up, but my items were delivered by a total unprofessional bunch of people in an umarked tractor and trailer. Do yourself a favor and pick another company.

  14. Horrible business.

I beg to differ about other people's comments saying there are no hidden fees. We recently used this company to relocate my mom from one side of town to the next. My mom was quoted about $385. They said it was $95/hr. Yes, we went over the allotted 4 hour quote that was given. However, did not expect to pay over $1K for this move. There were hidden fees such as $30 extra to move TVs, pay for all plastic wraps and any other products and items they used for the move. How is the final bill significantly higher than the quote with no warning whatsoever? To top it all off, they even forgot to bring some items from the old house to the new house. So we had family members drive across town to pick up what they left. Are they going to reimburse us for that wasted gas? Plus, the pieces they left included stands for the couch which we couldn't use right away. Such an inconvenience. My dad also told them to bring certain items, but they didn't listen to him since my mom was he one in contact with them most of the time and she wasn't present when he told them what to move. SERIOUSLY?Triple 7 movers robbed us and I would never recommend them to any family or friends. This is an unacceptable way to run a business.

THEY ALSO SCRATCHED OUR ANTIQUE GRANDFATHER CLOCK!!

  15. Dishonest company.

I used Triple Seven Movers for a move from Las Vegas to
Portland (1000 miles) and they charged me $14,000 tomove a 2 bedroom house in June, 2016.That's right, you read it right, it was $14K and it wasn't even a door to door move for all my goods. So buyer BEWARE!
When they first came out to do the initial review, the
representative from the company gave me an estimate for a total of $9K and this was to move my household in 2 moves to save money.
So 2 shipments; one to move my furniture door to door and
the other which was all the rest of my household boxes in a joined semi truck because the second shipment of the joint truck would supposedly cost less. Both shipments ended up costing about $7K each and the move day was horrible. They did the classic bait and switch scheme where they give
you a low estimate and then give you the rea cost when they are
there on moving day because they know you are at their mercy. They charged me an additional $1K on moving day for all the supplies they used which they neglected to mention in the estimate. I would not recommend this company at all and beware of their low estimates. There are already other complaints on them at ripoffreport.com… I also wrote to AMSA the American Moving Storage Association which credentials moving companies because this untrustworthy company do not deserve an endorsement.
