Lost bed, broken piano.
I used this company to move across country from Las Vegas to Arlington, Virginia and paid a lot of money to have my family heirloom - a piano that was given to me by my mother. Upon delivery, the right petal was completely missing and will cost almost a $1000 to fix! Also, they lost several things, including the bed frame, so I can't even put my bed together and have to buy a new one. The worst part of it all is that they do not answer phone calls when you try to call them and politely decide how they want to handle these issues..your phone calls will go unanswered for days..if you're ok with lost items, broken items and have your phone calls ignored, then you'll be fine with this company.
Vegas to Reno.
These guys are GREAT! Fast, professional, honest, and all around hard working movers! Aaron, Nick, and Dave (though we missed him in Reno) worked non-stop for us going above and beyond to make sure we were cared for the entire move from Vegas to Reno through the snow, ice and cold without ever losing their amazing customer service skills! I wish we could clone them since we have moved across the country over ten times and this was our first stress-free move EVER! Godspeed gentlemen you always have friends in Reno.
Moving.
Aaron was Very professional. This was the first time we had ever hired a professional to help us move. He Showed up on time with his crew, and charged what was agreed upon on our initial estimate. And even though we weren't completely packed and ready, they helped us finish up to make things go faster. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Triple 7 movers were great. They called and arrived early, finished time as promised, and were very thorough. These guys were very friendly and professional. They made sure to get everything out of the old house and deliver everything to the correct room. The price was great as well!! The next time I move I will definitely recommend Triple 7 movers.

The company was very friendly when I contacted them. They gave me a date suitable to when I needed. They were extremely friendly when they arrived. They moved things as if the items were going to their own home. They were very reasonable on their rates and made me feel totally at ease at a time when you are nervous about moving anyway. I will tell anyone I run into that needs movers about them and would for sure use them again if I needed to move. It was a great experience.

Oh my gosh!! Joe and his crew were the best!! They were very professional, careful with my furniture and very polite. They placed everything where I wanted it and all was done within an hour. Move your own stuff.
Super sad thought I did all my homework, they sure did sweet talk me. They can not handle a interstate move!! Charged me 700 in box fees then couldn't handle the load and left some behind things were smashed putting careful on a box means to drop kick stack just not be nice. Trying to get ahold of them after was a hotmess after 2 weeks they gave the job to west coast movers. Sad very sad I don't care how much I hate I will always pack and move my own stuff. .
Easiest move.
The men were professional, friendly and nice. They arrived on time, went right to work and I was moved quickly and with ease. I'm on a limited income and the price quoted was the price I paid. I was worried about any extra costs and had spoken to them several times about anything extra. They were always upfront with the details and pricing. No surprises. I'm so happy I used them.
Damages and Lost/Stolen Items.
Company moved a large house of furniture with numerous art pieces from California to Texas. From the Pick Up beginning, suspicious movers kept moving items around the house (placing things behind closed doors, in basement, in closets in rooms that were cleared) to the Delivery end where the delivery driver states "they packers should have never packed the furniture the way they did..which caused the damage of several pieces of furniture. The packers loaded heavy furniture on top of fragile furniture and boxes. The Owner Itay Dadon accepts no liability for the actions of his company and claims "it is not his fault" and actually sent a claims response that made the impression that I was the cause of the shipping damage. I have lost and or stolen items that he and his company and claims department refuses to accept liability and would not pay for the missing items. They denied the actual weight of broken items to minimize the payout of the minimal replacement value option I chose to cover damages. They are a dishonest company. Shame on you, Triple 7 Movers, for your deceitful, lying, and dishonest customer approach.

Horrible!!
Stay away!! First they showed up to my apartment with a truck already 3/4 full. They fit what they could and said they would have to come back tomorrow. The problem was I didn't have the place tomorrow, AND, I needed to begin my drive that night (moving across two states). Their solution? Give me your key and we will come back tomorrow without you here and we promise to get all your stuff. How frightening to have to wait 9 days to see if they upheld their end of the bargain. Then, I go to pay them with a money order (money order or cash they told me) only to be told it has to be a "postal" money order. How archaic! Not every post office even does postal money orders anymore. What could possibly be wrong with a Wells Fargo money order? Off I went to find a bank so that I could cash the money order into cash. To top it all off, the truck arrived with just two guys to unload and set up all my furniture. This was horrific because the condo property I moved into states this type of activity must be completed by 6pm (which I had communicated clearly up front). The truck arrived at 4:20pm. Two guys. I was told it would be four. Really. There were also several items damaged along the way. One was a dresser that someone had clearly stood on and caved it in. Stay stay stay away from Full House and Triple 7 Movers (the parent company)!!
Worst movers ever.
Tripel 7 movers are the worst of the worst. First of all they more than doubled my quote. Then I was stuck due to the fact I was getting on a plane the next day. They would never give me a delivery day. Finally they called me on a Saturday night to tell me they would be there the next day (Sunday). And they will need a postal money order or cash or I wouldn't be able to get my stuff. Where are you going to get a postal money order or $2000.00 in cash at 7:00 pm on a Saturday. Finally when they delivered my stuff. Half of it was broken. They broke and missing pieces of queen size sleigh bed, leather chair, desk, numerous vase, pictures. To top it all off, All my jewerly was missing from my jewerly box and also there was missing boxes of good dishes. They left numerous boxes out on the patio, didn't unwrap furniture of the blankets, never put anything back together. Itay from Triple 7 movers is never there when you call him and he never returns phone calls. He will just email you to get a hold of the claim department. The claim department tells you to get a hold of Triple 7 movers. This company doesn't care at all because they are getting away with this. It was the worst experience of moving I have ever had. I have had other moving companies and I have gotten my stuff all intact and nothing missing. Can't say that about triple 7 movers. They are the worst.
It was a stick up!
They stole my laptop a box of women's shoes. They broke the handles on my refrigerator,they took my jewelry. It was a total nightmare. They thought I didn't speak Spanish so they were talking about me, I understood everything they said about me and my daughter. I called management they did not care.I left a broke cell phone in my closet they took it too. When I complain about the price the manager told them if I don't pay what they asked for to take my television.
Do not use them.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE I don't have enough words to describe my feelings about this move from Nevada to California. I made 8 big moves in my life including from Europe to USA. All those big moves were fine. Never but never nothing broke. Unfortunately I have chosen triple 7 company because they sounded nice and responsible over the phone. I REPENT REPENT REPENT one thousand times for my choice. What a nightmare that I will never forget. I asked the manager to go to my house to see my antique furniture personally so they would be properly packed or crated. Those are 18th century furniture and they are not replaceable. The foreman called Rick was only interested in making me signing a lot of papers which is fine but he should be supervising the packaging of the furniture. Rick himself was the one breaking a leg of a 18 century desk when he unpacked it. His only comment was " it was wrapped too tight " and could not care less. Meanwhile the other man was throwing all the boxes and the rest of the furniture out the truck without any care while he was always on the phone and using foul language. My daughter had to tell him to watch his language. Of course I filed a claim. They asked for estimates from reputable companies to repair the damaged antiques which I provided several and kept waiting for some satisfactory solution to my case. They continue to misleading me including a person from the dispute department advise me not to fix the very damaged antique furniture so I kept on waiting with my house upside down. After 4 months waiting they had the nerve to offer $54.00 which I refused of course. I felt insulted. I kept asking why they kept misleading me but to no avail. Never got a straight answer. I did not write a bad revew earlier for consideration to them hoping for a fair and just result to this unfortunately matter. Now I feel I have a duty to warn future customers. I have everything documented. This company does not take responsibility for their actions which I find it appalling. Future customer BEWARE they will destroy your belongings .
Worst moving experience ever.
Company underestimated move and even though I was told move was based on weight and contract even specified weight, the items were never weighed. Management was rude and unresponsive to my complaint. When I contacted saledwoman, she said she was not the one to talk to even though she is the one that made the estimate and stated it was based on weight. I was charged double the estimate.

My brother moved a few months ago from Las Vegas, NV to Dallas, TX. I decided to move there as well to be closer to him and the rest of our family. I wasn’t moving half as many things as he was so I was thinking about using a U-haul truck and doing everything myself but my brother insisted I use the same service as he did, Triple 7 Movers. He said that doing everything on my own would slowly kill me! We were arguing because I was saying how I didn’t want to use a moving company, I didn’t trust them. But again he insisted on using them, he said it was the best move he had ever had that they were honest and gave decent prices. Not only that, he said that his things arrived in great shape, just as they went out and he really liked the guys that came to pick up his stuff. After about a week of arguing I finally gave in and took his advice and booked with the agent from Triple 7 Movers and let me tell you I’m happy I did. My agent was really easy to talk with and gave me all of the information I asked for, she even sent me a free moving guide. The movers did a great job with everything as well. They were not only on time but they handled all of my stuff with great care and delivered my things within the time frame expected - nothing damaged or missing. I’m so happy I took my brothers advice and used these guys. If you’re looking for movers, these are the guys to do the job.
