  1. Thanks to Triple7movers.

    I am Jerry Mason, a musician by profession.  I was trying very hard to find a steady job and one lucky day I received a call from a renowned music company from Las Vegas. They liked my music, my song, my voice and were ready to hire me. I was really excited to move to Las Vegas. I lived in Bullhead; the distance between Bullhead to Las Vegas is around 100 miles. I was really happy as I was moving to my new place but worried about packing up and moving my things. I hardly knew any good movers and packers.  So while searching on internet I stumbled upon triple7movers. The website itself looked interesting. In their estimate form I filled in all the required information. The next day I received their reply. I felt the cost was  too high at first but still I  accepted and made the payment.
     
    On the day of moving, the movers reached on time. I had already mentioned in the estimate form that I may need more workers as I have many heavy musical instruments in my house. On reaching, they immediately started with their work. They wrapped all my delicate music system in bubbled wrap. Even my guitars which my dad gifted me were also wrapped properly. All the small electronic items like Metronome & Tuner, Headphones, USB MIDI Connector, Headphone Adapter and many more stuff were carefully wrapped and loaded into their vehicle. I felt relieved about the safety of my instruments . The loading, travelling and unloading took approx 6 hrs. I would say they are really good at their work and the people were cordial with me. My shifting was fun and I had good experience with triple7movers. .

  2. Awesome Services.

    This was my third move in the last 5 years and yet again Triple 7  Movers have provided an excellent service.
    I requested 2 of the same crew who moved me previously and they never let me down.  Happy smiling faces greeted me on what should have been the most stressful of days.
     Everything was packed and loaded on day one with delivery the next day.  How these guys pack so quickly and efficiently is beyond me.  I did expect at least one break after all they are only human but not one.  I have nothing but praise for the guys.  I will definitely use them again without hesitation.

  3. Awesome Service of Triple 7 movers.

    1.     I would recommend for triple 7 movers. I have been in military from around 15 years,  been deployed and moved from one location to another many times in these 15 years. I had deal with no. of moving companies but every time I disappointed from these moving companies. This time I approached to Triple 7 Movers. And they were really professional with their work. These guys were prompt and their was extraordinary good. all the things happened on time. On arrival there were no scratches. So I truly felt an awesome move with Triple 7 Movers. I will prefer to call them again.

  4. Long distance move went great.

    I was very anxious about moving from Vegas to California, but Triple7Movers made it very easy. The estimate phase went nicely and the sales guy came to my house was a real professional. Overall, I had a good experience and would use them again becuase Triple7Movers made my long distance move less stressful and annoying. Thank you guys.

    Triple 7 Movers are honest and fun to work with,  I usually hate dealing with moving companies, and then they came - TRIPLE 7 MOVERS. They gave me a a detailed answer to every question I had. and each time, they answered the next 3 qestions I had in mind. Very pleasent, no hard-core sales person and hidden fees. Would use their services in the future!

  6. My experience with Triple7movers.

    Shifting from one place to another is really a tiring job. And that to moving furniture takes a lot of time. I got a new job in San Diego, so I was supposed to shift into my new apartment as soon as possible. So I went online and filled the form as per my requirement. I received a quote from Triple 7 Movers. As they provide cheapest rates as compared to other movers in town, I appointed them for moving my belongings. Their dedicated staff has good skill, Who knows there job and also can assure secure and safe transportation. As per prior appointment they arrived at my place & immediately started with their work. They took proper care of all the house hold items. I was happy with the way they wrapped the delicate stuffs. It took hardly any time to shift the my stuffs to the vehicle. As their websites states that it gave the best services like packing, loading, unloading, unpacking to rearranging all the expensive household items. The only drawback I found odd is that, they don't have their own transportation.

    Hello, It is with GREAT pleasure that I post this review. I went to the Department of Transportations website in order to understand the laws that moving companies are bound by and obtained a list of information that a customer BY LAW is entitled to have. If you want to see my email contact me.  It is great to use in order to weed out the shotty moving companies from the quality ones. Anyway, they wrote a response behind my back but accidently sent that response to me.  The one they purposed to send to me was so much sweeter. ================= Rcv`d e-mail from Cust with unbelivable request of information, demands and statements of editing the estimate before signing. ADV Shaul and he instructed me to send a e-mail ADV Cust in short that we will NOT be servicing her upcoming move & wish her the best, DONE via OL. ======= DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY NO MATTER WHAT PRICE THEY OFFER YOU.  STAY FAR FAR AWAY.   8. Moving.

    My wife was alone when the mover showed up-we were told that the company does not need to come to see the home for a quote-that should have been my first clue-they charge pre piece-so if you have a table that they can take apart,they will charge you extra-they also made my wife sign a quote that was lower than what we eventually paid.The workers were taking items apart and using wrap that we had to pay for.the original contact or sales person lied from the start and said they were honest and the bid was not to change.they did not move all items since they filled the truck and were to cheap to load another-I still have 30 boxes in vegas in storage-When the truck arrived in utah I was outraged when we were told that the price quoted and written was now $2000 more-I was told that the truck would not unload unless I paid with cash-I had the local sheriff there as a witness-They should not be trusted!!-RIP OFFS!!

  9. Moving Company.

    Movers were suppose to arrive @8:30am, I received a call that they were having mechanical problems with the truck and they would arrive in 1 hour. When they arrived the foreman went over all the paperwork and informed me at that time (not when I talked on the phone to receive information on all costs involved) that they were going to charge me extra for the plastic wrap and tape for the TV and cabinets. I had exactly 2 TV and 5 cabinets. I was told it would be $2.50 a roll of tape and plastic wrap. They only wrapped around the handles of each items. The price did not seem to bad, but I could have prepared the items if I was told in advance. they proceeded to start the move and mind you I did not have much for them to move( about 12 boxes medium size and 1 1/2 rooms of furniture- With 2 refrigerators and 1 freezer. They put my love seat recliners on the sides which in turn broke one of the knobs that operated the the foot rest. They dragged my wine cooler on its legs which bent the front legs. Some broken glass items ( THAT WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED IF THE BOXES WERE NOT STACKED WITH HEAVY BOXES ON TOP OF LIGHTER ONES) along with scrapes on some wood cabinets. It took them 1 1/2 hours from start to finish. The foreman asked me if they could just place the boxes in the downstairs area to help save me money..when they actually still owed me another 1/2 hour! I ended up moving heavy boxes upstairs. The foreman than went over the bill!! I was paying $110. per hour with a minimum of 2 hours..the price came to $275. the foreman proceeded to tell me that the materials they used for my move was $100.00, BUT he was not going to charge me for that, without taking a breath he quickly added---would you like me to add the tip to your card!! WHAT.. after they charged me $275 . He was not going to charge me for the packing materials?? Hmmm odd how the price was still over the $110. an hour. Cheats his company and customer!! But he wants a tip..(poor service does not equal a tip!! I found this company to be crooked and deceiving regarding their prices!! Would not recommend!

  10. Watch out for Jake the Snake.

    Kellie, I too just moved to Atlanta for work and I don't know what you paid but Meg is right on! At first everything seemed normal. The tour of the facility in NLV et all. Then the day of the move "JAKE the SNAKE" tried to pull a fast one on me on the rate. Please everyone! Go Allied and do not trust these guys! I would say more in detail but I am currently in litigation with the DOT and my bank (charge back, ha ha). I agree, Jake's team - fantastic but 16 business days later, a damaged washer, a mover who works with Triple 7 didn't want to come up my driveway without charging me another fee. Then $150 for waiting? What? I had to call the local authorities because the contractor didn't show any ID and say who he was. We even adjusted our weight and the SNAKE still wouldn't listen. Also Triple 7 stated they would be using their own Trucks but, the facade is "Were a family owned and operated". No family communication here. I called everyday to get updates and the driver showed up 4 HOURS to arrival! Not a day in advance as they claimed. SO PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! EMAIL ME AND I WILL TALK IN DETAIL TO TALK YOU OUT OF IT!

  11. Worst moving company.

    Worst moving company I ever seen.  I've been movinf a lot including overseas and never have such bad experience.They cannot plan anything properly.  They never called me except to make sure I have a postal check to pay them on delivery day.  I always had to call them to find out what would be my pick up and delivery dates. 
     
    And they broke my new flat screen plasma TV!

  12. SCAM SCAM SCAM!! Triple 7 movers.

    SCAM!! Triple 7 movers is the company that offers low bid, then does a "bait and switch" with ridiculous fees that they say are in the fine print of the contract. The employees bully, lie and yell on the phone. Oscar promised to keep the price he quoted - as soon as they picked up our stuff, we were told there would be an additional fee (more then triple the estimate) - then our friend Oscar became belligerent, yelling that the information was in the contract. Hoping to get better treatment, we pursued supervisor after supervisor - only two, as they said there were no other people we could talk to. I was told to stay away from movers that have being licensed less than 3 years (Triple 7 was licensed on 4/28/12 according to Department of Transportation, not even one month!!) We are currently collecting information from previous customers and plan on pursuing this company through the District Attorney.

  13. Worst Move EVER!!

    The sales rep was nice, helpful slightly pushy. If I didn't need 3 quotes and had two weeks to do everything for a 3000 mile move I would never have bothered with them.

    The sales rep said they could do everything that I was looking for which wasn't much. Storage in the area I was moving to until I had an adress and date for delievery. as well as someone to transport my car.

    I was packing everything and there wasn't much. I explained everything I had and they sent over a contract with a price and everything.

    Once all my quotes were in my company choose them as they were the cheapest.. so cheap in fact my gut said it was wrong.

    I tried to convince my boss they weren't right for the job but money talks.. or rather not having to spend money talks.

    They regret it now.

    On pick up date they switched from weight to size of move. the price went from 1000 to almost 4000. And this was after having to explain over and over that I was not paying them a cash dposit that my work was paying for everything.

    Which I had covered with the sales rep.

    They took my stuff and after it was on the truck informed me of the new price and oh by the way surcharges for stairs and if the have to use a smaller truck for delivery.

    I had no choice at that point as I had to be on the other side of the country working in less then 48hours.

    My car was supposed to be picked up the same day.. wrong again they were told it was ok to pick it up the next day.

    After negotiating again I had to drop it off..
    Once I got to the company to drop it off I again had to negotiate that they take it since the person I spoke to forgot to mention they don't take cars after a certain time even though they are open 24hours.

    They delievered my car without giving me any notice and instead of door to door like it was supposed to I had to take a train 50 miles away to pick up my car and again explain that the car had a deposit and I didn't owe the full amout before they finally released it.

    My belongings took 2 weeks too long as the sales rep lied and my stuff was not locally stored it was kept in Vegas.

    My work kept calling and calling and so did I.. no call backs.

    After the overpriced move far more expensive in the end then any of the other quotes.

    They called me on a Thursday and said they could deliver saturday or sunday.. short notice but chance had it I was off saturday.

    I informed them I was off only saturday and unavailable sunday.

    On friday they left me a message saying they were delivering on SUNDAY.. [EDIT].

    I called back again, explained again that I was working sunday and saturday was it.

    They said the boss would call.. no call
    Called again.. boss would call.
    NO call.

    Finally called again .. oh boss said delivery 10pm saturday.

    Then they tell me they want to charge me more money cause they cnt bring the big truck where I live.
    And how am I paying them.

    I told them to contact my work all payment goes through them.

    When my belongings arrived they were thrashed. Boxes were ripped, broken dirty.

    They said they had to put some boxes in new boxes cause others got broken.

    One drawer on my chest of drawers no longer opens.
    My cat post is missing.
    They tried to give me someone elses table
    I have someone elses box which contains a drum.

    Now I have to wait another week for my missing items, and to return someone elses missing item.

    Every step of the way after the sales rep is done they turn unethical, uncomminicative, and frustrating.

    I WILL NEVER RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

    PEASE DONT USE Triple 7 Movers in Las Vegas for any move.
