Terrible Company- Zero stars!
I would not recommend working with this agency. They use slick talk to gain your confidence and trust with a low quote at first. On the day of the move, they used a 3rd party moving company ( Stop-N-Move), who jack your quote price up then fail to follow through with communication. I have been told multiple lies about bad weather multiple times. Moreover, Stop-N-Move informed me they could not locate the driver! This has been the most stressful move I have ever been a part of. Needless to say, I had to report my belongings as stolen due to the companies' incompetence and unprofessional behaviors. Any moving company who contracts their customers to a low rate agency should be ashamed of themselves. I'm warning you- stay away from this company!

No hidden fees. Most responsive to email. Didn't have time to dispose some furniture I didn't want, which was a little annoying. But movers were great, were putting so much efforts. I loved their service and would definitely use them again.

American Standard Moving helped move our furniture and personal belongs from our old 2,700 sq ft house to our new 4,000 sq ft house less than 2000 mile away.
Initially, I had planned to only have my furniture moved and not lighter or personal items. I explained to Thomas (the owner) that our dining and living rooms were both heavy and fragile at the same time. Our white modern leather furniture are stark white and heavy as bricks. As heavy as the pieces were, they moved them as though on the tips of their fingers. They were washing their hands frequently throughout the move to ensure that no dirt would be engrained on the pieces as they were moved. I planned for the move to last between 14 hours and only for the main furniture to be moved. When I saw how well they were doing, we extended the whole day until late evening and practically moved the entire house. They did great and worked at the same pace in their last couple of hours as they did when they arrived. Another thing I noticed is that they don't get irritated by picky customers (like myself!) following them around and stating remarks of caution. I found American Standard Moving and Storage online and hired them based on the immaculate reviews I read, which only turned out to be exactly what was written. I hired American Standard Moving & Storage to move furniture as well as expensive clothing and furs. Once they arrived they were both very efficient and professional. They helped disassemble and reassemble all of my furniture, and were more than willing to rearrange things as needed. I would definitely recommend American Standard Moving & Storage.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Worst company ever. I was injured very badly and had to cancel. I was never told that I had 72 hours by the broker which I was not aware it was not the company. And I did call within their timeline the dispatcher to tell them I had to cancel. I did not get a return phone call from anyone so try to call the gentleman I talked to gave me his phone number on my caller ID. I did call him but he did not call me back a few days later I tried calling again and no response I left a message. So I tried calling a couple of more days and no one would call me back. Then I decided to use my cell phone with a different number. When I did I got a gentleman that picked up the phone and told me that the broker that I had called was in a meeting and he would have him call me back. So I waited another day and no call he did not call me back. I had called another day and no one called me back again so I used my cell phone once again and called and I finally got ahold of the broker. I told him I had been trying for several days to call him and that I had to cancel. He gave me to his manager. Very rude person. She told me that I would not get my money back because I did not call back in the timeline of 72 hours. I was never told I had 72 hours and asked her why they did not respond to my call she told me I was too late and would not return my money. Maybe they are scammers out to get your money and very rude. I never received any kind of contract never saw a contract of any kind when I was talking to the broker on the phone. I did fill out a partial piece of contract that was on for what I was going to move only to fill it out and a possible timeline of maybe when but not definite moving. I was so shocked when she told me that they were not going to refund any of my money. This company is a big Ripper they took me for $2,400 for nothing I am 73 years old and live on a fixed income this is unbelievable. I warned you do not use this company ever you will regret it. I have read many many reviews of them that are really bad many horror stories. She flat out told me in a very rude way that you would not be returning any of my money. I'm going to fight this to the end and I will never give up till the world knows what kind of horrible Company this is.

Pleasant, job-friendly, effective. It was easy to receive a quote and schedule and the staff was friendly and professional. Thirty minutes early, the movers arrived and loaded/unloaded very quickly and packed large items. It took half the time we expected it to the move and the quality of the service they provided was very affordable. I will recommend and use this company for future actions.
Never Use These Brokers.
They will a 100% get to your place and start asking for more money even if your items are less. And they hire a pathetic movers company named Energy Systems, full of scam and if you see their reviews you will never want to use them. They keep asking you more and more money, deliver broken goods, some goods were missing. They just write some date and when ask they will say a different time and date and deliver at different time and date. On calls they are super rude especially Energy Systems, they will ask you to go to the brokers, brokers will ask you to go to them.
And the guy who asked u to use them on the first call is out of the picture, no one takes responsibility. They just make story we have to load and unload so another $400 etc etc, they don't even listen to customers problems, and what was promised. If I am reaching on 10th or 13th by flight how can they just deliver 2 days before, also they say 30 days free storage but once your goods are with them they will ask u more money. STAY AWAY.. Pathetic company.
Long distance move.
These people are bunch of jokers. They fall at your feet to get money and then they don't care. Bunch of creeps and losers. Hire contractors to move your stuff and they ay choose conveniently people who don't speak english. They broke all my furnitures. They didn't know how to assemble my sofa. Took two hours and assembled it incorrectly. On top of that they charged extra above what I initially signed up for. NEVER NEVER EVER GO WITH THESE JOKERS.They don't know anything about moving. Customer service don't even pick up your call. These people are pathetic. Throw your furniture but never pick these movers.

With the services of American Standard Moving & Storage, our move become a lot more easier and stress free. The crew who came for our booking was not only humble and professional but also friendly. They told us not to worry about anything. They did a fantastic job with every furniture, crockery, clothes and other belongings. There was no breakage. I am happy with the move and with their service.

I regularly move and use many moving companies throughout the world and my encounters with American Standard Moving & Storage have certainly been one of the greatest. From the beginning to the end, there was clear communication. Unlike other locations, we had no trouble moving additional furniture, which I had overlooked. They were polite, well-informed and cared about my stuff. It was my most stress-free move and I'm happy with the service.

Whatever you do, DO NOT LISTEN TO THEIR QUOTE! Mine went up my almost double on moving day, even though they said they were overestimating my weight and cubic feet. Please do not listen or support bradley@americanstandardmoving.com. He will promise you phenomenal service when in all actuality it’s piss poor and I could’ve hired an actual company for much less. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF TROUBLE AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

American Standard Moving has really helped me with this! Their customer service is great. From the initial call everything went well! The total estimate did not exceed what I was quoted.
I loved my daughter from PA to Brooklyn New York and was scared to hire some of the brokers calling me. Brian was great in guiding me through the process and customer service was great with my follow ups.
The movers did a great job and the total cost of $1577 to move her studio apartment saved me a ton vs renting a truck and having to fly out there to move her. The delivery did take a little over a week but hey! It was quite a distance so it was understandable. I will most definitely recommend American Standard!

My experience with this company has been HORRIBLE! Whenever I call customer service they always talk over you and are extremely nasty. The company that is supposed to actually deliver my daughters furniture Insta-Movers has yet respond, they were given the correct dress to deliver to but yet when I call they have nothing on file for her delivery date and the dispatcher has no clue. Tried to call the initial salesman and he has not responded but yet I was told to contact him if I had any issues-I wold not recommend them to anyone not will I ever ever ever use them again!

These men were professional, courteous and helpful the whole way through. The three men who came to pack up and move out my home, especially George, were exceptionally kind, capable, professional, and helpful. The crew packed and moved us fast, carefully so nothing was damaged. We were really satisfied we used this moving company. I wholeheartedly suggest you use them.
