1. Moving.

   This was the first time I had made a long interstate move so although I had moved many times before, this was totally new to me. George took the time to explain everything to me in great detail. The movers arrived on schedule and did their job very professionally and efficiently. The move was very difficult do to very bad weather but they did everything they could to get my delivery as soon as they could. They arrived and unloaded very quickly and were very professional at all times.

2. Good movers.

   I cannot speak enough praise about George and his team at California Relocation Systems. We had our previous company (Excaliber Moving) cancel our move, and we found ourselves in need of a truck in 3 days, to move almost 1000 miles! Tom was able to walk me through the process and get our inventory detailed. Tom was much more knowledgeable than anyone else I had previously spoken to. We set everything up on Friday afternoon around pm. Saturday we were in constant communication with Dawn and George. Steve and his team were supposed to arrive Wednesday, but the weather wasn’t ideal, so Thursday morning around 8 am. Steve and his movers were able to pack up the entire truck in 4.5 hours. They departed at 1pm and they were professional/well mannered. All had matching uniforms and came in a California Relocation Systems truck. The next day, the crew of 3 delivering our belongings called with a delivery time of 12:30/1:00 pm. They arrived at 12:30 and began unpacking. The only hold up was Cali Relocation Systems approving the payment amount because the movers were so fast! We got them paid, and they departed at 5:30 pm with everything put together in the correct rooms. George, again, was in constant communication and was able to answer any questions we might have. We will be buying a house next year, and this is the moving company we will use, and recommend to others. George is the MAN! Thank You California Relocation Systems!

3. Move to CO.

   I booked this company to move myself and my wife in January 2019 to move us from CA to CO. I was told by several of their employees (Dawn/Mike/George) that since I was on a tight deadline for moving that a live transfer was my best option. The initial quote I received seemed reasonable and waited for the movers to arrive at my house. They were scheduled to arrive on a Thursday; received a text to see if they could arrive between 5-8PM. I stated that was too late and they responded with arriving early Friday morning. I was able to actually talk to either George or Dawn since the movers had not arrived. They did not arrive until 1PM and began loading. They began to label boxes, stated that I had more boxes than originally quoted, and that I needed to pay the difference. I saw how they were packing the truck. They brought the furniture from upstairs by sliding them down the stairs rather than carrying them down. Also, they did NOT fully disassemble the entertainment center in the living room. They did not take the "professional" care as stated in their documents or website. I did call George and Dawn several times during the loading process regarding delivery of our items. The expected delivery was to be Saturday since our apartment was to be ready that day. Talking to the driver he stated that the actual delivery was to be Monday at 11AM. I called both George and Dawn again stating that is not what was promised and this does not seem like a "live transfer". After they left, there was trash all over my house; used tape rolls, cardboard, packing paper, empty packing bags, and candy wrappers. On Monday morning, my wife waited at an empty apartment for the movers to arrive. Nothing occurred. I called the company asking for an arrival status and ended up leaving a message both with Dawn and George. I finally get a call from the driver at 4PM stating that he is at a truck stop 10 miles away and that it is too late to deliver. The delivery will be on Tuesday between 8-11AM. My wife and I end up staying another night in a hotel room. The next day, the driver showed up by himself. I asked where the other guys were and he stated that they were coming. The driver asked for the payment balance and I stated that I will get it once the unloading started. The bank was closeby so I could get the funds. He started to get things unloaded as my wife and I went to the bank. We returned and saw only one (1) guy was helping with the unloading. He looked like a guy pulled off the street and I found out that he was hired off of Craigslist that morning!! Where were the "professional movers" for this job? I took pictures of the inside of the truck to see how our items were arriving; boxes were crushed, items were tipping over, no real separation between loads. The other load was spilled over into ours; unbelievable! This was NOT a "professional move"! The assembled furniture was not done correctly and I had to do it. They unloaded items that were not even ours and the driver blamed the Craigslist guy. Several furniture items were damaged even ones that were brand new; still wrapped from the store. We counted all the boxes and several were missing. I talked to the driver about it and he stated that we had ALL of our boxes by showing me where they were loaded. However, with the other load spilling into ours I doubt that is true. We saw boxes with two (2) number stickers on them also. Some boxes had glass packed with wood shelves and one of the floor lamps was not even wrapped!
   I have called Mike/Dawn/George and texted Dawn/George several times to discuss this issue with them, left messages, and no calls back after two (2) days! I had seen their reviews which were good but not until I saw the one from Sam T. I have moved to AZ, NV, and CA with NO issues like these. My wife and I will be working with an attorney and complaints will be filled since they seem to not be interested is resolving this civilly.

4. Interstate move from LA to Dallas!

   1,400miles, nothing was broken, no leakage of any kind and all this was on top of the fact that it had been in storage for 30 days between moves! Having an interval like this means that they had to move my items at least 3 or 4 times. But what motivated me to write the recommendation was my two delivery guys, both named Angel. Wow.. They were so concerned to not just to get the right bed in the correct room but aim the bed the right way and get it located just right. And the younger of the two Angels was concerned that that he find the the little handmade cardboard box containing the glass insets to go in my bedside table indicated on the item list. Little things like that. I mean these were big 230-240lbs dudes, strong as ox but still actively concerned about the details. They went out of their way to make the delivery as quick and as cheap as possible. Recommend CRS without hesitation .. and just hope that I get the two ANGELS again! Peace!

5. California Relocation Systems did an outstanding job.

   I used California Relocation Systems recently for my long distance move and they did an outstanding job. Their crew arrived on time, packed all my furniture and fragile items and carefully loaded everything to their truck. They were very polite, efficient, fast and professional. My delivery was as scheduled, nothing was broken or damaged, and the price I paid at the end was very reasonable. An amazing experience. I’m recommending this moving company to everyone I know.

6. Ca to tx.

   I was moving for work and found California Relocation Systems on Google. I have to be very carful on who I hire because I have extremely expensive furniture. I took three quotes per the regulations of my employers and decided on moving forward with Michael. Michael was very friendly and was meticulous on going through my entire inventory and explaining how my antiques, paintings, china, and most importantly my sports memorabilia was going to be packed. His quote wasn’t the cheapest but Michael made me feel the most comfortable out of all 3 companies I spoke to. I received a welcome call from a nice lady named Dawn whom went through the complete process of my move then emailed me a recap of the conversation. She explained to me they will bring all of the packaging materials and do everything for me and didn’t have to worry about anything. I also bought the full valuation insurance from Bakers International. Robert and his crew showed up the day before the move to do a walk through and give me a revised estimate. Our move was done over the phone with Michael so I wanted to make sure the price would not change. Michael’s quote was pretty much dead on. Everything Michael explained to me at the beginning was how it went on moving day. Robert and his team took their time made sure I was comfortable with how my more expensive items were being packed. I have 2 small children. One of the guys was so kid with them. Played with them while I was doing the walk through with Robert and being extra nice to my wife (who was extremely nervous). Robert and his team were on time both days. I was so happy with the job they did. I had to be at work the following day which was a Friday. I paid extra for a guaranteed delivery day and they were right on time. It took them 3 days to get to us. Bright and early Monday morning Robert and his team were there ready to roll. It took them all day but they unpacked and reassembled all of my beds, tables, and even hung my 80 inch Television. I bought all of them dinner and got to know Robert on more of a personal level. I can’t say enough about California Relocation Systems. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and a truly great moving experience.

7. Horrible experience from start to, well, not finished yet.

   Avoid this company like the plague. I was quoted one price when I provided a detailed list of items I was planning on taking and was told that based on those estimates that I was only using 50% of the paid for space. I ended up taking less than what I told the person giving me the quote and when my items were picked up the price doubled. Not sure what their computation for estimated cubic feet was, but it was way off. So after having to shell out more money, and of course they didn't give me the new estimate until all the items were on the truck, my belongings leave my possession. Right away I provide my dedicated rep who told me they would be my point of contact throughout the move the day I can receive my items because they said it will be up to 14 business days from that date before I receive delivery on the other end. That was 27 business days ago and I still don't have confirmation that my items are even on their way.
   First the excuse was weather, then they said the truck that they were expecting to pick up my stuff didn't show. Then they start telling me that the reason for the delay was my dispute about the large change in price, even though this hasn't been brought up at all and no one will even respond to any of my phone calls and I'm lucky if I get a text.
   From start to finish they have lied, not followed through on promises, and been completely unresponsive. Most amusing thing is their outgoing message for the phone that no one answers says how much they value great customer service. What a freaking joke. DO NOT give these people any of your money.

8. Review For California Relocation Systems.

   I booked my family’s move across the country with California Relocation Systems and in hindsight I have to say that I made a fantastic choice. The main concern that my husband and I had was the timing of the move- with three kids it’s not the easiest thing to pack up and go a couple of thousand miles to a new home. Clothes, furniture, really everything is out of reach for a period of time. The good news is that our belongings were delivered quicker than we expected and everything made it through just fine. The furniture, the kids’ toys, even my husband’s golf clubs were delivered without a scratch. On top of that they even arranged to have one of our cars transported so the whole family could make the drive in one vehicle. As a mother that was very important to me so I could keep my eye on everyone and help to make sure that we all arrived safe and sound.
   
   I did my homework, it was up to me to budget the move and get the best possible service at a reasonable price. I can safely say that I succeeded, the price was fair and the quality of the move was everything that I hoped it would be. Five stars California Relocation Systems, thank you for making a very difficult situation easier than I expected, if my husband gets transferred again we’ll use your company next time for sure.

9. Everything was done solid.

   Props to Cali Relocation Systems on an awesome move. Me and my boo moved from Georgia to Texas and everything went proper, all of our gear made it through all right and no problems with the furniture, even our little boy was stoked because all of his toys made it through without a scratch. The price was on point and they didn’t make us wait no longer than they told us it would be. Cali Relocation even set us up with an auto transporter, the price was right and no damage to the paint or rims, no problem. I’m going to spread the word to my boys Cali, thanks for the killer move and making sure everything was done solid.

10. Smooth move.

    These movers were awesome. Hard to find a mover to trust these days I’ve been burnt in a lot of situations because I move a lot around for work. I went with these guys based on the rawness “they didn’t try and lowball me like the other quotes I got. So since they didn’t try and lowball me I figured they may be more honest and I was right the move went smooth.
