Very efficient and quality packing. I was impressed by how organized and quick the packing was completed.
Lost half of my shipment. No response so far.
$14K fee shipment from CA to FL is still missing and the manager is still “looking for them” in the warehouse.
Only half of the items were delivered. And even that, they were delivering the wrong boxes at a times.
It has been four days and I can’t get and answer. Will keep updating..

Khalifa & Furat they bwere superb in taking care of everything once the crew arrive at 5:00. They were professional and respectful. They entire crew worked well together and explained everything as they did it. They are great. After a rough day, when they arrived it finished well.

I liked how California Relocation Systems performed their moving service. Whenever I had a question it was answered professionally and promptly. They stood behind their word and dropped off my family’s things on time and without any discrepancies. When I went into this move, I was hoping that timing and communication wouldn’t be an issue. From start to finish all of the people that I had contact with at California Relocation Services were very professional. Sam and his crew were the highlight of the experience. I was their last job of the day and they worked really efficiently and got the job done in a timely manner. I underestimated the amount of things I had to move but they got it all on the truck. California Relocation Systems:
After hello, their every word is a lie. They quote the move, then double the charge AFTER your stuff is loaded ! Next, they hold your stuff in storage searching for someone to make the delivery. In my case, it took over 2 full weeks to deliver a 6 hour relocation. They hide behind contract clauses, “so-called” DOT regs and a ready assortment of excuses to cover their fraudulent ways - and they lie so freely, truly amazing. True to form, when my stuff finally arrived, here comes the missing & the damage. Any positive review is most certainly bogus. Run from these lying thieves. If ever a business deserved to be shut down - it is this one ! They are the very definition of mover fraud described on the FMCSA website.

Lawsuit in progress against this company; avoid at all costs.
We are initiating legal action against this company and the individuals it employs (including [NAME EDIT]) for willfully and knowingly damaging and taking property and/or employing individuals who they knew to have damaged and stolen customer property, as well as violating a number of FMCSA and DoT regulations. We have thousands of dollars in damaged and missing property as well as property of high sentimental value that cannot be replaced. We have been patient with this company and given them ample time to respond to our claim (as well as providing all documentation for our claims that they requested, in some cases twice since they had lost the first submission). Our aim is to prevent this company from preying on consumers and we are willing and able to put forth the financial commitment to see it through.
If you have had a similar situation, or are currently having a similar situation (I have posted and updated the full experience earlier this year) please reach out to me directly. We are currently gathering as much information from as many victims as possible so we can deliver a case that is inclusive of just how predatory this company is with the aim of preventing this type of behavior from this and other companies.
