I wanted to send you a testimonial, about how happy we were. However, now that our furniture has arrived and the house is coming together, I feel even more compelled to let you know how we feel about it. We felt very comfortable with you and appreciated your professionalism. When crew arrived on the first day we saw how they worked as a team, took care of our items and were very good at what they did. We were very impressed and after moving around for the last 12 years, that was hard to do..... The packing job was done very well, on time and with no problems. Less than two weeks later the container arrived at our door, not one box was torn or opened and not one item was damaged. Nothing is missing, all the furniture is back together. We are very appreciative of your crew's hard work and dedication. Please know I will let everyone we know to look you up when they are ready to move..... Thank you again for everything
100% synch
Vlad, Serge and Ruslan delivered me yesterday and after , I gave them all hugs and was thrilled to have such great guys with me through that long distance process. What a phenomenal team. They were strategic and careful with each piece in how it was wrapped, put in the truck and then delivered to its final place in my new 3 story home! Nothing was damaged - not even my 475 pound (empty) wine chest and full-size commercial elliptical machine. They worked steadfast at pick up and drop off - as a team - but worked smart so they still were full of energy at the end of each stage. You can just tell when guys get along and are in total synch. I recommend these guys any day. I have another move to do in a month or so. And I know 100% who I'm calling.
Long distance moving done right!
Excellent services for long distance moving! I moved from Toronto to Halifax, and the moving crews on both sides were friendly and diligent. Nothing went missing or was broken.
The customer rep could've been more transparent about the timelines though. it took a whole month for my things to arrive. Keep that in mind and pack wrll and you'll be in good hands.
Sized well
The crew was fabulous - can't say enough good things about them. It was not an easy move and required a lot of planning. They were incredibly helpful and professional. They worked straight through and were willing to help with any matter - big or small. It was the most fun I've ever had moving! In particular, the head mover was incredibly helpful, with a real can-do attitude. Zero complaints - he just got on with it even when things were proving difficult (with the access at delivery). He found a solution and made it work. I was so grateful to him. The best thing for me was the way the office was on top of what was happening and making recommendations on how to handle the move. If they hadn't suggested having 3 instead of 2 movers to deliver we may not have been able to complete the move.
Cannot deliver on time
Our shipment was picked up august 18th with the promise of delivery in 2-6 weeks. As of today the expected shipment is not until week of October 18th! Not ever recommending centennial movers! Such a run around
SCAM SCAM SCAM
I wish I could speak to all the prospect customers of this company and warned them what they might fall into. They literally cancelled my moving 2 hours before the moving and they offer me no options, although I told them during signing the contract that I need to move my belongings on a certain date as my rental term is over and another tenant should move in. They were really unprofessional and impolite. I had to pay more than double to another moving company, to move my belongings as it was the last-minute call. The compensation this scam company offered me was 50$! Don't fool with their rating. that was why I selected them and I really regret it. You can not believe what they have done to me, cancelling appointment 2 house before.
Movers
The experience moving with Centennial was great. Few movers would accord you such a transfer and relocation devoid of stresses. With their amazing skills, I did not have to worry about anything. The team of three movers came on time, with their moving truck and moving equipment. They checked the furniture that I wanted them to move and immediately embarked on the disassembling and packing. They had awesome tools that made the disassembling so stress-free, they wrapped and packed everything very professionally and proceeded to load them. They are very fast and careful, and when they brought the furniture a couple of weeks later, they unpacked and reassembled them. None was scratched. I love these guys, and I’m recommending them.
Move from Vancouver, BC to Hamilton, ON
Had the best experience with Centennial. I was very nervous because of how many bad reviews there are for moving companies but my move couldn't have went any better. John was so accommodating when I didn't have a final location and they extended storage for me until I had secured an apartment in Hamilton. From the beginning they were always in touch with me, gave me a reasonable quote and there weren't any surprise costs in the end. My stuff arrived all in one piece, the guys moved it all in so quickly, and were so friendly! I would definitely use them again!

Do NOT deal with Centennial Moving!!!
When we signed up (in good faith!) with Centennial Moving back in June, their employee Luke (who recently left this moving company) told us "it can take up to 21 business days to receive your belongings." The 2 men arrived June 26th in Chilliwack, BC. I asked 1 of them what the chances were we'd received our items earlier than 21 business days?" He replied "You will NEVER receive your furniture in 21 business days!" My husband and I were shocked to say the least! Still, we remained hopeful that Centennial will stick to what they said. But no. So here we wait, as the latest update, after OUR numerous calls and emails, is END OF AUGUST!!! Warren, the so-called supervisor, told us our load missed the Toronto "cutoff date" of the 15th of the month by 4 days, therefore our load now sits in a Toronto warehouse, as they only have 1 truck a month to the east coast. They blamed the heat wave, they blamed a lack of manpower, the list goes on. This is what they do for a living! They're generic response to a bad review goes like this --- "We are terribly sorry for the unpleasant experience you had with us. Whilst an apology will regrettably not alter the outcome of your experience on this case, we do extend it with sincerity." Pathetic continuous copy & paste! THEY DON'T CARE ONE BIT!
This is an absolutely horrible lack of professionalism! We're both seniors, living in a home with no furniture, except for what we had to go out and purchase in the meantime (a bed, after sleeping weeks on an air mattress) What should have been a happy move to Nova Scotia to retire has turned into a nightmare! Please everyone, DO YOUR RESEARCH THOROUGHLY! We thought we did, and look where it got us. We didn't pick the least expensive mover nor the most expensive, but in hindsight, we would NEVER have chosen Centennial Moving... BEWARE!!!
Fully admire
The main purpose of my review is that Good should be encouraged. I must say that Centennial moving company is the best moving company in the town. The most positive point of their service is that they are trained staff. I myself recommend this company for moving purposes because I don't know how they loaded my shop’s interior without a single damage. Their economical rates make them even better. I fully admire them and advise you to take their services at least once. Thanks a LOT for great moving services!!
Move from Toronto to Shediac, NB
Excellent service: in Toronto, my daughter raved about how friendly & helpful the movers were. In Shediac, they arrived on time, and were very friendly and efficient in moving my daughter’s furniture into our shed. Our contact person, Dave Bronski, was wonderful-it was a pleasure dealing with him. Great company! Will certainly retain them again for any future moves!
Good
Easy to deal with, understanding to our needs, willing to work with
Us as our needs changed. We moved across the country and made the process relatively simple.
Only downside is they took apart furniture items at their ware house (example desk) and it can not be put back together. They did damage a few other items.

Centennial moving was INCREDIBLE! My wife and I moved From Toronto to Yorkton SK, we got several quotes and my personal moving coordinator, went the extra mile! He was spot on with my estimate, he made sure there weren't any surprises, gave me enough information so I wouldn't be charged more on my estimate, even gave me a call after my move to make sure everything went smoothly. I gotta say I have never received this type of customer service in the moving scene ever! They made sure to handle any and all issues for me and were the liaison between me and the driver. In the past, I used a company that the drivers were rude, foul mouthed, uncaring about my items, the other companies didn't care as long as they got paid, but Centennial Moving made sure I didn't have to deal with anyone else. Thank goodness I used them, my move was so much less than the huge companies quoted, and much more personable TRUST ME there are a lot of bad movers out there, we have had to move quite a few times because of work. We appreciate everything!
Forever grateful
Centennial helped us with our move this past week. I was stressing out due to how large our furniture was and our 9ft sofa would only fit down 3 flights of stairs. Their crew reassured me that they are professionals and can handle anything that comes their way. Fast forward to moving days, the movers were complete gentlemen and went the extra mile to wrap all of our white linen furniture up multiple times for extra safety. They wrapped the fine art just like professional art handlers would. I was blown away. They spent a total of 10 days moving us to our new home and everything was in perfect condition upon arrival. I will always use Centennial in the future and will recommend them to everyone!! Thank you guys so much for the white glove service at an affordable cost. Forever grateful.
A smooth moving
We carried out a relocation across the east and west coasts. I contacted with the Centennial Moving company 2 months before the move, until to the completion of the move, I was satisfied overall. There is no omission or damage. The moving staff are careful and tidy. The communication with the Dave of this company was also smooth and timely. After moving, there will be a staff telephone survey. Everything went well. We are satisfied and would like to recommend it for your moving.
