Good and quick service.
I just used cls for my 1 bedroom apt from dallas tx to atl ga , overall I was at ease troughout this all experience , got a good price from them and decided ill hire their services , they came early morning on thursday picked up my furniture , wrapped it , I signed few documents made my payment and from there got my stuff on sunday as promised , all was in good condition and I can say im a happy customer , thank you cls ..GOOD JOB!
Worst Experience Ever!
Summary: No one answers the phone after they have your payment, they make multiple promises and not one was kept or even remotely close to being kept. They will try to charge you more money for their mistakes and they take no responsibility for their lack of professionalism. Our delivery was 16 days late!! If there was an option to give 0 stars I would have chosen that one. I guess the one star would have to go to Sam in sales because he was very nice and personable and at the time of the quote, this was the cheaptest option. But that ended at the quote.. My husband and I were moving from Tennessee to South Dakota for his job. The day before pickup we were told that the movers would be there between 10-2. That quickly changed to 12-4. The movers did not show up until 5:15pm. If we didn't have an 8 hour drive ahead of us that night it would not have been such a big deal..but this is just the first of the broken "promises" that they made. The movers were actually very good, we had everything boxed up and ready to go but they triple taped and double wrapped everything with blankets..again very good, but by the time they were done it was 7:45pm. Then the second broken promise..we had to pay almost double what our original estimate was. We didn't need our stuff delivered until 1 week later so 2 days before our delivery was supposed to get to South Dakota we called to check on the status. No one answered so a message was left. The next morning our call was returned stating that our stuff had not left Atlanta yet and it would be with that Sunday or Monday which was 4-5 days late. The driver was supposed to call us the day before he arrived. We arrived at our new place in South Dakota saturday night hoping we would hear an update on the movers..Nothing. Monday we called..no answer, message left. Tuesday we called..no answer, message left. My husband missed 2 days of work at his new job because we didn't have any of our things including his clothes and important papers so we had to buy multiple items so we could at least stay in our place and not have to stay in a hotel. I finally got ahold of Michael who is the supervisor and basically was told that our stuff would not be leaving the warehouse until that Friday or Sat. When I became upset and explained that we have had to spend most of our money on stuff that we already had in that truck just so we can manage and actually live our lives until the truck comes he offered 200 dollars off. I told him thank you but that was not enough given we had spent about 700 on things that we needed. He then became very upset and almost yelling at me, not being empathetic at all. All he really had to say was that legally they had 21 days to get us our stuff..regardless of their "promises". Finally the next week our stuff arrived, 16 days late..the driver stated that he could not go down a gravel road and did not know that our house was down a gravel road. I told CLS moving when the address was given and I also told that driver when he had called me the day before to confirm the address. After going back and forth with the driver and CLS moving on the phone about who is going to pay for a UHAUL to get our things from the highway to the house, we settled on us paying an extra 200 dollars even though everyone was told about this situation. At that point we just wanted our stuff. Well by that time it was already 5pm..3 hours of going back and forth on the phone for something that was not our fault..and the driver told us he had to wait until the morning to deliver..1 more night on an air mattress. Only a couple very cheap items were broken and the movers did a great job getting everything into the house. I can't begin to explain how happy we are to have this experience behind us. Please beware of this company!
Horrible experience.
My experience with them has been nothing short than a nightmare . They only answer the phone before they get your money, they ended up charging me twice what they quoted, they broke and lost a ton of my things and only want to pay 60 cents a lb. funny how just the good stuff got missing..my tv, computer, etc. I would not recommend them to my worse enemy. Worse moving company out there in my book.

From beginning to end, CLS Moving was outstanding to deal with. First when I was getting quotes, they quoted an estimate for me and then did NOT bombard me with follow up phone calls on a daily basis like other firms did. They let me know they were there when needed and that made me want to call them back. Second, their sales guy, Sam, worked with us on budget and offered suggestions to help us get the most for our money. We were moving our 99 year old Mom from her home to an assisted living apartment in Florida where we live, and nothing could have been easier. They packed up all her keepsakes, dishes, totally wrapped/blanketed all her furniture. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Better yet: they communicated often about the load date/time, they were right ON TIME for loading/packing, and then they let me know a day after the truck was loaded when to expect the shipment in Florida. Basically they loaded on a Thursday, and they delivered on a Monday - which was much faster than we expected. Also they allowed us to prepay the entire move on our credit card which eliminated the need for our Mom to have a cashier's check on hand when loading took place. Their employees were exceptionally courteous, helpful, careful, and well spoken. We would use this group again in a heartbeat. .

I was moving in a rush from ATL to NYC and needed movers in a hurry. Was referred to CLS. I have moved about 3 other times before so know what a pain/hassle and EXPENSE it is. Not with CLS. Deal with Adam. He is super nice, professional and everything he promised he delivered on. I was able to transport my stuff across the country to a small nyc apt and nothing was damaged. Moving in nyc is a huge feat, with no parking and tiny elevators and stairs, so the fact that these guys were able to pack everything so well that there was no damage during the move is amazing. Recommend them 100 times over.

My cousin moved in july with CLS, told me this company is very professional & not expensive, so I called in spoke to Sam gave him my inventory list and we got the move set up in 30 min over the phone, the crew showed up last week got everything wrapped & packed perfect !!

The crew come out, picked up my frencher, packed it very professional, and was excellent during the pick up, delivery was done 5 days just as Sam promised, and everthing was delivers in perfect condition.

This was the first time I had ever used a moving company and was not sure what to expect. The sales person was knowledgable of the process and helped ease my anxiety. The quote they gave me was exactly what the final cost was, no pressure to add on or surprise fees afterwards. If I ever have to move again, I will only need to contact CLS.

I wanted to take a moment to thank the team at CLS moving & storage. I originally set up my move with another company which I found out later was a broker. Mover never showed up on my pickup date but after numerous calls they showed next day and tried to triple my price to $9000.00. I then called diana at CLS and was able to secure my old price which was quoted by them a month earlier (I chose cheap broker price). They had a crew at my front door exactly to the tee on time the next morning and I felt more comfortable to see all employees wearing blue uniformed shirts. The main guy in charge (Gary) went over all my paper work and explained everything to me very well including delivery information. My price went up $135.00 but I did have an extra 10 boxes and I was ok with that. I just received my items last week 6 days after pickup and wow, everything was in good shape and the delivery driver (Jack) and his crew made the experience great as they put together all our items and took all the trash away. THANKS CLS TEAM, I WILL REFER YOU TO ALL THAT NEED YOU.
My first move.
Moving for the first time was extremely overwhelming for me. Thanks to the great guys at CLS who made my first move a breeze. They handled the whole situation like true professionals. Packaging was done perfectly, they even gave me free packaging on my chandelier. Moving cross country isn't an easy task, I owe it all to the CLS team for such a great move.

Finally Sunday night football in my new apt in my new home in Brooklyn, New York. I got my house hold goods delivered yesterday and since I haven't done much on pick I'll have to do a little bit more on delivery. I chose the full pack deluxe service that CLS offers. Оn the day on the move the crew came in and opened up boxes and packed everything for me. Тhe process from day of the guys showing up in SC to delivery in NY was great. Besides a small ding in my washer machine and a broken lamp shade, everything looks great. I am looking forward to have my parents move with you guys. Thanks again Sam, John and Michael for making this move work for me!

Starting with the pick up date, they showed up on time & were very professional, I was very impressed with packing of my furniture, luckily my stuff left their storage the same day they did the pick up to Chicago & I got my household goods after 4 days. Delivery was faster then I expected as I was told by Sam it will take 3-6 days for delivery.

Exactly what I needed!
As you may know, Moving is probably the most gruesome & difficult task to go through, just as I was dreading going through this change in my life I did not expect CLS Moving to make it so easy on me! I had a close friend of mine recommend moving with them & I did not think twice about it. These guys were very helpful & patient - they answered every single question I had and were being very honest with me. I got a quote from michael about a month ago for my studio apt from atl to hollywood florida , I decided to book my move with CLS the total moving quote stayed the(1200.93) same the pick up guys who came to my house in GA I believe their names were Rico and zamar , were great , efficient and polite , they disassembled my furniture like promised and assembled them back on delivery as well , they made sure my bed was set , so I could sleep conformably that same night!

When I first received an estimate on the phone I was skeptic about the price, but then when they came out to pick up my items the mover (sunny) was very professional and nice enough to explain all the options and to choose any extras to make my move alot easier.
My things arrived to GA undamaged and exactly the way it left the original location on the same day as promised. I would reccomend CLS to a friend and hopefully they will go through the good experience I went through!
