Best movers.
They were amazing with helping me move a lot of heavy furniture and didn't scratch not one piece of it. Very helpful fast and friendly. I had to leave a review because I move a lot and so far they were the best company I have hired. I would defiantly recommend them to anyone I know including all my neighbors and I am planning to use them next time I move which will be soon.

Amazing service! The guys drove behind me the whole way from Las Vegas to North Hollywood .. Very attentive and profession and very good rate , they were very careful also and helped me to unload everything safely in its order .. My neighbors from summerlin also moving I'm going to definitely recommend them and let know how happy I am with the move.

I normally don't write too many reviews but I had to this time. I am very please with the service I received from Los Angeles transfer and storage. My piano arrived safely in addition to the rest of my house hold items. Movers were just amazing and careful I am very happy I used them for my relation. I will recommend to my friend this moving company since they Are moving soon and make sure they will be happy with their service.

Awful Experience-late delivery, poor costumer service, never paid for.
Over a year ago, we hired LA Transfer and Storage to move us from LA to Rochester, NY. I read all the reviews online and was impressed by their overwhelmingly positive reviews. I feel that we should share our experience to help warn others not to use LA Transfer and Storage. We worked with David and at first all seemed great but it ended up being a disaster. Our shipment arrived 31 business days LATE! The worst part of it all was not having to live without our belongings and furniture for months but the TERRIBLE customer service. I was lied to, ignored, and insulted when I called to find out where our stuff was and when it should arrive. Over the past year, I have tried to make a claim, reported them to the Better Business Bureau all to no avail. They offered us $234.00 for all of our damaged items and no money at all for the late days that were stipulated in the contract. They have ignored my last emails. I hope that others read this and don't use them for any of your moving needs!
Super Efficient Job!
This was my first time moving, so of course I was quite nervous. I've heard countless horror stories about moving and was scared I'd be the next victim of damaged and/or stolen items. My moving story ended up being quite the opposite, however. The staff at Los Angeles Transfer and Storage was so friendly and helpful. They arrived on time for both picking up and delivering my items. I'm so happy I decided to use them to move my items across the country. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy company with great employees!

You never know what you're going to get with these kinds of services, but with Los Angeles Transfer and Storage, I got exactly everything I could hope for. I had to move to New York suddenly after being transferred in my company. One of the worst parts about moving is always the packing and shipping your stuff. It's kind of a hassle. These guys were able to accommodate me in my last minute, unforeseen venture across the country. They helped me get everything on the road, so that I could focus on other things, such as the location change, my new job responsibilities, etc. It’s tough, but it was made a lot easier thanks to these guys. My favorite feature this company offered was that I could track my shipment. Using my phone, I was able to see where exactly the moving truck was, and that was a huge relief to me. Knowing that I wasn’t going to go a couple of days without my boxes, you know? They’re also very courteous and friendly here. They’re not your run of the mill moving service, that’s for sure! I will definitely use them again, if I ever have to move again. (Let’s hope not though!!) Haha!

Great moving experience!
I have to say, this was as good a moving experience as I've ever had. I've used several other companies in the past but none of them were as good as Los Angeles Transfer and Storage. They arrived on time and were courteous and professional. They handled all of my items with care and were careful not to damage them or the house as they loaded up. Upon delivery, they were on time and the experience was just as pleasant. Overall, I can think of a better investment to get peace of mind and reliable, professional service. I highly recommend Los Angeles Transfer and storage. These guys are top-notch!

I called LA Transfer after finding out from my company that I will be relocating. I received 3 different quotes and while they were not the absolute cheapest they had a much better reputation which is what is important to me. I've heard numerous times people hiring moving companies and in the end have to spend much much more. So Sam set me up and coordinated my entire move with me. A week later my stuff arrived. I've already unpacked everything and its all here. Nothing missing and nothing broken. Did I mention the extra fast service? Everything was scheduled according to plan and super fast so they get A from me for service and customer care. .
Amazing and professional.
So this was the most last minute move of my life.. However they managed to make it as simple and as pleasurable as possible. I called yesterday in a state of panic as I got a dog and it's not allowed in my building and I had to move from sherman oaks to Brentwood in 24 hrs. Everything was booked and taken care of in an hour and they were at my door the next morning at 9:30am.. Never seen anything like it.
They were extremely professional and sweet even though my little puppy was getting in their way.
Mark and his team packed my things impeccably and packed up my whole entire one bedroom apartment in about 3 hours.
Everything was done with a smile and great energy and that means a tremendous amount to me especially when moving and handling my personal property. They wrapped all my furniture very well and everything arrived in perfect condition.
I hope that everyone uses them for whatever moving and storage needs you might have. They are patient, sweet, reliable and professional.

Grand piano move.
What a great experience. Lisa gave me a quote not to exceed and let me tell you not a penny more. I had a grand piano that I paid an arm and a leg for. Not many companies can move a piano but they did it with ease they wrapped it and had all the corners wrapped and carried as if it was their own. After speaking with 3 moving companies not one of them could do that. I am very happy and my piano is working great. Thank you Lisa Sam and mike. You guys went above and beyond.

My father was in the Army when I was a kid, so we were always moving from state to state. Now that I am older, this was my first time moving. Finding a respectable company to move with did make me a little nervous. Finding Los Angeles Transfer and Storage was the best thing that happened to me. They made it supper easy to move on such a short notice. Everything arrived perfect, nothing was broken or missing. On such a long trip I assumed something would break (CA to PA) but nope! eveyrthing was perfect. The transaction was smooth and the staff was very friendly and professional. I would recommend to anyone. Every question was answered in a timely manner and always there for anything you need.

We recently moved from CA to AZ and used Los Angeles Transfer and Storage as our moving company. In the past we've done moves ourselves and I'm so glad we decided to have them take care of it for us this time. It made life so much easier for us. They were friendly, took excellent care of our belongings (nothing was damaged), and they got our stuff to us on time. Their price was reasonable and we had gotten quotes from multiple companies. It was definitely worth the money.

They did a fantastic job moving my things from Anaheim to San Francisco, would recommend to a friend and use them again. Also helped me pack and wrap my bed, sofa and paintings.
