The only choice in moving and storage.
A friend recommend I use Los Angeles transfer and storage when I moved from my apt in encino to Granada hills. I was soo happy with their service, the movers came on time and helped me with the whole move from packing and loading to unloading in the new house. There is no other company that I trust more with my delicate high valued household items.

I am very happy with the moving service overall. Los Angeles transfer moved me from NY to LA and also shipped 2 cars from me. All items arrived safe and cars arrived on time in excellent condition. Movers were great and very friendly. They sent an estimator to my house prior to move in order to give a guaranteed move cost on site.
Make sure you use this company on your next move and reserve in advance.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYI am very disappointed with the quality of customer service and the lack of professionalism shown from this company. I chose this company based on the other reviews shown and from what I can tell they had to have been written by the company themselves. Long story short I moved across country and when I I receive my thing some items had been stolen out of my boxes and some boxes did not arrive at all. Currently the missing items are valued over $1500. I sent the company 3 emails over the last week and have not received any response. I also called and the customer service rep ignored my claims and told me to send an email. It looks like I will unfortunately have to resort to legal action.And the story doesn't end there. Not only are my items missing I had to deal with one of the movers coming back to my house later to ask me for my phone number. Craziness.Save yourself some headache and choose a different company.

For the third time I used Los Angeles transfer they are always on time and no damages. I own an antique shop and they are the only company I can trust with items exceeding $100k.

They were very helpful and easy to get in touch with. I had so much going on with my move that it was nice not to have to micro-manage the shippment of my stuff. I was moving from Long Beach, CA to Chicago, IL and the move was abrupt. I wasn't even able to be there when they picked everything up but they make it work. Easy to work with and nice people. .

Our movers arrived to our apartment in California and were friendly, efficient, and very informative and professional. Our driver arrived to our new apartment in Louisiana and was unable to get the 53 foot into the complex so had to downsize to smaller truck. The driver was excellent and lots of fun. Very efficient and quick. Would definitely recommend this company.
Great Move - Made Things Simple.
The move was smooth and everyone along the way was very helpful. I was anxious because it was our first big move from one state to another - but everything was really efficient and everyone at L.A. Transfer was extremely considerate. We needed to have L.A. Transfer hold our items in storage for a few weeks before the move and they waived the first months storage (all we needed). They also filled the pick-up and emptoed the delivery efficiently and carefuly. When I was waiting for the drop-off, I was given the number for dispatch so that I personally could call and be in touch with the driver. This gave me a much better idea of when my delivery would be made. All in all, everything about the experience was good. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. .

Pick up ontime and carefully wrapping up things to move. Explained clearly about each of the steps and what to do next. Provided free boxes. The overall experience is pretty good. It took a bit longer for the driver to get to the destination but still arrived at the discussed time range. The destination has stairs that's more and need to charge in addition, need to pay attention on that.

Overall, we were very happy with the job done by LA Movers. David came in and explained the process - and things pretty well went as he described. It wasn't an easy move as our property was not accessible for the 53 foot truck - everything had to be relayed via a smaller truck. The driver was great - we were able to keep in touch with him to coordinate our arrivals, and there was a team ready at our delivery point to unload. We had some damage to one piece, but David made sure that was taken care of. Good follow up also..! .

I hired Los Angeles Transfer for a recent move after being referred to them by a friend. They offered me the most competitive rate of any of the other moving companies I contacted. The movers were very professional and did a really great job with packing, wrapping and moving all of my things. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do a move in the LA area.

I am very happy I chose Los Angeles transfer and storage for my move. They gave me a good quote to move my entire house and storage. They also gave me free materials and did not nickel and dime me like other big companies do. I came to the office to pick up some boxes and Jennifer was very helpful and gave me whatever I needed. So grateful for the trustworthy and careful guys. I have heard some "horrid" moving stories from friends about items coming up missing. My friend canceled on me last minute and I was initially very concerned about not having any friends around to watch out for my things. LA Transfer and Storage are great. They came out on short notice, and moved us into our new 3rd floor apartment. Fast and hard working with a great attitude. They wrapped everything up very nicely and everything came intact. Since they did such a great job we used them a second time to help move a very large couch to the 3rd floor! Highly recommended!
PS.. I got a Shirt! how cool is that.
Great Moving Experience.
This is my second time using LAT movers and they always go above and beyond with my moving necessities. Everyone from my booker, to dispatch, to the crew members really made both my moves easy. I did my homework and got different quotes. I will say they were not the cheapeast but based on my previous moving experience I had to pay an additional 900 on things that were NOT mentioned to me. You book a company and hope that they will take care of you however you need to fully understand what you are signing. I used Los Angeles Transfer for my last move and not a dollar more was charged. In addition, they were so carfeul with my belongings and I could not be happier. Please be aware when you book a moving company. It is a big deal when they have your entire life in their possesion. Thank you guys for your great work and all your help!
Very Fast and efficient move.
The move my husband and I made cross country was done by LAT quickly and easily. The movers were very good about talking up front with us about cost estimates and what to expect and when the time came, everything was pretty much exactly as they prepped us for. Jennifer was very helpful and even gave me her personal cell number in case I had issues outside of business hours since the time zones would be different. We were able to get a good price with them by combining our household move and the shipment of our car as well all through 1 moving service. They even put my husband's motorcycle in the moving truck which was a big money saver versus crating and shipping it.
