Not knowing where to look to find a good reliable removal company for my move to New York I resorted to good old Google and came across Removal Reviews. After looking through their pages for a good couple of hours I narrowed my selections down to two companies and I feel I picked the best one when I instructed Movecorp to carry out my move. From my first call through to completion I'm glad I did as I couldn't have wished for a more straightforward, reasonably priced and professional company. The preparation, handling, coordination and execution was perfect and once the pickup date arrived, everything happened exactly as promised, safely and on time. I can't imagine anyone doing the job better than they did and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone who needs a professional honest removal service.

Movecorp is simply the best for international shipping, prompt, effective, honest, fair and most or all they care about what they do. We were moving to the US from the UK and made plans with a well known shipping company, 1 week before we were due to have our items picked up they informed us all boxes would need to be 25KG or less and we needed to repack. We had 30 Boxes, after speaking with the very rude ops manager we decided to find someone else. By chance we came across Movecorp on a Saturday afternoon. We spoke to James and he handled everything so professionally and calmly. They collect our boxes the following Tuesday (the collecting guy was simply awesome and moved like flash). They repacked whatever boxes were overweight and took care of everything. Simply the best effective service which made the hassle of moving very easy. I highly recommed Movecop to anyone moving!

As you were aware, some of the contents belonged to my late parents and although they were not extraordinarilyexpensive items they do mean so much to me that it was such a relief when I could physically see and touch them again. Poor poor service!!
I used MoveCorp because they offered a good rate and I have read some good reviews on the website - after my experience I am wondering how true they are! I was moving from London (UK) to Frankfurt (Germany) end of 2012 and I had 5 boxes in total. Yes, only 5! I couldn't buy insurance because I didn't have enough boxes - or that is what they told me. They also said the boxes would arive within 10 days which was ok because it was a holiday season anyway. A couple of days in 2013, no word from anyone about my boxes.. When I asked what is going on, they told me that apparently there was a strike somewhere on the road and they don't know when my boxes woud arrive! The boxes finally got there one week after the original date, but I was very disappointed when they came.. 1st I was in work and no one even bothered to call me to say my boxes are in Frankfurt and ask how would I like to get them. So they were dumped at my neighbours who clearly couldn't comment on how they looked like. When I got home, I immediately noticed ALL of them were opened and taped back together. 2 things were stolen from 2 boxes - my PS3 and all the video games, and the most interesting thing is that my PS was at the bottom of the box, so someone opened it, took the console and put everything back together as I packed it! From another box someone took my used boots, when right next to the boots there was a box of new UGGs with the pricetag on! Seriously, who steals used boots? That is so sad.. Anyhow I contacted their Service people who obviously said "oh something like this never happened before". Sure I couldn't prove exactly what was stolen because I foolishly didn't take any pictures when packing, and had no receipts of the stolen merchandise. In the end I gave up fighting because I saw this has no point - they would never reimburse a dime! In the end value of the stolen goods was higher than the actual move itself! Executive summary: AVOID and don't be fooled by good reviews cos they are probably fake!
Everything was perfect.
The pick up was actually from Rome in Italy. We were in no rush everything arrived in 18 days which was fine for us. Everything was in perfect condition, there was no confusion, delivery guys were delightful. Very happy with everything.I would definitely use them again. We weren't in a hurry for our delivery or specific about when they were collected so I don't know how precise they can be if you have a strict timescale. I actually needed them to pick up a week earlier but they couldn't so make sure they are precise about when they can collect before you pay the deposit. All in all, good customer service. .

Relocation from Cornwall to Cheshire.
Recommendations are a lot to live up to but I have to say that you exceeded our expectations after carrying out our recent move. After unpacking all of our boxes we have the grand total of one broken item which if the truth is known I did not like very much anyway. Although we were very offish following your phone call about our packing skills, for which we both would like to apologise, you did prove that your packers are obviously better than us and it showed as the broken item was in one of the smaller boxes I packed. The service you promised and provided was exceptional and well worth the money, thank you.

Stay away, unless you want to load and unload yourself. Delivery people not equipped. Price quoted keeps going up after deposit is accepted. Professional until you make a deposit, then things go downhill. Would never use again, awful!! They were fully informed on shipment size, yet they sent two men with no equipment for loading and unloading. They never asked for the weights until the exact moment of collection. We were told they quoted for two men, but knowing the size of shipment we expected that the men sent could load and unload with a small forklift. A moving company that receives everything they ask for in advance, to include size and measurements of shipment, and then quotes for the bare minimum, just to get the job, is unprofessional. They want to undercut other companies at the customer's expense. Price is competitive when quoted, then you have to add all of the extras if you want your shipment delivered. .
Faultless move.
The service that Movecorp provided from initially getting a quote right through to the help I received in Australia to ensure I completed all documentation correctly was faultless. After moving into my own apartment and living there for five years, I was amazed when I realised just how much I had acquired in those five years and that I was going to instruct a company to move it all half way round the world. A mild case of panic was offset by the support, knowledge, service and understanding of the staff and the welcome comment “most customers are understandably worried but they soon realise that everything will be okay”. I must say that I was shocked at how cheap the quote was when you consider it can cost you £10.00 to send a small parcel in the UK. I would like to thank the guys in the UK and Australia for the great service they provided and especially the guys who wrapped and collected my belongings in the UK and did such a great job that everything arrived exactly as it left . You will definitely be the first company I will contact should I move again and would definitely recommend you with no hesitation. Thank you once again.

I would recommend Movecorp to anyone looking for a top quality removal company after our recent move from Cambridge to America. With such a mammoth move and starting work four days after we arrived we have just about finished unpacking and can at last confirm that everything arrived safely. We were very impressed with your service and the reassurance you gave throughout, even all the chaos and stress we thought we would have organising the shipping was handled superbly by yourselves. Thanks for your follow up email. First off I would like to say that your guys in the UK and in Italy were wonderful. There were a few little hiccups with our packing, wifes fault…, but your guys sorted it with no dramas and nothing seemed too much trouble. I must say that in a hard tiring job your guys are a credit to your company. Along with your front office team who from the first phone call, through numerous emails and follow up calls were professional, understanding and helpful. Thanks to everyone who helped. Amazingly quick service!
I chose Movecorp while trying to figure out with moving company would be best, and after reading a few reviews I decided to go along with booking them. A couple of days later, when I was still looking at reviews I noticed a few people had problems with Movecorp, which worried me a little. I had my items picked up from England - West Midlands at about 11AM (they told me the movers would be here sometime at 9-5) which was a great time - as it wasn't too early, or too late. It was a UPS van, and the driver helped me with all my luggage even after saying I didn't need any help - which was really nice of him. He told me that my items would probably reach their destination the next day - the destination was Cyprus. (The website didn't have an option for Cyprus) To which I was amazed by how quick my items would arrive. On the UPS tracking website I noticed that it said the delivery would be done by Thursday by the end of the day (the items were picked up on Tuesday morning) - so I thought okay, that's still brilliant. The items ended up arriving on the Wednesday by the afternoon - which was quicker than what the UPS website said, which was brilliant. Really good service overall! Quite pricey, but I had 4 large boxes, 2 medium boxes and a big suitcase - and the items arrived by plane.
